Bought a mattress from Sleep Solutions in Aurora. The mattress broke down in a short amount of time. It was replaced with the warranty. A short time after the new mattress arrived we got a large infestation of BED BUGS. We had to spend over $1000 to get rid of the bugs. They have since returned and have had to get the mattress treated again. I have emailed Sleep Solutions for assistance but have not gotten a response. read more

AMAZING customer service! A few months ago I was in a car accident that left me with terrible lower back pain and bulging discs. I had such a terrible time sleeping on my old mattress. I finally decided to look into a new mattress over Labor Day weekend. I'm so glad that I did! Travis is amazing! From start shopping to delivery day everything is just WOW WOW WOW. After delivery DOWN DOWN DOWN. The mattress begun to sag 10 days after delivery. I told this to Travis. He promised me to come and take a look at. I just need wait a couple weeks, I still have time. Mattress was continuing to sag. I came to Travis again. He refused to come and check. I should make a picture. How a picture can shows a sagging? I suppose the expert should come and check by sitting down and feel this sagging. I wanted to make a refund. No way. The only exchange and pay for delivery. I didn't want to have the same mattress model. All I hate is when I was buying Recognition mattress it was note "120 days free trial" I understand if I don't like a mattress I can return it within 120 days" NO WAY. Exchange only. I go to the store, I chose mattress, which comes bad quality. Why I have only choice to exchange for the same or higher if the store have nothing to chose from. If I need higher quality, I would buy a higher quality from first time. All other models I didn't like. I choose firm, I'd like to have it firmed at least 5 years. It doesn't make to change and pay for shipping for the same model. I've called to SERTA company - absolutely useless spending time. Since I've bought not from their website, they can not help. Travis told me about new technology which doesn't make a firm mattresses. I don't need to know about technology. I don't care about technology. If I pay for firm mattress I must have firm mattress not for only 10 days. I believe if company doesn't have capacity to make FIRM mattress the company can not advertise a mattress as firm. They should put on the label description - Firm, but sagging mattress. Overall. If you buy a mattress from Travis, and Your mattress doesn't sag, You are lucky. If You have a problem Travis will not help you. Don't trust his big promises to help you. Nobody refund you Your money. Next time I'll buy Stearns & Foster Mattreses This is a luxury from SEALY. A++++ Service. Daniella had a no pressure sales tactic and was knowledgeable about both the beds in her showroom and that in the Denver market. She was even honest about a bed being of quality with another company. I wasn't pressured and there wasn't quick talking but rather a relaxed atmosphere. I am a return customer because Tom, the owner, showed his true colors when I had an issue with a previous delivery and sales associate. Those true colors were beautiful. Salespeople and owners are always great when they are accepting your money but when you have an issue..... Tom, the owner, went way above and beyond. Daniella, you are the bomb and have me coming back for sure;). Finally, after buying 8 plus pillows including Bedgear, super expensive, I almost gave up. I love love love my Z Shredded Latex pillow and will send everybody to get one with a bed! I'm coming back for another one. Sleep Solutins has the best warranty. They actually replace the mattress under warranty. BUY LOCAL. -BUY AT SLEEP SOLUTIONS (This is not the case with Mattress Firm's warranty. The non-local and publicly traded company will require that you pay them more money even if your mattress is damaged after 6 months if your model is no longer available. If you bought the mattress on sale, then you don't get it replaced without paying the difference in cost or re-negotiating.) I can't Thank you enough, Sleep Solutions! read more
