I stopped in today and had amazing customer service, conversations, and genuine interest in my shopping, fun, etc! I can't express how much I enjoyed this excursion. I tend to detest malls and rushed, pushy sales people but I recommend Madewell at Park Meadows 100%. I hope you have the same experience. I even got tips on new places open in Denver for drinks and fun, which is super exciting after a long time deployed.

Workers are super friendly & the selection is great during sales! I was in the dressing room when someone outside the dressing room apparently left the store with a stolen item. I heard the worker try to stop her but she said she was offended so she moved on. Quite certain she stole something though. The worker was so sweet/friendly about it. The style here is cute/modern & more polished than J.Crew! I like their color palate: grey, white, black, blue & beiges mostly. They have a ton of winter sweaters on sale right now.

Clearly the word is out on the amazing deals and all the good stuff they have here. I easily spent 1-2 hours in here looking at every last piece they had in stock. If you're in need for a great looking new wardrobe, I recommend coming here for some great staple pieces for a cheap price.

The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie. The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout. Definitely have this store on your priority list to checkout while at the Castle Rock outlets.

You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. I am bummed they stopped caring my favorite from Neutrogena, the sesame oil lotion. Their customer service and staff is impeccable and what you would expect at Nordstrom. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Also looking for lined jeans or pants. Chelley (omg I never get her name right) was cashier and she helped find out if they had any. Christine responded and I went back to have her help me find the lined pants. They have a couple of styles right now. She told me that they have more styles for men but not for women. So unfair. I tried the Carhartt pants and jeans. I preferred the carpenter style jeans instead of the straight leg pants. I did want a short length and they can order for you so you save shipping. Unfortunately that style doesn't come in short so I'll have to roll the jeans up. No biggies. Maybe if I feel like it I'll get them hemmed. At least I have lined jeans for the cooler temps I'll face on my trip. And customer service was great.
