Easy to do which I was glad for. I walked around and an associate informed me of their offers. I found a Funko Pop with a mini pop figure and it was on sale. So of course I had to get it for my son. Then I looked at tshirts and bought a few for him as they were buy one get one for 30% off. It worked with a blind box too. So I felt good about buying them. It didn't feel like great customer service, and every time I enter a Hot Topic I feel like I'm treated well, however this one was a strange oddball out of all of them, especially these 2 employees that were just talking, in the way of all the customers!!! They weren't doing their job, they were just talking to each other and didn't care if other customers wanted to see what they had. However, I am giving this location an extra star because they had a decent sized selection of clothes and I walked out with a lot for a pretty good price (after not being treated well...) Overall, I will forever love hot topic, but this one has got to be the worst I've been in employee/customer service wise.

Came in for wide legs but the body dysmorphia was free!…read more I came here because I heard that ariat jeans are tall girl friendly and I've been wanting a pair of wide leg jeans. I found a pair in a size 28 (I wear a size a 27 but they didn't have any in my size) I decided to try them on despite being one size larger than I usually wear. I came out of the dressing room to show my friend the pants and before she could comment, a sales associate came out of nowhere to say "those are cute." I said "omg thank you. They are a little big (and at this moment I pinched the excess fabric on my hips) I think I will try a size 27 because that's usually what I wear!" To then which this sales associate, a woman named J*de, said to my actual face "oh honey, if you size down you'll be absolutely SUFFOCATING. That size is fine." And as she says the word "suffocating" she GENUINELY gestures to the STOMACH region. I have never in my life been called fat by a retail employee. For context I am 5'8 and 145lbs. Objectively not fat! I will attach a photo of the pants for proof that I do not resemble a beached whale. I hope you had a better week than me diva I've been eating sleep for dinner every night since interacting with you!!!

It has been a while since I have been to this store, before the pandemic. The store location is off…read moreSante Fe, just north of W Mineral Ave (not far from C470). It is located in a shopping plaza known as Aspen Grove. There are many other stores in this area. Such as Alamo Drafthouse, Claire's, Starbucks, Yankee Candle, Eddie Bauer, GAP, Panera Bread, Noodles & Co, Qdoba, Tattered Cover Bookstore, Ulta, Ted's Montana Grill, Jos A Bank, Chick-fil-A, Banana Republic, etc... to name several. I had gone here to look for some business attire clothing but possibly some jeans too. Being that I am a plus size lady, finding 'the right' clothes can be a challenge. It has always been a personal irk when I hear 'one size fits all'. No two people are the same size. We are all different and unique. The Lane Bryant stores cater to larger size females. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for years and while I use to love this store, several of the changes I do not. One change I learned was they use to carry shoes but not anymore. I was told due to the demand for activewear, they do not carry shoes anymore. I was told they carry shoes at the Stapleton location, okay fine. I was also informed there is a new rewards program. I may look into the details and seek out more information. The lady shared it is done by email and there is no cost to sign up. I get emails often from Lane Bryant already, not sure why I didn't see any emails regarding the new rewards program. One of the ladies working shared they have new items in for capris. They are stretch material, no zippers or buttons and they even had black along with jean. While looking through the pile folded on the table, every single one was a size 18. I asked the lady why all 6-7 pairs are size 18 and she said that is odd, but they have no control over the shipment that comes in. I think that is a change also. In years past, I was told new shipments with more sizes will be coming. It wasn't shared with me they couldn't control what sizes came in before. Well, that is an issue! Not only for customers like myself, but the employees having to explain that to every customer who asks. Why can't each store manager or supervisor keep track of inventory and when there is a size that is no longer there, document it and let corporate know? I know they keep track of inventory, every place does on some level. Again, another irk. Any place that carries an item and yet every time I visit the establishment, said item is not in stock. It is a good way to get a BAD REVIEW. I also prefer to look professional. The 'relaxed' 'stressed' 'boyfriend' look is not professional. I don't like ripped clothing overall, I think it went out with my teen years. The employee was very helpful with calling several stores to see if they carried this new jean in my size in stock. It turns out the 3-4 she called, NONE had my size. For a new product being offered, Lane Bryant is definitely not staying on top of their inventory. The employee did state that I could pre-order and have it shipped to me (I prefer it shipped to the store and then I pick it up). I have done this many times in the past. However, a very bad experience a few years ago had me not doing anymore pre-orders. I had ordered 3-4 pairs from The Orchard location (144th and I-25) and was never called or emailed or sent a text that the order came in. The shipment was sent back. I was livid! Due to that experience, along with a few other's, I haven't visited the Orchard location in some time. This was my first time visiting Lane Bryant at this location since the start of the pandemic. So while the lady was extremely helpful, she even updated my information and helped with 2 returns (tags still on them, never worn); the store itself needs some work on the inventory. I may try other locations to see what they have for inventory. I'm not wowed yet...
