I picked the colors I wanted and decided to try them once more to be sure I liked the fit. Associate told me where the fitting rooms were and I was shown a room by the fitting room associate. I received clear directions on how to ask for assistance and where to leave unwanted items. After determining that I did like the design, I headed to the cash registers to pay. The cashier and manager were assisting another customer with an issue and I waited a while. The same associate who helped me initially came to the register area and rang me up. Most importantly, I was able to score a good deal on a polo shirt and a pair of shorts and the minimal staff I interacted with was pleasant and didn't try the hard sell on the Gap credit card (Does anyone actually think saving $2 on their purchase is a good enough reason to apply for additional credit?), which I was appreciative of.

My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.
