Highly highly recommend and I have vowed to only purchase my furniture from here forevermore!

Some examples of why we love Mod Livin' so much: - They're the only store to offer free shipping on certain brands like Gus - Jill will tell us of upcoming manufacturer sales, and she even gave us money back (when we happily paid full price!) because there was a sale the following week - The customer service is truly amazing. Jill even provides helpful advice and hunts down delivery companies on our behalf when there's any issues If you're looking for great prices and great customer service on modern furniture, I can't recommend this place enough! And pro tip: there's way more stuff online than in person, so definitely check that out too.

I was wrong, and I regret this decision. After three months (BluDot's issue not Mod Livin's), the planter finally arrived--but not black as pictured in the listing photos. The planter is grey. I reached out to Craig who, in the past, has offered the possibility of returns, but suddenly changed his philosophy with his online client base and has basically told me I'm stuck with this item. I was genuinely surprised and dismayed, as the 1) listing is unreliable, 2) online customers do not have the advantage of seeing an item in person, and 3) I would have been able return this item with Wayfair. Silly me for thinking on principle here, as this same courtesy has not been extended by the owner. I now have to pursue a chargeback for this item that has tied up my funds for three months and was an avoidable disappointment. After three years and several purchases with Mod Livin, this will be my last.

I can't say enough about the craftsmanship and service at Cleveland Creek. After moving a lot and…read moretrying many furniture options, I finally started upgrading in 2018 and discovered Cleveland Creek--an immediate standout. Their solid real-wood pieces (many made in Golden, CO) combine impressive quality with excellent value. Our family room table, crafted from solid black walnut, has held up flawlessly for five years despite daily use and two young children. More recently we ordered a custom resin dining table, dining chairs, and a master bedroom set--all in black walnut--and each piece has exceeded expectations in both durability and beauty. We've also purchased paintings, metal prints, holiday decor, and more; every item reflects thoughtful craftsmanship. Beyond the products, the Cleveland family has been warm, helpful, and easy to work with. They build locally and work directly with customers to create custom pieces--if you don't see exactly what you want, they'll make it. I've never had an issue with anything I've bought, but I know they stand behind their work and will help find a solution if needed. Real wood furniture lasts a lifetime and can be refinished as needed; at Cleveland Creek you get heirloom-quality pieces at a fair price. Highly recommended--10/10 in every respect.
