Don't order from this company. I've already spent thousands with them and given them more chances…read morethan I should have . But this is it for me! They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping . My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.
