Highly recommend this company. Called for a free inspection of some cracks or settling in our basement. Rob came out and was very helpful and thorough explaining what was going on and what we could do to prevent actual structural damage. Very helpful and professional. read more

Rob was so friendly, nice and informative. We have some cracks in our ceilings and our doors are not closing as easily... we thought something might be up with our foundation. Rob walked the inside and outside of the property with me, and was able to provide a load of insight. Luckily we do not have a structural issue. I would highly recommend them, they are honest and not just trying to "sell" something to you that you don't need. read more

I appreciate the care Rob gives to my clients. Two of my recent clients called on CSR for an inspection and neither property needed structural work. The fact that I can trust Rob to do what's right is incredibly valuable. Thank you to Rob and his team! read more

Rob came out to assess some drywall cracks and gave us very honest, detailed, and informed advice. I would trust CSR to give you an honest quote and not push unnecessary upsells. read more

I actually ended up going with Thrasher but mainly because they "sold" me during their proposal. Steve from CSR actually gave me the better proposal. Much more detailed in the measurements , placement and cost. Without talking to Steve from CSR, I would not have been able to request the additional piers from Thrasher. We had a very compromised foundation which required 16 piers. I would recommend to get a quote from Colorado Structural Repair. Their proposal was actually a little more detailed and it informed my discussion with Thrasher. read more

Easy scheduling for a free estimate. Rob came out and was communicative. My client was looking for structural repair and Rob's quote came in $5k cheaper than Groundworks' quote. We were so excited! Unfortunately, the buyers wanted my seller to spend $5k more just for the name of the other company... so we did not use CSR. But going forward I will come to them with any structural repair needs! I appreciate the prompt and competitive quote! read more

They're very honest and forthright, offered me a set of solutions to go with instead of just the sort of one-size fits-all approach that a competing company was pushing. Will definitely use them again, as needed, they're not trying to oversell. read more

There were a couple of things going on on my property that might indicate a foundation issue so I called these guys. They offer a free inspection. Rob came out with a couple of days and he was amazing! He thoroughly inspected the property inside and out, top to bottom. I found him to be very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, trustworthy and helpful - a Grade A professional. He didn't find any issues with my foundation but still took the time to share his observations on what might be causing my issues and answer my various questions. If I have any foundation/structural issues in the future, I will be sure to ask for Rob again!! read more

Do not use Colorado Structural Repair. We hired them to straighten a basement wall with the explicit promise of minimal drywall damage -- small rectangular cuts only. Bryon, the owner, walked the job with our drywall contractor. Repairs were scoped and priced at ~$2,000. Instead, his crew tore out the entire wall, parts of the ceiling, and destroyed a concrete patio slab that was not to be touched. Zero prior authorization. Zero consultation. All of it a direct violation of Section 9 of our signed contract, which requires written approval before any scope changes. The result: an $8,000 cost overrun on top of a $27,741 project -- damage caused entirely by their crew's decisions. When I called Bryon, he was hostile, dismissive, and showed zero interest in taking responsibility. His response was essentially that he's too busy to be bothered. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats customers once they have your money. Avoid this company. read more

Top-notch, first class service with extra help when needed. Back in 2023 these guys did a full underpin stabilization of our 8300sqft home. I was stunned at the care they took during installation and how they skillfully and carefully put back landscaping, decking and concrete to button up the job. It was a massive undertaking. In 2025 when we were selling our home and another engineer challenged their work, the owner of the company came to our defense. I would use these guys 11 out of 10 times for all jobs big and small. What says honesty more than when they spend an hour thoughtfully inspecting/reviewing my house and say: "You don't really need our services"! Amazing.. they gave me a range of POSSIBLE options going from light cosmetic, to fairly heavy.. none of which entailed giving them $. He, Steve, was awesome, and spent the time to educate me on what's going on, causes, and ways to address things. Very knowledgeable. read more

Rob Came to our house to assess cracks in our basement foundation and gave an honest assessment and started us on our road to correct repairs. It was a free assessment and I was completely satisfied with the outcome of our meeting. Highly recommend! read more

CSR stands out as a company with integrity and quality. Working with CSR on projects in the front range and mountains, I'm impressed by their process, their crews, and their workmanship. Whether it was stabilizing an old early 1900s brick foundation, or lifting a settling foundation on another property, and even anchoring a wall that was pushed in several inches, CSR has provided the right solutions. Protecting my investments with competitive pricing and solid warranty is critical, Byron and his Colorado-based company have local knowledge and know how that I've come to trust. read more

We were concerned about a couple of foundation cracks- Jack took the time to give us an honest, thorough estimate without a charge.

