If I could give them a ZERO, I WOULD!!! Absolutely NOT!!! Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! First, upon arrival, they will lock you in, and make you feel uncomfortable while you're shopping and browsing! Who steals "Used" overpriced items!!! This is not a store I'd recommend ever!!! I was going to purchase a dress and a pair of shoes that I was able to dig and find but because of the WORST experience EVER!!! We decided to leave . Who treats humans this way!!! The other stores in this location catered to us and treated us like Celebrities whereas, this store treated us like criminals. The whole experience of my Cousin giving me a tour of her area was ruined by this horrible staff of humans!!! Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE... unless, you want to be locked inside like a prisoner and the door guarded. I'm am sure that this is a fire hazard, as well as, illegal to lock customers inside while they are shopping. We were afraid for our lives when she locked all of us customers inside having one employee stand by the door while the other locked is inside. We were confused as to what was going on. Dear Humans... please do not allow your grandparents or loved ones to shop here, especially if they have anxiety. I hope that the owners reconsider their customer service as well as, whom they hire in this store. It may help by having humans who doesn't judge a book by it"s cover especially when the book is full of compulsive shoppers who are willing to purchase second hand items. read more

I've dropped off clothes for my sister several times here and I always found the owner, Janice, to be super friendly and helpful. My sister always says they have the best clothes of any consignment store and she has sold many of my sister's high-end things. I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews - everyone and every business has bad days - but I would like to share my experience so that others can steer clear. I bought three never worn designer items to Kouture in November where a delightful young man greeted me. We discussed the items and tried to discern which might be Holiday items. Great time - I love connecting with interesting people! Then, a woman entered (the owner?) and the friendly atmosphere evaporated - she seemed annoyed. I felt like I was wasting her time. We wrote up a receipt and I fled. In January, after receiving no updates as to the disposition of my items, I sent a friendly inquiry. No response. Then, after about a week I received a terse email. "We have not sold your items, please pick them up". I have no intention of reentering Kouture so I requested that they give them away. I lived in Aspen, I volunteer at the Aspen Thrift Shop where we engage every customer from the socialites to the newly arrived blue collar workers, I know the importance of a smile. A smile would have gone a long way in November. read more

This consignment shop is among the best, if not the very best in Denver. I cannot say enough good things about it. The space and location is beautiful. The selection is fantastic, and the fashion brands offered are all in excellent condition at a great price. There are fun, current, pieces there for all ages, tending toward 20s and up, and many of the brands come from top designers. The owner is kind, genuine, and extremely helpful. She really cares about and respects her customers and treats her repeat customers very well. Her place has a fun, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere, and is a breath of fresh air regarding inclusivity in the Cherry Creek North shopping district. I enjoy chatting with other shoppers in this store, because everyone is having fun looking through her latest finds. While the return/exchange policies at this shop are designed to run a successful business, the owner goes over her very reasonable prices as she logs them, and hands the receipt directly to her customers so there can be no misunderstandings.
