I can't remember how I heard about Gracie's, but when I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. My older daughter was having a big birthday and lives out of town. Susan and Gabby helped me pick out a dress for her. When she got the dress, here's her reply: "Dad, I love it and that's exactly what I would have picked out for myself." Great service, creativity and and being a guy, they took all the time and patience helping me pick out the right dress.1 Rob R. read more

This shop has such a varied and beautiful selection of wedding guest dresses. Maeve was helpful and kind and I left feeling well equipped and care for - thank you, Maeve! Cons: selection of sizes seemed slim and could be more inclusive. read more

I used to absolutely love this boutique and would always recommend it to friends, but sadly, ever since Susan hired her new manager, Lindsay, the experience has completely changed for the worse. Lindsay is rude, unwelcoming, and incredibly pushy. She gets visibly annoyed if customers don't purchase something, and creates an uncomfortable shopping environment. What's most upsetting is the way she treats the employees. It's truly disgusting. Most of them are high school or college-aged girls just working summer jobs, and Lindsay constantly criticizes them and seems to look for reasons to scold them. Every time I've been in the store when she's working, I end up leaving early because I can't stand to watch the way she speaks to both customers and staff. It's heartbreaking to see such a warm, friendly place turn into a toxic space. I've always had great interactions with the employees, many of whom go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I really hope Susan takes a closer look at what's happening because Lindsay is ruining the atmosphere of what used to be a wonderful local boutique. Susan, I really hope you take the time to read and consider this review. read more

I have been to this store a couple times and although the clothes have been cute the service is horrible and rude. One of the owners Susan has always been so helpful and kind to me as well as the cute girls that work there. However another owner has consistently been extremely rude and judgy. She always is very uninviting and disrespectful to not only me to other customers in there. Really wanted to love this cute store but I will definitely not be going back. read more

Gracie's has been in the neighborhood for years. Service and quality of the merchandise are excellent. Lindsey has a great instinct for sales and finding the outfit that works for you. She will give her honest opinion. You truly feel good about your purchase when you leave the store. read more

I love this shop! I went in today and Susan (& her staff) were so kind and genuine and helpful! They were also helping another client when I was there and I loved how honest and helpful everyone was. This is my new "go to" store (plus the jewelry and clothes are so chic and cute). read more

Beautiful and great quality clothes. Great place to shop and have fun with friends! Amazing service. Great location and super helpful and fun owner! read more

Great experience! Great clothes! Lovely staff and a fabulous experience. I'll be back!

Fantastic boutique, beautiful clothes, phenomenal service, and great staff! This is my new spot to shop. Really enjoyed shopping at this boutique. The prices of the pieces were perfect. They staff was really helpful, fun, and friendly. The store is super close to my apartment and across the street from my favorite Sushi restaurant in Colorado. Loved that I was offered a glass of wine as soon as I grabbed my first piece to try on. The clothes were hot and in trend. Legit accessories too! Definitely coming back here. read more

Really cute clothes. Really great sale (: I got a bright pink romper and matching set. read more

This is my favorite Boutique in denver! They have a great selection of clothes from cocktail attire to casual and accessories to go with! Along with carrying some of my fav brands the owner Susan and her team are always so fun, welcoming and helpful! read more

Gracie's is so friendly and makes my day every time I walk in. The staff and owner are wonderful and treat everyone with kindness, they have great clothes with a price range that assists everyone. Best place to find dresses and great for events or just lounging. read more

The girls who work here are somewhat intimidating, but they're always so sweet! And most of the times I've come, I've been offered mimosas! Brilliant! Great prices for Boutique clothes and plenty of unique pieces! It seems as if they get new clothes in every week, resulting in wonderful sales! I adore this south pearl gem, and they're even online! read more

When I first discovered this place, I found myself going almost weekly. I loved the cute pieces and reasonable prices. The last few times I've been in, I've been really disappointed by their prices. Instead of racks of dresses for $50ish, they have a bunch for $200+. They often have a sale rack with pieces at 50% off, but a clearance dress for $100+ is too pricey for me. They still have some pieces that are reasonable, but I find there are less and less inexpensive things each time I go in. Even their tank tops are $38. The staff are usually super friendly and offer tons of compliments when you're trying things on. But as another reviewer commented, I find the friendless hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like the employees are thrilled I'm there and other times, I feel like they'd prefer I leave. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop but has fallen from my go-to list of boutiques. read more

