I would not recommend Liftech based on my experience. The biggest concerns were the lack of proper…read moresubgrade preparation, the lack of transparency, and the difficulty getting clear, consistent answers throughout the process. I specifically chose and paid extra for high early cement because my goal was to regain access to my garage parking as soon as possible. I expected clear guidance on the product's performance and realistic timelines. Instead, I received conflicting information ranging from not being able to walk on the concrete for 48 hours to not being able to park on it for anywhere from 2-10 days. When I asked for clarification, the responses were vague. Liftech's production manager stated, "There are no specific specs for high early since it is mixed with concrete at the plant," and also said, "There is varying information because no concrete is created equally." I would expect concrete professionals and concrete plants to have more consistent information regarding the product being installed. Another major concern was the subgrade preparation. Liftech subcontracted the concrete work, and when the crew arrived, they did not even have a compactor onsite. I asked the workers if they planned to compact the subgrade, and based on their responses and actions, it did not appear that proper compaction was part of their plan until I contacted their Project Manager and requested that a compactor be brought to the site. A video documenting the work can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/YBubb-Wx-ac. In the video, it appears that only about 50% of the area was properly compacted, with some areas not compacted at all. The subbase also does not appear to have been watered down as part of the preparation process. The video speaks for itself regarding the preparation that was completed before the concrete was poured. For a project of this size and cost, I expected better communication, transparency, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning both the workmanship and the information provided throughout the process.

Zero stars would be more appropriate.

I would not recommend them, they left nails on the roof, lots of them and never removed them. They installed the wrong window and have not been back to replace the window. The screens they repaired they did not put the tabs into the new screens, which makes it impossible to remove the screens as needed. They left one of the screens hanging out of the house because they could not reinstall it because it did not have the tabs They cracked some of the siding on the house. I have called several times, and it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list to get this even completed. I cannot warn anybody enough who reads this review. Do not use them, I do not know what happened to their company, but it seems to be in freefall. There is nothing that they can say as to why it has taken since June to come back and do the stuff that needs to be corrected. There was also a wasp nest, and they forgot their wasp spray and had to use my gasoline on the windows of the house to kill the wasps. They left nails and garbage and nails inside and outside of the house. I have really had it with them and I cannot emphasize enough go with somebody else other than them. The shutters that they installed on the sides of the windows, also seem to be not installed correctly and seem to be crooked.

During the buyer's…read moreinspection, however, water penetration was discovered around most of the windows, and the contract fell through. After meeting with several contractors, I was fortunate to be introduced to Kenny Kunz, owner of Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. With Kenny's expertise, it was determined that my 5,400 sq ft home in Evergreen, Colorado had significant hail damage that caused water penetration under the stucco, as well as damage to the gutters, roof, and windows. I hired Pinnacle to oversee the full restoration, which included all new windows, new stucco around the windows, and a new roof. From start to finish, Kenny and his team managed the project flawlessly. Kenny personally took the lead in working with my insurance company- meeting with the adjuster, making multiple calls, and sending countless emails- to ensure the entire scope of damage was covered. He followed through on everything he promised, and thanks to his persistence, my claim was fully approved. He truly made the process easy and stress-free for me. I also want to recognize the outstanding Pinnacle team members and subcontractors. Chris oversaw the entire project, Tyler managed the window installation, and his crew--Victor, Dayvd, and their team--were hardworking, respectful, and courteous. I always felt comfortable leaving them in my home even when I was not present. The subcontractors Kenny brought in for the roof, stucco, and painting were equally professional and delivered excellent work. I highly recommend Kenny Kunz and Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. They went above and beyond to restore my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
