The selection is extensive for both men and women, the quality is fabulous, and the prices!! Let's just say that my husband bought me two coats for my birthday - a reversible mink and a classic leather jacket. Based on the quality of the leather jacket, I would have anticipated paying $600 for it. Instead, I paid $250. You can project from that the deal we got on the mink. One of the owners was there and waited on me. Excellent customer service. He listened carefully to my comments on each jacket I tried on, and was able to find the perfect jackets for me. The store opened at the start of October. I believe they have another store in NYC. Unfortunately, as busy as CC Mall is, they are struggling, because the store is in an invisible corner, stuck behind a huge Sotheby's display. They have very little traffic, because nobody can see them. So, if you want to help out some entrepreneurial people, and love high quality leather at an excellent price - Daniel's Leather is the place to go.

The Bad: This place also does not have free pizza while we shop around. I am.determined to find a place. Kidding aside, the only downside I would think is that they know they have a monopoly in the area and the prices show it. The Ugly Truth: The selection of corsets is nice and the staff was very helpful in finding just the right one for my wife. She tried several of them on and found one that fit her needs. I would love to say we'll be back but we're not in Denver that often to stop in. A real positive is that the staff is eager to help and makes you feel very welcome. The downside is the pricing, but Denver is a more expensive city then most in this part of the country anyway so I understand.

They should have just put a sign on their store front saying "No Blacks!" because that is what I felt as soon as I walked in. I had to speak first. I was assisted, very shortly by a woman who immediately walked away when I asked a question about the hats. Then both ignored me and turned their backs on me as I was talking to them before I was finally fed up and left. I might over look this if it was busy but I was the only person in the small shop. I guess I should call ahead before go to a place like this to ask first if they serve my kind, Black Men. I guess we are a threat, even in a costume shop.
