I was hoping to find a ladies dress jacket/blazer and found that while the prices were reasonable, the styles were, to me, a bit outdated. The Marc by Marc Jacobs had shoulder pads that screamed Krystal Carrington (IYKYK) and the Louver Classic lacked that tailored fit. I didn't find anything that I really needed but did see some cute Kate Spade metallic handbags. Definitely would recommend this location for the handbags and duffle bags as well as their selection of accessories.

The quality is also great, they sell brands that I trust. This location can sometimes feel cluttered when transitioning to the holiday season, but overall, it's pretty good. It's nice to get discounts on good quality stuff. I got cashmere for instance for an awesome price at this location! Charging stations for EV cars located in their parking lot. Plenty of parking in general.

We waited in line for 15-20 minutes while three employees were standing near the front registers, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When another female employee came back from break buried in her phone I reasonably asked "would it be possible to call for help so that another register could be opened--customers are starting to leave." She responded by snapping at me and sharply said "we're understaffed, the whole world is understaffed and we're doing our best," as if it was my fault. I have never been treated so rudely by a retail employee. I responded by affirming that I knew the world is understaffed and just asked if it were possible to call for help customers might not leave. She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?" It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism. She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys." Sadly, we will think twice before returning to your store or recommending it to others.

This is the second time I've visited this Torrid. The first time was a bit shocking and I had sworn…read moreto myself I wouldn't come back. However, against my better judgement I did end up going back. This time I came into the store I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car. My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.
