Wow! And I hate shopping. I admit I went to this Target last night on Thanksgiving and was in for a pleasant surprise. The staff was organized and ready for the masses. Waiting in line they had associates coming through the lines handing out tickets to purchase the TV deals, scheduling people to purchase phones. This is by far the rudest location around. I've always for years had issues with attitudes with associates. Today, with the Needoh craze, I get alerted by YOUR app that this location has them in stock. So I hurry over. They notify me that they do have them but they aren't going to put them out until they are ready. And are iced my rude about it. A giant power trip over $5 toys. Get a life read more

Pam is great! She went above and beyond by helping in a situation where I had already waited just to get an item pulled from a locker shelf, and then put in a 5 person deep line to pay for it at the return counter. All the food I bought (yogurt, pineapple,carrots,energy drinks) all were expired ranging from last week to September. Returned this to my local target and they said this is a common issue. Check your dates to make sure you aren't getting expired products read more

This Target was nice to shop at. Everybody was very helpful. Because of the sheer size of being a a Super Target, everybody was spread out and there were very few shoppers on this trip. They had an optical center , a Starbucks , a snack bar food area , (closed seating right now). they had a bakery section. Unfortunately, I took one star off because stocking is slow and shelves were empty and stock sparse , even on simple items such as a shower liners. Parking was plenty easy at this store. read more

This Target is massively huge and a lot bigger than most other stores in this area. I happened to be driving around one day exploring the neighborhood and spotted this store. The interior was clean and the shelves were fully stocked with everything I was looking for. Fast and easy check out. Since moving to this area recently, this might be my new go-to store for all my grocery needs and pretty much everything else. read more

If you want to be profiled as a thief for using your own bag or worry that you could possibly be a victim of human trafficking this is the place for you... The security here is absolutely horrendous and the employees are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. While shopping here with my children me and my daughters were headed to check out and another family approached us letting us know that a man is being very creepy following us around the store. I was completely terrified and thinking the worst only to find out it was security. It's one thing to do your job as security but it's another to be acting in such a way that you make an entire family fear for our safety because of how you were acting. Then when we are finally told what the situation was their loss prevention "specialist" Shawn attempted to have a verbal dispute with me and my children for calling them out. The security lead Cyrus insisted this is how they were trained. With Human Trafficking being a real issue Target should probably work on their training because 3 woman should have never been put in that situation all for $30-2 t-shirts and a body wash that were paid for! read more

Super Target = Super Time Suck OK, I have a love/hate relationship with SuperTargets as a whole - they have the requirements to fulfill all my necessary shopping needs, but they are so spread out I always find myself taking double the time I expected to get my chores done. Still, this aside this ST is a nice one. It is the closest Target to me and it is nice and shiny and new, which wide aisles and lots of light. Grocery shopping to the left and everything else to the right! Love it! I can get some toner for my printer, some caulk for my tub, a few holiday decorations, and some veggies for a salad later. This one has a Starbucks inside, near the produce, so if you are doing a little shopping stop off there first for your caffeine injection! The place is always clean and there is never a time I don't get asked at least 5 times if anyone can help me with anything. However, they NEVER have enough lanes open to check out! What up?! That is key to my shopping experience Target! But I forgive you and still love you! read more

If you need a prescription filled stay away from this CVS Pharmacy. This place is either completely incompetent or grossly understaffed. It's my opinion that both reasons are to blame for their problem is servicing their customers. read more

We are new to the area and this Target has been a life saver! The staff are always helpful, usually walking you right to the aisle/item you need. There is a good selection of fresh food and vegetables, including organic. And Target in general has some great selections in clothing, featuring new designers. I get compliments on 2 sweaters from Target every time I wear them, "where did you get that!" Lucky to have this Target in our neighborhood! read more

I have never felt the need to review a store before or felt the urge to call someone's manager to let them know what their employees are doing. But today at this target location, as a woman of color, to have your staff come up to the side of my cart and check it while I am checking out to make sure what I have in there is getting scanned felt a little like racial profiling, because the next 3 women (who are not of color) got a "how are you today" or a "good morning how are you doing". I laughed and I think your employee realized I knew what she had done. I've come to this target a lot and I have never felt that before I do not think I will go out of my way to come back to this target again anytime soon. read more

I asked an employee at the register the return policy. She said I needed to call guest services with my cell phone from her checkout line. Then she said I just needed to go over to them and ask. I started to put everything back in my cart and she then simply used her walkie talkie to ask them. I didn't think that the question if something is returnable is that difficult. read more

I've come to a point in my life where I hate WalMart, so Target has become the next best thing. They have everything we need, from groceries to clothes to toys for the little one and there's rarely something we can't find here. The prices are about on par with the grocery stores and other places you can find this stuff. Some things are more, some less. They're usually busy, but not as busy as a Walmart and the people wandering the aisles aren't as cluess as Walmart. It seems like they usually only have a couple lanes open, but the wait isn't usually terribly bad. All in all, this Target is a winner. read more

First of all, DOGS ALLOWED!! I'm not sure if this is a chain-wide policy for Target but at this specific location certainly does allow you to bring your furry friend inside:) I always keep my pup in the shopping cart and employees are always thrilled to see her greet them. The grocery selection isn't huge but has most of what you would need and the rest of the store's selection is pretty good. My biggest problem with this target is simply the selection. Every time we go to get ice cream sandwiches for my mom who's 88 and loves them, they never have them! And I mean never! If we're lucky they might have the mini ones which we'd rather not have, but never the regular sized vanilla ice cream sandwiches. It's extremely frustrating! read more

This is the closest Target to me and I frequent there at least once a week if not more. The store is clean and the grocery side is stocked very well. The ladies clothing section seems limited in comparison with the Lone Tree and some other Targets. My biggest gripe is the people working here and the lack of any customer service skills. There is one checker who is usually working the "10 items or less line" who seems so miserable at work. If you can actually get her to look up at you and say something it's a good day. I've actually made it my mission to get her to speak to me but she just seems annoyed with me now. Yesterday I stopped in around 3 pm to grab a couple of items. Literally I had 5 small things in my cart. When I went to check out there were 2 lines that had lights on and they both had lengthy lines. There were also 3 other registers that were ringing people up with no lights. I asked each one of them if they were open and was told no. So I pushed my cart to the end of an open line. Not more than 30 seconds later someone else pushed theirselves into a "closed" line and were rung up.....and then another. When the lady in front of me questioned the cashier on the closed line she was told that her light was off and she was closed. But apparently taking select customers. Frustrating when you're in a hurry. read more

In this part of town there are so many choices for where you want to shop. We have only shopped at this target for over 10 years. It's still just as clean and pristine as it was in 2006. This target is in our neighborhood, we come here all the time as our main grocery, drug store, everything. I've slowly been getting fed up with how poorly the produce is stocked (and if it is stocked they fruits/vegetables have a shelf life left of about an hour) and how poorly the entire food department is stocked. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for months and then today I had enough. I understand being out of something, that happens. But to be CONSISTENTLY out of half of my list? I left my cart in the aisle half full and went to the target in cherry creek. I'm done with the Gartrell store and after speaking with my neighbors, I'm not the only one. read more

The customer service crew is always on top of everything and never make you wait long in line as they are always moving super fast to take returns and help customers. One con is that they are constantly out of diapers that I shop for (seventh generation) and then they do have the size I need there is only 1-2 packs at the most. read more
