He has bought several pairs of Tecovas and knew I'd like them too! I bought the Annie in cafe brown which is goat leather and they are beautiful! I got a size 7.5, in typically and 8 but the 8 felt too big and my foot was moving too much. The 7.5 felt great and will be once they stretch a little. Very glad I tried them on. The customer service here is amazing too! They all work together to make sure no one is left out and being helped. We were greeted immediately and offered water while we shopped, a very nice experience. I would buy from them again!

But today I walked into Johnston & Murphy shoe store at the Castle Rock Outlets. I was greeted by assistant manager Mark B. Who was very professional and helpful in my quest for a pair of causal shoes. Because of his help I ended up buying two pair of shoes!!!! I wish all people in the public service could learn from how great Mark B. Helps his customers. I highly recommend this store and hopefully you too run into Mark there as you won't be disappointed in meeting him or his professional customer service!!!

The young lady who assisted us was friendly and very knowledgeable on size and style which was a big help to my friend. Lots of things on sale, always check the back racks, but be ware..the clearance stickers aren't always up to date so something that was the color of 30%off only rang up at 20 and could not be "fixed" to match. We still took the item but be ware. They got shoes too!!! Nothing under a size 12 so the pair I liked we scanned and Amazon had in the size needed so that was quick and easy, plus it was on sale there.

She was short, acted like an exchange was an inconvenience, so rude I was tempted to just return the shoes completely and tell her where she could put them! I also bought two more pairs, when I told her I had $15 in points to redeem, she said since she couldn't "see" them in her system, I couldn't use them. I mean what's the point of a rewards program if you can't use the points?! I love the shoes but will not be returning to this location - all she was doing was modeling poor customer service to her employees. The store was also very unorganized and they weren't even busy.
