Most of them are high school or college-aged girls just working summer jobs, and Lindsay constantly criticizes them and seems to look for reasons to scold them. Every time I've been in the store when she's working, I end up leaving early because I can't stand to watch the way she speaks to both customers and staff. It's heartbreaking to see such a warm, friendly place turn into a toxic space. I've always had great interactions with the employees, many of whom go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I really hope Susan takes a closer look at what's happening because Lindsay is ruining the atmosphere of what used to be a wonderful local boutique.