Susan and Gabby helped me and order a dress! So cute and helpful!!! Also love the non dress clothing

South Pearl Street has its fair share of charming boutiques along its stretch of road and Gracie's is no exception. The clothes and accessories are curated with quality in mind and priced for all different budgets. Everything can be dressed up or down, whether its a trendy piece or classic basic, making the items in the boutique versatile for any closet. I like stopping in if I'm in the area because the staff here are friendly and helpful! They have a great eye for fashion and can recommend certain pieces if you let them know what you're looking for. The stock changes often, so if you can't find something that catches your eye one day, it's possible that you'll be able to find something the following week. A great local boutique that makes the shopping experience fun! read more

Gracie's Boutique" is one of the best boutiques I have encountered in Denver, or anywhere for that matter! The selection of merchandise ranges from stylish and affordable clothes to more high-end, trendy apparel, with plenty of stunning accessories in between. During my visit to "Gracie's", I found the owners to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the fashion industry's latest trends. I was impressed with Gracie's (one of the owners) ability to accessorize an outfit as well as her customer friendly approach. I could not have had a more pleasurable shopping experience and I will definitely be returning to Gracie's for future shopping excursions!! read more

Gracie's is an absolutely adorable boutique with a great selection of lower priced indie brand clothing, luxury brand name items, and essentials to boot. Fabulous accessories for gift giving (to others or yourself!) are in abundance as well. They really have it all. And I don't know why some other reviews are rating their customer service so low because the staff has been nothing but lovely to me and everyone I've ever seen in there. So, in one word: GO! read more

I love this boutique! They have high end clothing at prices that vary, & the selection is unbelievable! They are constantly having crazy sales & super fun events. The owner/ sales girls have always been awesome & so helpful! read more

Shopping here was a really great experience. I stopped in while wondering around the farmers market last Sunday. I had never been in here before, but needed a dress for a few summer weddings coming up, and haven't had any luck finding something cute at any chain stores like Nordstrom. The selection here is really unique and a mix of more expensive items and then some a few extremely affordable pieces. I ended up getting a really cute yellow lace dress that was only $66! I was surprised at that price tag! I will certainly come here more often! Now that I know its there and that there are so many cute things, from several brands and the prices are great! The employees were SO nice and very helpful!! read more

Rude customer service, would describe my experience as being "pretty womaned" because the worker assumed I couldn't afford the items in store. Plenty of other more pleasant boutiques in the area to check out, don't waste your time with this place. read more

I was in Denver on a business trip and was grabbing lunch on Pearl Street and stumbled upon Gracie's Boutique. The inside of the store had the perfect feminine modern atmosphere with a unique flare. They had all of my favorite brands including: BCBG, J Brand, Splendid, & Current Elliot. I really felt that this is a store that caters to all age groups. I even found a printed top for my moms birthday! As I was browsing I met the owner of the store Gracie who was so warm and welcoming. I'm sensitive about my body type and Gracie suggested the perfect dress for an upcoming wedding. I was so impressed at the personalized service that I received and can't wait for my next trip back to Denver. I wish I lived in Denver and could shop at Gracie's more often, and would defiantly recommend Gracie's to locals and visiting tourists! read more

Will never go back. The owner is very hot then cold. I bring all my friends to this boutique after Sunday brunch down the street, however, some days she will remember me then other times she treats us all like we don't deserve to browse her boutique . Left this store last weekend asking myself why do you come back? To that response I said and will continue to say I won't and never will again. Attitude is not worth the cute clothes.... So many other boutiques that welcome you and understand consistent customer service. read more

Appears to be an awesome place when you walk by. However when you walk through the doors off wonderful S Pearl and into the store it seems you've been transported into Germany in the 1930s. OK, a bit of an exaggeration. But the customer service sucks. In every way imaginable. Skip the store and browse the sidewalk sales if they have them. read more

I don't really know why this place has such a bad rep on Yelp. I live down the street and love Gracie's! The owners are really nice and always remember me and my little dog. The clothes are a great selection and are reasonably priced for the brands offered. I love their line of cute nylon cosmetic bags, fun and functional. Check out their sidewalk sale every Sunday at the Old South Pearl Street Farmer's Market, they have racks of clothes out for 50% off. They have really cute home decorations as well as clothing. read more

