So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

The LOFT is like hobo chic meets preppy-- meets casual office work-- meets weekends out with the family fashion all rolled up into one store! Who doesn't love that wide range of style all in one little store?! Now there have been some years where I was like-- what was the buyer thinking?! But for the most part I usually end of buying something from their collections every couple of months when they hit a new season. I love how clean and crisp their styles are with the occasional flare-- depending on how fashion forward their buyer is that specific year. I love that the LOFT keeps it very cohesive and inexpensive. I also love their amazing sales when their trying to get rid of stuff. On my recent first time visit to this specific LOFT store, I found 1 last size 0 green poly blend wide leg cropped pants. They fit amazing and very well tailored for a steal-- $29.99 steal to be exact! I was only expecting a 40% discount but it rang up at 50% off instead! Yay! Also the store was super clean and neat and the sales people were on their sales game-- asking me and other customers to start us fitting rooms. I was greeted by the manager of the store who was very cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly which made my shopping that much more enjoyable. Till next time dear LOFT store-- I will definitely be back real soon. Please keep up the good work! It's a 2 thumbs way up for this LOFT location!

It has been a while since I have been to this store, before the pandemic. The store location is off…read moreSante Fe, just north of W Mineral Ave (not far from C470). It is located in a shopping plaza known as Aspen Grove. There are many other stores in this area. Such as Alamo Drafthouse, Claire's, Starbucks, Yankee Candle, Eddie Bauer, GAP, Panera Bread, Noodles & Co, Qdoba, Tattered Cover Bookstore, Ulta, Ted's Montana Grill, Jos A Bank, Chick-fil-A, Banana Republic, etc... to name several. I had gone here to look for some business attire clothing but possibly some jeans too. Being that I am a plus size lady, finding 'the right' clothes can be a challenge. It has always been a personal irk when I hear 'one size fits all'. No two people are the same size. We are all different and unique. The Lane Bryant stores cater to larger size females. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for years and while I use to love this store, several of the changes I do not. One change I learned was they use to carry shoes but not anymore. I was told due to the demand for activewear, they do not carry shoes anymore. I was told they carry shoes at the Stapleton location, okay fine. I was also informed there is a new rewards program. I may look into the details and seek out more information. The lady shared it is done by email and there is no cost to sign up. I get emails often from Lane Bryant already, not sure why I didn't see any emails regarding the new rewards program. One of the ladies working shared they have new items in for capris. They are stretch material, no zippers or buttons and they even had black along with jean. While looking through the pile folded on the table, every single one was a size 18. I asked the lady why all 6-7 pairs are size 18 and she said that is odd, but they have no control over the shipment that comes in. I think that is a change also. In years past, I was told new shipments with more sizes will be coming. It wasn't shared with me they couldn't control what sizes came in before. Well, that is an issue! Not only for customers like myself, but the employees having to explain that to every customer who asks. Why can't each store manager or supervisor keep track of inventory and when there is a size that is no longer there, document it and let corporate know? I know they keep track of inventory, every place does on some level. Again, another irk. Any place that carries an item and yet every time I visit the establishment, said item is not in stock. It is a good way to get a BAD REVIEW. I also prefer to look professional. The 'relaxed' 'stressed' 'boyfriend' look is not professional. I don't like ripped clothing overall, I think it went out with my teen years. The employee was very helpful with calling several stores to see if they carried this new jean in my size in stock. It turns out the 3-4 she called, NONE had my size. For a new product being offered, Lane Bryant is definitely not staying on top of their inventory. The employee did state that I could pre-order and have it shipped to me (I prefer it shipped to the store and then I pick it up). I have done this many times in the past. However, a very bad experience a few years ago had me not doing anymore pre-orders. I had ordered 3-4 pairs from The Orchard location (144th and I-25) and was never called or emailed or sent a text that the order came in. The shipment was sent back. I was livid! Due to that experience, along with a few other's, I haven't visited the Orchard location in some time. This was my first time visiting Lane Bryant at this location since the start of the pandemic. So while the lady was extremely helpful, she even updated my information and helped with 2 returns (tags still on them, never worn); the store itself needs some work on the inventory. I may try other locations to see what they have for inventory. I'm not wowed yet...

Bins are rotated approximately every 30 min. Grab your cart out in the parking lot in your way in, there's never any in the store. Leave your cart against the wall. Leave the kids at home, they are not allowed near the bins. Of course there's always someone that doesn't control their kiddos and it creates an unsafe environment. I absolutely love seeing the young teens and college kids in now and seeing that they appreciate a sustainable wardrobe. Whether they are buying for themselves or reselling, it is so cool to see it so busy and popular now. As a teacher finding toys and books has been a lifeline for me there. My 3 star rating is because they are back to allowing children. As a preschool teacher my eyes and ears are always alert to children crying or lost- and it is almost every time I go that I see something that makes me cringe. The last being a child about three years old trying to hush its crying infant sister while the mom was across the store shopping. Parents set up whole play areas on the floor while they spend hours shopping. I truly wish they either changed it to no kids or your kid has to be on you or with you the entire time. There is so much potential danger that it makes it not so fun to shop and watch happen. You can't leave a child on the floor against the wall in any store so I'm not sure how parents think it's OK to do at the bins. To end on a happy note, so happy to see that books are just $.25. The less in the landfill and on bookshelves the better.

It's not an infrequent occurrence that the plugs get separated from the appliance. Sometimes they are even priced, although this plug was not. Someone had deliberately removed it from the dock, which was all taped up, and thrown the cord into the box. Perhaps they intended to grab the speaker later, idk.
