Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. They have always been happy to check stock and ship the items to me in my color and size preference with no shipping errors or delays. Overall, best value in men's business attire.

But today I walked into Johnston & Murphy shoe store at the Castle Rock Outlets. I was greeted by assistant manager Mark B. Who was very professional and helpful in my quest for a pair of causal shoes. Because of his help I ended up buying two pair of shoes!!!! I wish all people in the public service could learn from how great Mark B. Helps his customers. I highly recommend this store and hopefully you too run into Mark there as you won't be disappointed in meeting him or his professional customer service!!!

Black Friday shopping and saw this store. Thought maybe my son would like something from here…read more Greeted right away upon entering even though the associate was with another customer. Bright and neat inside. He found a leather jacket he liked and tried it on. It looked good on him but then again most things do. He's lucky like that. But the price was out of our budget. $500. I'm sure it's a good jacket and would last a long time but as a teen, fashion is more important to him and he passed on the jacket. The store's price point is high and we enjoyed looking but didn't purchase.

After shopping in the store for what felt like 10 minutes, I was curious if anyone worked there because, besides my 3 friends, we couldn't find one other person in this small store. A long time later 2 employees walked out of the back. I had already picked out the flannel I was going to purchase and a pair of sweats I loved. I was looking for my size in another pair of sweats before checking out. As my friend was waiting she briefly sat half on a display bench. After one of the employees saw her, she shouted at her from across the room telling her not to sit there. She then walked over to us saying extremely rude things and that my friend messed up the clothes, which wasn't the case. Upon being discussed with how rude she was, I decided I will never shop here again and put my clothes on the rack and left. As we were walking out, she yelled "bye" at us and then in a very sarcastic tone yelled "we are doing the best we can" By far the worst shopping experience I've had. I am disappointed because I really liked the clothing I was going to buy, but I couldn't believe what had transpired in front of me.
