She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). I was almost to the point of breaking down and buying a new sofa. There's nothing wrong with it, but the cushions were so flat and worn, it was really uncomfortable and an eyesore. For a tenth of the cost, Lev has fixed the problem. The sofa is once again comfortable and looks like new! He also fixed a leather tote for me - so I'm a very happy camper! Lev is honest, he knows what he's doing, and his rates are extremely affordable and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend him - you cannot go wrong!
