My first visit to this location was March 2025 and I understand it's already been here for a few years. I will say it was disappointing that they were very little even on display only purses. However, they did have quite a bit of selection when it came to the home wares, fragrances and beauty. It was disappointing as well that some of the women's shoes were also not on display nor available in store. The reason, though that I'm giving this five stars is because I connected with one of the employees who totally understood me totally understood. My vibe and is a great relationship builder as we have been in consistent contact since March. In fact, I have made additional purchases after that visit and he has made everything so convenient and simple. I have visited numerous Hermes store across the globe, including all of the three locations in Paris. And while I understand the Parris stores probably get its fair share of tourist, but don't come back again, I am not one of those. Looking forward to my next in person visit here!!!! read more

The Asian lady working here left a really bad impression of Hermes and is easily a 1 star experience. Noelia on the other hand was awesome and saved the day. Details We wanted to exchange an unopened nail polish. The Asian lady pushed back asking if it was open. We said it's not open. She didn't listen and started to tell us how Hermes needs to throw away the nail polish when customers return them. The policy states if it's within 30-days and if it's in the same condition as purchased, it can be returned/exchanged. She said she can make this special one time exception then proceeded to tell us they only have 3 colors in stock. Yes, 3 colors we can choose from out of the ~30 or so they have. Then she passed us off to another associate which stated "I have an appointment coming up so hurry." Yikes. Noelia (our savior) magically found the color that the Asian lady said was not in stock and did the exchange for us quickly. Even gave us water and recommendations for local scores. Ordered a scarf for my wife online but she decided on a different color. I called the Cherry Creek location to verify they had the one she wanted in stock, and I was told they did. I was aware that the Hermes ph# is for a call center but they did check the inventory. I figured it would be quicker to drive to the store (1/2 hr each way) to do a 1 for 1 exchange. When I arrived at the store the lady said she did not have that particular scarf in stock and the call center was incorrect. I told her I spoke with Hermes only a few minutes ago and they confirmed it was in stock. Another associate actually said, "let me look" and sure enough they had it. They took me over to the register to do the "exchange" and said I owed an addition $26 in taxes even though the two scarfs were the same price. I explained to her it's a simply exchange and she said legally we have to charge you the difference in taxes even though I did not purchase it at their location. In short, it would have been much quicker and more cost effective to send it back by mail. Don't bother dealing with this store as they were not all that interested in helping. read more

Of all of the Hermes stores around the country that we have shopped in the Customer Service at the Denver location is by far the best. Every single Associate said hello and asked how we were doing. It is easy to see that the leadership of the Denver location sets the direction and ensures a very high level of service. Our SA Holly is amazing and sets the bar for Customer Service. To get to my point, Instead of hating the brand, hate this boutique; and since these people work on commission and earn about $1000 biweekly, these people do not deserve that commission (which isn't too large to begin with) and if i were you just order it from the online store or by phone (unless youre trying to get a birkin) and actually get the service you deserve; maybe even go to a different store. I am very confused with this store because I have never been told no, especially when I am trying to buy something... and I don't expect to be treated like royalty or whatever cause I could care less about service. This isn't even the point of my review because even if I were planning to purchase a pair of $800 mules, you have to earn the vip treatment in most store but the issue was the store won't even welcome anyone. Also like to point out that i'm more look around, buy what I want and I'm out; actually hate conversing with shopgirls. I'm not a million dollar spender at Hermes but I do have a handful of pieces that I truly adore and they only get better with time.. This rating isnt for the brand itself because you will never get this kind of service at their flagship store in Paris (Yes, I've bought some of my pieces there), people at the flagship store would go out of their way to help when they can and even convince you to buy more, unless they think you're a reseller. I've visited this store before and received welcoming and professional service. However the sales associate I encountered on a recent visit made me feel profiled from the minute I walked in the door. She missed all the cues of a professional salesperson when I said I was looking for birthday gift ideas--she never asked for whom or if I had a particular price range for the gift. However all of her comments referred to "budget friendly" items and she even recommended I check out the wine store around the corner for an inexpensive gift. Again, I NEVER made mention of price, budget or anything in particular to justify such comments. I felt most uncomfortable when I saw her and her colleague literally staring at me as I looked through the store. Zero stars if possible-- The WORST store! I literally wanted to pop in and buy a simple leather belt strap for a buckle I purchased a couple of years ago, knowing the size I needed. I was passed off to no less than 5 different salespeople over the course of nearly 2 hours, and the last person who assisted me measured me and said I needed a bigger size. He said it would be just slightly longer and I could get two extra holes added free of charge if needed. I reluctantly agreed (dying to get out of there!!). Belt had to be ordered and shipped to me. Of course it was too long, so I added the extra holes, but now there is so much excess, it hangs from behind the belt. I tried returning the unworn strap and, again was passed off between sales associates for over an hour, was told that since the holes were added I couldn't return it. My mother in law loved Hermes, Thankfully she isn't around to see what this establishment has evolved into. I won't ever buy anything from them again! read more