Rude staff. Both times I've been there the staff was very rude and not helpful, And over priced clothing that looks like something Out of Willy Wonka. read more

Gracie is a fashion expert and enthusiast. She knows the store like the back of her hand and can gather a number of items to suite your style just like a personal shopper. She is always willing to help because she loves what she does, but only if you want it. They have a no harassing policy. They'll ask you if you need help and if you say no, they're not going to keep bugging you - unless you ask, of course. There are no clueless teenage sales associates vying for commission at this store! The co-owners' families have lived in the Denver area for years, so they know quite a few people that walk through the door on a personal level. Of course, they've never met a stranger either, so the atmosphere is always family friendly and they want to get to know you. I find it endearing and apt for a local business. It definitely fits in with that South Pearl niche that everyone loves. As far as the merchandise goes...let's just say I'm showered with compliments every time I wear something from Gracie's. I was literally stopped in the streets of Chicago several times one weekend while wearing a maxi dress from the store. They really have an eye for great style and carry gorgeous, high quality clothes you're not going to find anywhere else. It's always my go to when I need something for a wedding, party, night out or even work...and I know I'm not going to be there wearing the same dress as anybody else. Prices are all over the place and I mean that in a good way. On top of that, there are always markdowns and the sales are phenomenal, which is a relief for an avid boutique shopper on a budget like me. The store itself is also beautiful with a very high end feel to it. It's just an awesome store all around. I will keep going back again and again. read more

I completely disagree with the negative reviews of Gracie's. I've been into the store several times and have always been greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. Gracie is always very helpful and is great at choosing items that flatter her customers. The owners are very sweet as well, and work very hard to create a fun, young, and trendy atmosphere. All the merchandise is adorable and very reasonably priced. They carry clothes for almost every occasion, and I never leave the store without something beautiful in hand. I love Gracie's and plan on remaining a loyal customer. Completely disregard the negative reviews. I would recommend Gracie's to anyone and everyone. read more

Gracie's has the cutest clothes. The customer service is amazing and the girls that run the store are so nice! I needed an outfit for a wedding I was attending and the girls helped me find the perfect dress! I will do ALLLLL my shopping at Gracie's! LOVE the store! read more

Love love love! This is by far my favorite place to shop in Denver! I really appreciate the range in prices and there is always a great selection of different styles. I am shocked at the other reviews on here about the service, I have always had a great experience when I shop there, in fact I usually send my friends there when they ask where I shop. Because of the industry I am in, people tend to ask me where I get my outfits and I kid you not, 9 times out of 10 it's from Gracie's. read more

Have to agree with Karen C.'s, Olive S., and Dan K.'s assessment about this "boutique." If it's high prices and snobbery you're looking for, look no further. I too was at the Farmer's Mkt. on s. Pearl one Sunday and made a note to check out Gracie's during the week. They weren't busy at all but no one would acknowledge or greet me as I entered. Very off putting 'tude. Will never go back. My recommendation: Common Threads consignment store down the block. They're very friendly and have a much larger selection in very good condition at great prices. read more

Gracie's is my absolute favorite boutique! From the extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff to the amazing, hand-selected clothes, one cannot find a better place to go for everything she needs from the newest beautiful BCBG tops and dresses to the best premium denim brands! She makes you feel great about yourself and never fails to provide endless laughs along the way. My closet would be nothing without Gracie's! read more

I have visited Gracie's twice on recommendation from a friend, and I had a wonderful time each visit! The staff was attentive, provided helpful advice and showed me what was new. Each time I felt welcome and I love the atmosphere of family and friends they clearly have at Gracie's. To the woman who was "offended" when she was asked to stop writing down their brands-shop in any boutique and they'll ask you the same thing. Someone who writes a blog should know better...call and identify yourself and ask what brands they carry rather than creeping around like you're up to something! This is a business, not an exhibit! read more

I love this place! It's a cute, fun little boutique without the snobbery of some of the other local boutiques. The owner and staff are super energetic and helpful without being pushy. They offer items of a fairly wide price range and have great sales. I think my favorite part of the boutique is the jewelry. I can't leave there without finding a piece of jewelry I can't live without. read more
