The Amazon return was easy to do. Associate was friendly and efficient. Went to the Sephora section to look for an item recommended by my friend. There was no one to help me get my birthday rewards gift or locate the item I was looking for. It was frustrating. I waited for a few minutes and looked for the item myself. I took an amazon return to Kohls and got the refund from Amazon. 5 weeks later I got notified my returned item never arrived and I would be charged. This fiasco ended up taking a week to remedy. Kohls will not take any responsibility for your drop off. Returns here are not guaranteed. Alas the manager is a pest with trying to get you to sign up or use your Kohls card. It's borderline harassment IMO read more

Usually I would not go into a store as close to close as I had tonight, but it was important and I felt confident I'd still be out before 8/close. Upon walking in, I was instantly treated poorly by one of the two women working up front at the checkout. "Um we only have 15 minutes" I didn't feel it was necessary to explain myself so I said okay and tried to continue walking. She continuously shouted to me that I had to leave even though there was plenty of time before 8 PM to complete the task. She followed me around the store consistently telling me to leave even after I did explain myself. She was rude and Disrespectful. someone who is worked in customer service I have always been told you are not to kick customers out before the closing time some places even after you allow them to still finish what they are doing not rush them out and prevent them spending money. This was the worst experience ever in this store. There were hardly any employees. I was looking at the Marc Antony's shorts. I asked if they had a 30" waist but they did not know. They said it showed they had one but their inventory only gets updated every 24 hours. I was looking at the Apt9 shorts, found Marc Antony's shorts on a 29" clothes hanger. I went back to try them on. I realized they were a 32" waist. I turned them over to a store employee, and instead of putting the shorts on the correct hanger, he just put them with the Marc Antony's shorts, at least. They were not offering a military / Veteran's discount either. We had a few things picked out but decided that they were not worth it. The Levi jeans were about $25.00 more for two pair compared to the Levi Outlet (who were giving a discount). read more

I've been shopping at this Kohl's for several years now and have always received consistently good service and assistance. It does seem to be a little understaffed at times, but a lot of that might have something to do with the COVID restrictions. Kohl's always has great sales on various items, but particularly on name-brand athletic wear, which is mostly what I buy when I shop there. Their homewares dept also has good buys...I can find a few of the odds and ends items here that I can't find elsewhere. I also like that one can do Amazon returns here, which is so convenient and the discounts received from the Amazon returns are so helpful. I'm happy that we have a Kohl's store here that is so convenient for Castle Rock residents. read more

We have a Kohl's charge card that we got in December from the Kohl's in Castle Rock and have NEVER activated. In February we received a bill and disputed the charges. The dispute was ruled in our favor but Kohl's still reported a late payment to our credit file and decreased our credit score by 89 points...on a zero balance on a card we didn't activate. This is effecting a mortgage we are attempting to get and is clearly in violation of the FCRA. As a history - 3/19 we spoke to five separate representatives in the Phillipines before finally, after several requests to be transferred to the US, speaking to Stephanie. She stated they would be escalating and expediting a credit reset as it was an error on Kohl's part. She further stated her supervisor would call us back no later than Tuesday, March 20th. We received no calls. 3/21 - we called Kohl's and reached 3 people in the Phillipines call center, including "David" who stated he was a manager and couldn't transfer me as he was the highest ranking person. He disconnected the call when I again requested to be transferred to the US call center. I called back and reached another representative in the Phillipines and again requested a manager on the floor. The manager on the floor immediately transferred me to the US call center where I had the displeasure of speaking with Luella who refused to let me speak with a manager. She dropped me back into a call queue to the Phillipines. I requested the manager on the floor again and after explaining our situation for the 6th time I was transferred to the US. In the middle of a sentence in speaking with "Marion" in the US, the call went immediately to a survey for Kohl's and the call was disconnected. At no time was I rude. We simply need this resolved and our questions answered. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General as well as looking at our options for the violations of the FCRA and damage to our credit for an error that wasn't ours. read more

We like this location for selection and service. I read the reviews and find this store location far more outgoing than many others. FOLKS we are now in a self service world since that is what we are willing to pay for!!! Was in the store Saturday and every employee said hello and asked if they could help. Our check out associate was caring, friendly, made sure we received ALL of our many discounts and smiled the whole time. My only bitch is OPEN up those isles and let this FAT GUY walk through. read more

It's a large store. And while some areas are nice and organized others are on the floor. The folks at the service desk are very kind and the cashiers are friendly as well. But there are times you can walk a whole lap through the store and not see any staff aside from the front people. The sales here are hit and miss. While it does seem that everything is always on sale some things seem to be a lot cheaper during some sales than others. I don't normal shop for clothing here but homegoods at this store are always stocked and seem to be more staffed than other areas. read more

What a disaster! Went to buy some shoes, looked at 3 different brands, all the shoes were mixed up. Found men's in the women's shoes, the wrong brands in boxes ( Adidas in and Asics box), all the sizes were mixed up and the shoes on display were not the shoes available! Super disorganized. They always have sales going on here! I got a shirt and hat today both for half price. AND when I logged in to their free wi fi a coupon popped up for spend $25, get $5 off. I am glad I took a pic of it because when I went to pay the cashier said there was no such coupon. But it had the bar code so it worked. yahooooo. AND when I paid I got a $10 off coupon on my next visit this week. So overall great shopping experience. read more

This is my favorite Kohl's, I loved it when they sent the $10.00 gift cards in the mail, haven't received them in a while, however, they still have great sales. I would give them 5 stars but I feel that the original prices listed on their merchandise is somewhat inflated. The final price on the items are deals. read more

This review isn't for this exact Kohl's location, but for the website. BEYOND FRUSTRATED with this website. I continually copy and paste my order number into the order status section as a guest, but the site continually tells me that the order doesn't exist. I placed the order online 3 hours ago, and now it's suddenly vanished from the site. I just want to add a new pick up person, but the site won't allow me. The only time I actually get close to adding a new person is on my mobile device after clicking off of the order email, and even then the data I enter for the new person just won't save. I've tried multiple times, and after I click the "DONE" button, nothing saves, and I'm back to square one. My order needs to be picked up in store, and now I have to do it myself, as opposed to a relative who would have had a much easier time doing it. Very anxious to ever shop at Kohl's online again and choose the pick up in store option. Would have been more expensive to have the item shipped, but at this point, it would've been worth it. read more

I have been shopping for my nephew and his fiancé's upcoming bridal shower. The happy couple have registered at multiple wedding registry sites. Unfortunately, they have registered for identical items on more than one registry. I have purchased multiple items as my gift to them. I did not purchase the items at Kohls however, and as a result I need to have Kohls's gift registry updated to reflect the items that I have purchased. Now I would think that any logical thinking person/business would see the importance of this process on order to ensure that the happy couple does not receive multiple identical gifts. I am happy to report that Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond and Target stores make it possible to update their gift registries without much difficulty. However, I have spent a minimum of 2 hours on Kohl's website and have spoken with a customer service representative, as well as 4 different people at 2 different Kohls stores and apparently it is impossible to update purchases made from a Kohls gift registry (I'm assuming unless you purchase an item at Kohls). What should've been an exciting and fun experience shopping for my nephew and his bride, has turned into one of the most frustrating shopping experiences of my life. If you know anyone who is considering using a gift registry I would strongly urge them to not include Kohls in their celebrations as they will more than likely receive multiple items that they will end up needing to return as well as VERY frustrated guests!!! read more
