We had a very compromised foundation which required 16 piers. I would recommend to get a quote from Colorado Structural Repair. Their proposal was actually a little more detailed and it informed my discussion with Thrasher.

I had a unique issue that required a structural engineer evaluation, which was included in the bid. Lalo and Daner arrived as scheduled to do the crawl space and had to alter the original plan a bit. They completed the project in two days (original estimate was three) and everything was left clean. They were friendly, polite and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was satisfied. After accepting the bid, I did have to reach out to Chase a couple of times when there delays in communication. He was able to get things moving quickly. I met with Tom Henkel who was great and he knew his business. The 2 man crew that came to do the injection were great as well. Very cordial and helpful. It was amazing watching as they did the injections and the floor raising back to the original location. Another thing was nice since we had our floor finished after we moved in was they only had to drill 5/8" holes at points to raise the floor. Barely noticeable with the finished floor. Sure beats tearing our 2/3 of the floor and replacing it then having to have it all refinished again.
