I provided my order number for a purchase that had been paid for, and I had been added as a pickup person with my name and phone number. They said I needed to show the email with a barcode, even when I had the order number and I was added as a pickup person. Then my uncle (who paid and added me) went and picked the order up, and he didn't ask for any barcode, just his last name. When my uncle asked why it was different for him, he had no answer. We've had issues with the same guy before. Terrible customer service, and we will not be returning.

They do a great job with small package delivery and leaving notice for pickups for large packages. Most of my packages arrive on time and that's true during the busy holiday season as well. I think their carriers are getting better with accuracy over the years to prevent lost/mis delivered packages. They're doing a wonderful job serving our community considering the treacherous weather conditions we have sometimes.
