Staff have greeted us and been friendly enough but nothing stellar or over the top. Typically after greeting have gone back to themselves chatting. The store is large and has a significant selection of items. Both men's and women's clothing, hats, belts, furs, and even plushies/stuffed animals. The shock will likely occur when you reach for the price tags and see the in my opinion high prices. Now as someone who does not need fur-lined anything and only has a handful of leather jackets I may not know a ton about the quality admittedly. Despite that I still found a good amount of items I did look at the prices for to be ridiculous even with the lack of knowledge. I suggest if you do visit and find something do your research before buying.

This tells me there is someone not really appreciative of her job.

I wouldn't give this bussiness any stars, i returned a coat from this store, so he the owner proceeded to refund on my visa card, unaware that the money is not there, i used it to purchase something, so when i became aware I called up to the business to let them know my money not in there, owners not there,he hiding knowing that he didn't put it on there leaving his inexperienced employee to take the heat Ima about to give them! He was cooperative and explained he knew nothing about the system, i waited until the next day and caught the owner, who talk so crazy to me about my money he owes me and hung up in my face. So Its been 5 days now and the money is still not in my account Wtf!! I'm pissed now and have to take other measure to get my money while his butt is hidding, I'll never do or recommend this store to anybody ever he's a rip off and he knows it.
