First, this place is the size of an airplane hangar. Ok, maybe not that big but you get the idea. They have all kinds of office furniture, including a pretty good line of mesh chairs. I saw the one I was going to buy on-line so I gave it the butt test. Wow, good thing I held off on buying it. It felt awkward. The guy helping me out went out of his way to show me every style of mesh chair he had available and went through all the adjustments you can make in every model for comfort. It was very easy, comfortable and friendly in this place with a good line of chairs to choose from. How could I not buy a chair here?!

Generally in furniture stores I feel you get mobbed but this was so far in the other direction where it seemed there wasn't anyone even working in this ghost town. I went about checking out chairs. Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.

I needed to go mattress shopping for the first time in 15 years. I new Labor Day was purportedly…read morethe holiday to get the best deals. And before going, I did a lot of homework on top brands and models, and the top stores in Denver for shopping. I made a plan of attack to hit every mattress store on Colorado Boulevard in one day, with a specific short-list of mattresses that I had in mind to evaluate. I did not want to spend a lot of time on this. So, I decided to start at Urban Mattress to eliminate quickly as the least likely store to find what I was looking for, knowing really nothing about their own specific brand-- which had not made my short-list. I walked in and asked if they had any of my listed mattresses in stock. First off, I don't like being 'sold'; I want to be truthfully informed and then I make my own decision. And second, I didn't want to waste my time; I'm an in-and-out speed shopper. So, when he said they didn't have any but one in stock, I expected to turn and walk out to move on to my next target store. But he then proceeded to give me a sincere education about their brand and product. I was kind of blown away. I didn't feel sold whatsoever; I felt genuinely informed. And I tried several mattresses with zero selling pressure. I felt like I took my time, and asked a lot of questions. What amazed me though was the fact that they don't ever discount their mattresses; it seems they know what they've got, and they can compete with the big brands that seem to have to always run a sale. But what they do offer is free accessories on holiday sales, which for me is equivalent enough. Long story short: I chose a mattress-- which was LESS than my Tempur Pedic from 15 years ago-- and I chose my free accessories, I completed the financing, and arranged the delivery, all by right at the 1-hour mark from the time of me walking in. I was astonished. They disabused me of every notion I had about the "top brands" and had me confidently in a new mattress in no time flat, and generous financing, and generous accessory package, and saved me 4 more planned stops along Colorado Blvd that day. And they are the nicest salesmen, both on the purchase day and when I went back to pick up my accessories. And since delivery over a month ago, I haven't slept this good in A DECADE. My chronic joint pains are GONE. My mental clarity is through the roof. My energy has returned. I could not be more pleased with a mattress purchase, or confident in the knowledge that their warranty is 10-year FULL REPLACEMENT, not prorated like the "other guys." Run, don't walk, to your nearest Urban Mattress store. I mean it. No regrets. I know what I'll be sleeping on for the rest of my life: an Urban Mattress.
