He does repairs for some major furniture retailers, that's how we hooked up, but I would say if you want his services, call and leave a message describing your LEATHER (not vinyl!) repair need and he'll get back to you. He has a website at www.completeleathersolutions.com and FB https://www.facebook.com/Complete-Leather-Solutions-123927673593/?fref=ts So, we received our pricey new leather sofa and the delivery/installer guys and my wife noticed a big discoloration about 1" x 3" in the ottoman. They said they'd send a repair guy out asap and if we found that suitable, all good; if not, they'd replace it. We're reasonable folks so, we gave the repair option a shot. For the $$$$ price of this stuff, believe me I was not going to be satisfied with anything short of a perfect repair. Dick Fulsom of Complete Leather Solutions showed up today and about 20 minutes later, that's exactly what he gave us - a perfect repair. The photo I include is the ottoman in the area where the big mark was, I can't even find it now and I know where it was. So, while you may need to be a bit patient, it's worth the wait. And he's a really cool old guy (I can say that as we're probably about the same age) who was a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. Furniture, classic cars, leather wear, etc, if he can't make it right I'd be surprised. I'm going to have him do some work on my Corvette interior and leather motorcycle seat, maybe a jacket as well. It's such a pleasure working with such a talented professional. Highly recommend.

It goes terribly wrong. Yeah, I ruined my beautiful leather coat by simply taping on fake patches. So, I called tailors all over the city asking if they can repair it and all of them said, "Nope. It's ruined for good." But then, I remembered these miracle workers (Kate and Michael) at Diversified Repair Service in Englewood who had fixed my leather couch years ago. So, I called them! And guess what? My coat is like new again! They did an outstanding job - and even fixed other areas where the color was ruined. Thank you Kate and Michael! Next Halloween, I'll dress up as something else.

Long story short, my car wasn't ready by that Friday nor the next one. I was told "the job is bigger than we thought" and that they couldn't tell me when it would be finished. I was told this only when I called them. At no time did they attempt to call me to let me know the status of the job and to reset my expectations. When they finally called to let me know the seats were done - a week and a half after the original due date - I did find that the workmanship was good. Bottom line: Their workmanship is good; their ability to forecast work and commit to a schedule is poor; their customer communication is poor.
