The first time we went into check out potential purchases we worked with Shane, and although he tried to get us to buy the mattress that night he wasn't too pushy. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The second time we came in to buy our bed, Shane wasn't around but the manager gave Shane credit for the sale anyways; I thought that was really nice. Of course, because we had waited a week to come back they had sold all of the style we were interested in and we had to wait another week for the shipment which kind of sucked, but the manager made it worth our while. This store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel like I was being pressured or hovered over to make my decisions. I would recommend this location to friends and family. We LOVE our new Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe! Even if we didn't, it's nice to know that not only does Tempurpedic have a return policy, but this store does as well, they even do trade ups if you aren't happy! The delivery service was on time and were in and out of our place really quickly, we appreciated that as well.

The delivery was tough to get done. First dispatcher was good but had to reschedule with store after calling second dispatcher that insisted, that I got a call from drivers during first attempt but did not. My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. Many details left out but this could be a short story. All that matters now is my renters have a working unit.

This time around I just needed a new dryer and an employee named Matt helped me out. I paid for it and he said he scheduled the delivery and someone would call me. When no one did, I called the store and Amy apologized and said he had not scheduled anything (also Matt was no longer with their company). Now I was an additional week out from receiving the new dryer. When no one called to confirm that second delivery date, I called back and Amy had not scheduled it appropriately either. After that, I cancelled the order altogether as the manager Jeff offered a measly $100 credit as an apology. I confirmed the cancellation with John and after 7 days and no refund hitting my bank, I called AGAIN. Klein answered this time and said the refund had never gone through! When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store. There is a HUGE disconnect somewhere

All that being said, easier parking and general cleanliness doesn't necessary make for a 5-star retail location. What makes this a 5-star location? It's Dana, one of the managers who keeps things running smoothly here. He's one of the friendliest guys you've ever met, and he always follows up when he says he will, even under extreme circumstances. We ordered a chair right before COVID-19 closed down the world. Because the LZB factory closed, our 6-8 week delivery time became a "Let's hope for the best and feel free to periodically call in to check to see if we've heard anything" delivery window. We had a baby coming, and we had initially ordered the chair with about a month cushion to spare, but the manufacturing hold put us way behind schedule (not the store's fault). Knowing that we really, really wanted to get this chair before our baby arrived, Dana would patiently take my weekly phone calls, call me with updates, and he was always upbeat about it. I'm positive that we weren't the only ones in a similar bind, but Dana treated us like we were their most important customer. I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciated that. The day before our due date, Dana called me to let me know that our chair had hit the ground in Colorado, and he'd have it ready for us the next day. Because of our unusual circumstances and tricky timing, he went above and beyond to keep us updated and help us get all set up. Having a guy like Dana on staff takes a good store like this and makes it a great one. Thank you, Dana!

She was not getting what we wanted and then yelled at the poor sales guy right in front of us. We won't be going back. She's not a good "manager" if that's what she was.
