However, against my better judgement I did end up going back. This time I came into the store I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car. My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.

The woman told Rylee the condition of the coat over the phone and stated Rylee told her she would allow her return it and get another one free. After being reminded of that Rylee then said she take an extra 30% off of a lowest new coat. The coat she bought was identical to the one she brought in. Instead of of 80% off with 60% off and 30% that woman had to pay over $100 for a $350.00 coat. We were flabbergasted by Rylee acting racist and not following the free return lifetime Northface return policy. As the customer took pictures of the returned coat we did too. It's disgusting.

The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout. So obviously we had to go take a look. Not only did they have a beautiful selection of luggage, they also had great discounts on clothes, jackets and shoes. We left happily with a lot more than anticipated. We had been all over the place looking for the perfect set of suitcases- we were close to giving up- but this shop had everything we needed and more. I found a pair in a size 28 (I wear a size a 27 but they didn't have any in my size) I decided to try them on despite being one size larger than I usually wear. I came out of the dressing room to show my friend the pants and before she could comment, a sales associate came out of nowhere to say "those are cute." I said "omg thank you. They are a little big (and at this moment I pinched the excess fabric on my hips) I think I will try a size 27 because that's usually what I wear!" To then which this sales associate, a woman named J*de, said to my actual face "oh honey, if you size down you'll be absolutely SUFFOCATING. That size is fine." And as she says the word "suffocating" she GENUINELY gestures to the STOMACH region. I have never in my life been called fat by a retail employee. For context I am 5'8 and 145lbs. Objectively not fat! I will attach a photo of the pants for proof that I do not resemble a beached whale. I hope you had a better week than me diva I've been eating sleep for dinner every night since interacting with you!!!
