Omg! I was sick when I found my dog had chewed a hole through my leather sofa that I imported all the way from London. Yes London in the UK. I had a leather couch and two chairs by Lane that had springs and foam in the cushions. Over that last 6 years or so the chair cushions had compacted and were noticeably less cush than the couch. I contacted Scott and he came and got them. We were expecting the springs needed replacing but when he took them apart he found that it was the foam that was cheap and needed replacing and the springs were fine. He put a much better wrapping of foam around the spring sets and brought them back and actually saved a bit of money over what was planned. I bought a leather couch from Wayfair, and after a few months the buttons started coming loose. Scott showed up on time, with a teammate Jason, and the two of them promptly got to work on the repair inside my home.
