He and his son came and picked up my glider chair and headboard (which I sprang on him at the last moment and he was willing to reupholster as well). It took about 10-12 days for them to finish the work, and then they delivered the pieces back to my house! Both pieces look great, and Frank and his son are both so nice and easy to work with. Frank did a beautiful job on our lift recliner. We wanted to keep the built in gel seat cushion, add firmer foam because it gets hard usage and stabilize the arm rests which weren't properly built or padded. The back of the recliner was tufted but there was a problem with the buttons breaking loose so the padding slumped. Frank had what he called an "invisible button" fix for that and it's working perfectly. The recliner looks better than new and is much more comfortable. In addition, the price was very reasonable, there was pickup and delivery and Frank was able to work with our schedule so the recliner was back in time. We're really happy we found Frank's Upholstery and will be having another piece done in the near future. If you need upholstery done, we highly recommend you use Frank's! read more

Wayfair sent me with a couch missing cushions and Frank was able to repurpose one so that I could have a functioning chaise/ottoman and also made a lumbar pillow out of the extra fabric. I got my 2 couches reupholstered and I feel like the quality is really great, we got a a nice quality soft fabric that is stain resistant and the quality of the work is top notch. The couches were Hancock and Moore couches and were 26 years old but they still were in great shape other than the original leather was really torn up. Since the couches themselves were still in great shape I wanted to preserve that and Frank and his team were able to do that. I recommend this business! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told it would take between 4 and 6 weeks to get them done and it took about 3.5 months. But I got a bit of a discount and they made a couple of throw pillows as well so I am very happy overall with the product although time wise it wasn't what I wanted. read more

The price was very affordable, and Frank finished the work in less time than other upholstery businesses quoted for me. Frank was also happy to use leather that I brought in instead of fabric or leather from the vendors he uses.
