The quality is also great, they sell brands that I trust. This location can sometimes feel cluttered when transitioning to the holiday season, but overall, it's pretty good. It's nice to get discounts on good quality stuff. I got cashmere for instance for an awesome price at this location! Charging stations for EV cars located in their parking lot. Plenty of parking in general.

It definitely shortened my shopping time because I was so uncomfortable. I realize everyone is trying to save money but if your customers are uncomfortable, they're not going to stay. I feel bad for the employees who have to spend a whole shift in that heat. I also don't like the weaving checkout lane. It leaves customers waiting in a long line, when it's already warm in the store. Too many bodies huddled together.

The woman told Rylee the condition of the coat over the phone and stated Rylee told her she would allow her return it and get another one free. After being reminded of that Rylee then said she take an extra 30% off of a lowest new coat. The coat she bought was identical to the one she brought in. Instead of of 80% off with 60% off and 30% that woman had to pay over $100 for a $350.00 coat. We were flabbergasted by Rylee acting racist and not following the free return lifetime Northface return policy. As the customer took pictures of the returned coat we did too. It's disgusting.

Clearly the word is out on the amazing deals and all the good stuff they have here. I easily spent 1-2 hours in here looking at every last piece they had in stock. Spent a long time looking through the clearance rack that had lots of great finds and even walked out with a bunch of them. If you're in need for a great looking new wardrobe, I recommend coming here for some great staple pieces for a cheap price.
