I hate Wally world but as of now I've given up on this Target and am now going there instead. Whoever is making decisions at this store is a detriment to the overall store health. Drive-up is usually slower at this location so I tend to not order from this Target. My friend had a drive-up order so I came with her. As usual, the order was a little slow to come to the car and we were the only people in the drive-up parking spaces. Service was curt but we did get what we were looking for. read more

It was a great visit to Target and the Starbucks inside. Jess was our checkout associate and she was friendly and upbeat. Made the visit more fun and not sterile as self checkout normally is. We had found what we wanted and stopped for breakfast at Starbucks. Gift card visit so that was a good start. And Michelle made it a super visit. She was cheerful and friendly. Went to return with a gift receipt that was texted to me and also an item I didn't need anymore that I have purchased using the gift card that was on the app. Today was the 2nd time I ran into this young man manning the return department. He was very efficient and courteous as I remembered last time. Today's visit, he was also very courteous and helpful and knew the Target app very well. Returned two items, picked up an item that I have ordered and even got a coffee at the Starbucks. Very efficient, one stop shopping. Did you see the guy at the parking lot with accordion? I've been to this location a few times and I've always had a nice shopping experience. I didn't buy anything today , but I had to go window shopping for a food vacuum sealer. Costco just didn't cut it for me and the product they sold was not working , not even right out of the box. So now I'm on the hunt for a new one. They had plenty of new models here at around similar prices. I saw that they had new MAGNOLIA home products as well. They look very "country barn". Helio wanted to report an incident My partner went in to buy 1 can of baby formula for our baby before closing time he was able to get in because the doors were not locked. An elder white women with white hair turned him away rudely and said it was too late they were closed. He told her I'm just getting a can of baby formula that's all I need we don't have any more at home and another employee even said it was fine to let him in but this women persisted to turn him away. My baby will be without any formula tonight.. We are very upset how this employee handled the situation. I WILL send an email to targets ethics team over this. We will not be returning to this location or target anymore due to how unprofessional this employee handled the situation. I am so frustrated with the lack of integrity in these stores advertising and signage for their 10 dollar gift cards if you buy 3 of some brand! Target mgt refused to honor the advertised and posted sale for the $10 gift card when I purchased 3 Perisel laundry soap over 11 dollars! This used to be illegal to post sales and not honor the pricing at checkout. Federal weights and measures division used to be better at enforcing this kind of false advertising. One thing I've noticed about Targets is that they normally don't follow a cookie cutter layout. I can go in one store and then go into another in a different city and they will be set up differently. Most stores have their grocery in the front, but this store had it on the far left side. Wow this place is a mess, ever since it's opened (10 years ago now) it's constantly under construction, constantly falling apart, last time I went they had buckets and tubs catching water cause it was leaking from the ceiling everywhere, the selection is also just awful. Everything is torn apart, 90% of the make up section is empty or all over the floor, the food is often expired. The customer service isn't bad but it's not good either. Not on Target. I am worried for the future of this Target. First, why are so many shelves empty (see pictures)? Second, why is everything not zoned? Specifically the grocery department. Third, the bathrooms are rank and super gruesome gross. My father went into the men's bathroom (this Saturday) and there was feces all over the men's stall, I didn't believe it until he showed me pictures (I didn't want to post them here because I don't want to disgust you all). It was all over the ground and against the walls....Please Target Team Leads and LODs, make sure you're cleaning those bathrooms. So grossed out. Lastly, there's very little cashiers at the front on a busy Saturday afternoon, why? Is everyone hiding for a reason? Also, why is the workers not in dress code, red shirt and khakis? I found a worker in a buffalo plaid shirt.... like WHAT THE.... I have no clue how corporate hasn't gotten a hold of how bad this Target is... but I really hope there's more improvements. So this is my experience at this store and the service I received. I decided to order a pair of shoes I'd seen in store, but in my procrastination they sold my size so I ordered online. Silly me I opted for in store pickup. Bad idea it turns out. My order showed my local store had the shoes, no problem. But an email next day said I had to choose another store. Today I went out of my way ,in traffic to pick up. Normally I would be ok with that but not today. The young woman at the guest service desk was a bit flustered with the process. I asked BEFORE she processed the order to let me try on first. Of course they were a bit snug ,darn. When I told her never mind, too late she processed it. Darn it, I did say wait , let me try on. A pair of sandals took no more than a few seconds. Soooooo, now I have to wait 24 hrs before I can return to any store. Grrrr! Silly me for asking her to wait before she processed the transaction. My advice: If it's not in store. Pass on it. I like to try on stuff, just like everyone else. Knowing it's a gamble ordering online, but I experience was the worst! We purchased an Xbox game at the store, when we opened the disc did not have a cover art, and the inner ring said DVD-R. We attempted to return it and were given a refund, when we decided to do more shopping the asset protection rep pulled us back to customer service and made us repurchase the game or file a fraudulent chargeback. We attempted to plead our case but they did not care. So we agreed to repay and left. They told us to contact Xbox to get a manufacturing refund, Xbox intern told us to get a refund from Target. I recently saw a video of a young pregnant woman getting her stomach pressed upon, squeezed, and groped by a police officer outside of this target because one of the workers called the police on her over an alleged coupon protocol issue..... I'm assuming there must be more to this story.... This Target is seriously terrible. I love shopping at Target and have been to plenty. We recently moved super close to this Target and I have started driving out of my way to others and honestly will continue to do so moving forward. Besides reading the other horrifying reviews, I can never find a worker for help literally ever. The shelves are completely empty and hardly have what I'm looking for. A good location with not many people willing to help. I've had better experiences with the one that's on Arapaho and 25. The friendliness here seems to be on a bipolar swing. Not everyone is happy to be working there and some workers even avoid eye contact so they don't have to help people. This is a Target and the prices are great. That's why I shop at Target. I don't get the super mediocre reviews for this Target-yes, it's a chain store and nothing groundbreaking. Having said that, it's become my one stop shop because it has pretty much everything I need for much cheaper prices than the grocery store, a clothing store, and an electronics store. I can come here at get toothpaste, a blu-ray, dress socks, and all the groceries I need, all of good quality and all reasonably priced. The store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and there's a Starbucks, which is a nice bonus. So really, there's not a whole lot wrong this place. I use the CVS pharmacy here, on a regular basis. I got one of the $5 coupons, for the prescriptions I get filled. I made a trip to pick up a few things. They came to less than $5. The cashier told me she couldn't take it, because it was against company policy. The purchase had to be over $5. I told her there was nothing printed on the coupon. I paid and went to the service desk and spoke with the rep. The same excuse was given. I asked to talk to a manager. She spouted the same b.s., with no consideration for the fact that they had an upset customer. I submitted the survey on the bottom of the receipt. I got a response, but, when I replied, it bounced back...bad email address. They seriously need some work on their staffing. I might go to other stores, but, will not support this one. The CVS employees don't work for them, so, I'll still use them. read more

I use this target for CVS. I find the pharmacist and tech to be very friendly and so helpful. Anytime their is any issues I get a call right away. I also love that they are more then happy to offer 3 months at a time. Picking up every 3 months vs monthly is so much more convenient. I find this location very clean. They have some great deals. I like clothing shopping at Target in general but I've been realizing lately how turned off I am of their clothes mostly due to the presentation and preservation of their stock.