So I'm buying a new home and there were some - most likely -not an issue foundational issues. Yet the inspector saw it. . .so I would love someone to come out and look. Colorado Structural repair went out and did a free estimate. They told me what questions to ask / and we could buy the house without concern about a big expensive repair. The funny thing is he noticed a temp mono-post that my inspector (and current homeowner inspector back 9 years ago) did not notice. It allowed us to be in a better position in this seller market to get some concessions so that was good. Rus was great, and was very detailed. It makes me think in the future I should not ask out a home inspector but instead, hire Colorado Structure repair; a HVAC guy; roofing guy to come out and take a look/do an estimate. read more

This is my first time leaving a review for a company that I didn't use, but I'm so impressed with the integrity of this company!! I recently bought an older house and was concerned about some potential structural issues. The man who came out was so kind and informative and walked the entire house with me, looking at all areas of potential concern. He got into my crawl space and taught me a lot about my house! He told me that the good news is that I didn't need to use their services right now. He told me a few things to watch out for in case one potential issue ever arises, but hopefully it won't. If it does, I feel much more confident in knowing what I'll need to do, about what it will cost, and definitely who I will be calling. read more

Jack came by and gave very detailed and thoughtful inspection of my foundation. I was worried that I would need some major repairs, but, as it turns out, all I needed to do was a straightforward DIY task with a cement caulk gun. Even though I didn't end up needing to use his services, Jack stuck around, answered my questions thoughtfully, and gave me a lot of peace of mind regarding my foundation. I recommend this company 100%. read more

We had some concerns after the recent unprecedented rain here - CSR was able to come in, diagnose our issues and point us in the right direction. Really appreciate their integrity, providing next steps to solutions that would take us to other vendors. read more

Had a consultation with Steve today who diagnosed the problem and gave us honest feedback that actually didn't even require structural repairs. He was incredibly thorough, and quite frankly gave us better information than the structural engineer we hired previously. There was no charge fir the visit and I still tried to pay! That's how honest and helpful Steve was. Great work! read more

March 6, 2024 My front and back door weren't closing perfectly, probably due to all the rain in the Spring of 2023. Plus there were new small cracks in the driveway, and the back porch, and a few other concerns. Called Colorado Structural Repair on Monday, and Jack, the owner, came on Wednesday. Scheduled for 10 am and he arrived just before 10 am. Like everyone else says, he's very nice, very knowledgeable, and thorough! He has a machine he plugs in, and he took measurements all over the ground floor of my house. First he sets the machine to zero at the front door, then, with a long cord, he goes all over and takes a ton of measurements, so he can tell where the house went off-level. Up to 3/10" difference, is not so concerning, but an inch is! We also walked all around the outside of my house. I pointed out my few concerns, and he was able to point to several other places I had missed. The overall answer is that at this time, I could be very proactive, and get some piers installed to stabilize everything. But since my home is 25 years old (I am original owner), he doesn't see anything that points to any structural damage to my house. There are some teeny tiny cracks (like 1/16th") that really would be expected after 25 years, but not significant enough to justify piers being installed. He said keep an eye on things, and if we get torrential rains, and things change a lot, give him a call. But from his experienced eye, the way they backfilled the house (in 1999) was good, and my neighborhood overall does not have big concerns. He would recommend a friend to live in my neighborhood, based on how well my house has stood up for 25 years. Overall, I am super pleased with the suggestions Jack gave to fix some of my concerns, and I would highly recommend you having Jack come out and have a free look around, and give you his free advice (on doors, brick, concete, hardwood floors, etc.) I'm super glad I called Colorado Structural Repair. And I told him I would do this review, but he did not ask me to do any review. Thanks for everything, Jack! Talk to you in 5 or 10 years if there's any changes! :) read more

We had concerns about our 70 year old home's foundation since we had cracks in the walls and ceiling that seemed to be getting worse the last 15 years we have owned. Jack & Tim came out and did a full and free assessment including measurements of how much our home has settled and provided detailed advice on how to keep moisture away from the house and said there wasn't anything structurally wrong with our home. It is refreshing to find an honest company that is a straight shooter and doesn't try to sell something you don't need. They put our minds at ease and we recommend contacting them if you need an honest and reputable company to look at your foundation. read more

