I went to every suit store in Denver open on a Saturday and everywhere I went didn't even bother showing me suits and simply told me they were 8 weeks out for tailoring. I ended up at Homer Reed where instead of turning me away as an impossible request, Bill went through the entire store with me and found a suit that fit pretty close. He then made a special request to their Tailor to put me at the front of the line so that my suit was ready to go Monday morning for the wake Monday night. Although it was for a sad occasion, I had a perfectly fitting suit. I was not a customer of Homer Reed before but I am forever one now.

So this pitbull of an employee with a gigantic chip on her shoulder, was nasty and unapologetic. No no empathy. I was treated nose in the air uppity. I have spent 2k with them in the last two months. I am finding out the hard way that there are some bad employees in a good store. I spoke to an employee there today about 20 minutes ago. I have never complained about anything Fluevog. This tells me there is someone not really appreciative of her job.

I attached a pair of my vintage Chanel flats that I had absolutely beaten to death, and they came back looking almost new. I've also purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from them and had a great experience. I've even trusted them with multiple pairs of my clients' Christian Louboutin heels to have the red soles restored. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but Armando showed me several pairs he'd already repaired, which gave me the confidence to hand over some very expensive shoes.