Jack was very professional and friendly, and did a free in-home consultation to diagnose a strange leak in our basement coming from a vertical beam. A plumber had previously come to inspect and said that it wasn't a plumbing issue and was probably structural/foundational, but Jack did his due diligence and found a sewer line traveling down the beam that the plumber didn't notice. Although I won't be needing CSR's services since it's a plumbing issue, the time Jack spent helping me diagnose this frustrating problem was invaluable to me and put me at ease to finally know where the leak is coming from. I fully recommend CSR to anyone who thinks they might have a structural issue in their home because whether it is structural or isn't, you will at least get an answer from someone who will take the time to find out for you. Thanks again Jack! read more

While I may not have needed their services, Jake was on time to our appointment and quickly assessed the situation where he was honest and knowledgeable, and actually gave me advice on how to repair the issue. (It wasnt structural.) I can't speak for their work, but I can speak to their service, which gets 5 stars! read more

Our basement has a leak and we also have some cracks in our brick wall. CSR was able to conduct a free on site diagnostic within a week of calling, while all other companies were at least 6weeks out. Steve Wilcox conducted a thorough diagnostic and recommended a DIY approach to resolve my issue rather than engage them in foundation repairs. I was happy w the solution and enjoyed Steve's friendly and informative approach read more

If you have a foundation or basement issue, I highly recommend Colorado Structural repair Company. I had a water leak that Rus Meinzer was able to detect and fix easily. The junction of a plastic tube had worked itself loose. He spotted it and tightened the clamp. We had a lot of water damage in our basement due to the recent heavy rains. Jake Krider came over to investigate the source of that water. We expected it to be a foundation issue but after going through all the scenarios he found that it was actually a leak in the main water pipe feeding the sprinkler system from the crawl space. This company is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Jake did not even charge us for his time and we will be able to use a sprinkler company to do the work. I highly recommend this company! read more

We had structural concerns with our house in SE Denver. Jack came over the same day we called to request an estimate and really took the time to walk our property and explain what was going on. Hank came over to offer a free consultation. I was concerned about the floor joists above the basement and if they need attention. He looked over everything and suggested that I wait and see for now. Instead of finding a way to get my money with any size project, he was ethical and professional. I really appreciate it and will use them if things deteriorate. I called the main office to ask someone to look at my house which seems to have settled a bit since we moved in a year ago. Jack came all the way out to conifer within 2 days, and took measurements, did a visual inspection and let me know that nothing was serious at this point and to keep an eye on things, as well as mitigate any areas around the house where water might pool up. He thoroughly explained the process by which they would reinforce the structure if need be and gave me a rough price quote too. I wanted to pay for the time he took to do all of that but he said that wasn't necessary because they do free estimates and to call if we do need work done in the future. It was really great and quite a relief to get such an honest and informative assessment, I definitely recommend Colorado structural repair and I will be calling them in the future if we need work done read more

I have cracks in my basement walls/foundation. After a comprensive 30 minute evaluation and consultation, Jack informed me that the cracks, although not a good thing did not demand immediate attention. When I discovered what I thought was a huge horizontal crack in our basement foundation, and water leanGe of course I panicked! Jack promptly came to my house and did an detailed investigation of my foundation and land around my house. He was quick to ease my mind and assure me I have no major foundational or structural issues. He was completely honest when telling me that most likely, he was not needed for the necessary repairs I need to make to stop the water seeping into my basement. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Jack has come out twice for two separate issues, free of charge, and put my mind at great ease. We had signs of moisture in our basement, and small cracks in the parge coat of our foundation, so we contacted Colorado Structural Repair to assess the situation. Jack was fantastic, taking the time to explain in detail that these issues were easily resolved with some basic upkeep, landscape grading, sprinkler/nozzle adjustments, and gutter cleaning, as well as adding some window well covers. I asked Colorado Structural Repair to look at some cracks in the mortar between bricks on the exterior of my home. He could have told me a very different story and I likely would have listened. Honesty like that told me a lot about Hank and CSR. I know who to call going forward read more

To cover our bases, and for peace of mind, we hired a structural engineer to come out and inspect everything and give their opinion on what needed to be done. He told us the same exact thing that Jack told us, except Jack had specific recommendations on products to use. We feel better having had our home inspected by a state certified engineer, but I just think it is a testament to the skill and integrity that Jack has. We didn't need any products/services from Colorado Structural Repair, but if we did, we would not hesitate to use them or send friends/neighbors their way. read more