Right across the street from the Cherry Creek Mall located as the main focal point to Cherry Creek North shopping, the store basically is the front page of the shopping area since its the first store you see. By far the quality of the clothes, leather goods, accessories are superb! Yes, it's expensive crazy but the quality lasts years. Very contemporary, conservative and refined. For the men, its very dapper. The ladies its very classy. Usually people have the "Pretty Woman" syndrome and think they will be turned away or shunned by their attire or looks. No worries on that part, the customer service is beyond friendly and welcomes you to look around and even advice on whats new and in fashion, thats if you're not buying anything ;) Find parking on the street or the garages near the store. You can even park across the street at the mall and walk over. The store is not in the mall. In all, if you're willing to spend the big bux, or just want something nice for yourself or someone you love, come here to buy quality name brand! read more

Hermes is like a drug- the company, its history, and its products can become addictive over time. As I've continued to visit more and more H stores and meet more staff far and wide I've been constantly reminded why the Denver store is so superb...not because other locations I've visited were exceptionally poor, but because everything that happens in the Denver store is so right. Since my last update I've visited all 3 Las Vegas Hermes locations, the Beverly Hills location, and the Chicago location again. While the Chicago, Boston, and Beverly Hills locations were enjoyable, I remain firm in my conviction that the Denver H cannot be beat. Why? The Denver store has 7 employees and all of them are excellent. I can say this because I have worked with them all in some capacity over time. They truly care about you and show this in so many ways: 1. They are never in a hurry, and are always willing to spend as much time as desired with you. 2. They are willing to do anything necessary to help you find a desired item or items. 3. Their communication is consistently excellent. 4. They treat you like family and friends. 5. They all work together as a team and support each other in pursuit of customer satisfaction. Hermes is a company that is based around the concept of clienteling, or forming relationships with people, not just selling. When you walk into the Denver H, you find, after some conversation and chat about the products and company, that there is literally no limit to the depth these employees will go to to ensure that your experience is a positive one. I continue to stand by my assertion that this is one of the best H franchises in the world. It may not be the biggest, but it is without peer in its customer relations and service and they will do everything they can to form a meaningful client relationship with anyone who walks in the door. read more

I've been to several Hermes stores across the world (Paris, Chicago, Rome, Vegas, etc.), and out of all of these stores, Denver (my home store) is my absolute favorite. My sales associate (Jocelyn) is an absolute sweetheart and has always been extremely accommodating and has made me feel very welcome. She gives great advice, and I have never felt an ounce of pressure from her. She emphasizes that she wants me to be 100% satisfied with my purchases and is extremely patient with me. I cannot say enough great things about her. The store director (Chelsea) also made me feel very welcome on my very first visit. I've worked with other sales associates briefly, and they were all pleasant to work with as well. The quality -- as most of you know -- cannot be beat. The leather is sooooo soft. The hand stitching on their leather goods is divine. The scarves, shawls, belts, and bracelets are also of great quality. They stand behind their products and offer refurbishing on your purchased goods if needed in the future. The storefront can be a bit intimidating for some, but don't let that get to you. The staff is very friendly and patient -- even if you are just browsing. If you are in the market for quality accessories, leather goods, etc. -- this is definitely the place for you. read more

My family and I walked in and was helped by someone named Makenzie (spelling may be wrong). I hear the staff is hit or miss- but our experience was wonderful! My mother owns many pieces and is enthusiastic about Hermes. Makenzie clearly read this and answered all of her questions, was inquisitive, funny and just a delight to interact with. I've noticed they are the worst store in Denver for judging a book by it's cover. Or I should say your bank account by your appearance. I understand that stores like this must attract a lot of window shoppers, but it seems like a lot of the sales people are not interested in helping these people. Which is bizarre because that is their JOB. The time I came in my sweat pants after the gym they were very cold. Once they realized that I was a real customer they changed their tune. These sales assistants need to learn the golden rule to treat others as they would like to be treated regardless of the commission they may get. Bad customer service with arrogant attitude. I bought my Birkin in Vegas in November 13 and bring it back to the Hermès in cherry creek because of all of the hardware were tarnished. They said will sent to the spa to fixing. I trust Hermès integrity to not check the way they've mark in my drop off paper as used bag . I just only take it out from the box but carry it inside of it's dust bag to my trip but leaves in hotel since I didn't have a need to use it. How can it's a used bag when I didn't use it ? They advised me to bring it in so I ran home and got it. They sent it out the next day and this will be free. It will take a while but they need to send it to NYC. Young classless sales associate profiled me yesterday. As soon as I walked through the door, she gave me the head to toe once over then approached me in a condescending and too familiar tone with "well, don't you look cute with your boots and dress...". Even if she's 30, I'm still old enough to be her mother. For starters, this is not a mall store, so I didn't accidentally walk into the store. I have been in this store before, and shopped in their Dallas and Houston locations. She never thought to ask such a simple introductory question. I mention to her that I am looking for ideas for a birthday gift, "it's difficult to buy for someone who can buy whatever they want...and it's a milestone birthday". She responded with comments that assumed I knew nothing about the store or brand with references to items that "won't break the bank" or are reasonable like the "many coffee cups" they have. Then she hawked and hovered over me, even sent another associate to watch me when she stepped away for a mere second. No ones else was even in the store at this point. Then they both stood back with fake smiles and watched me as if I was the subject in a lab experiment. When I asked her when the store was moving to the mall she answered and then jumped to the conclusion that I must work at the mall. Why? Simply because I asked, hmmm. Why couldn't I be a shopper or possibly live in the neighborhood? Which I am, which I do? When I told her I knew b/c I shopped there, saw the window display and saw a community newsletter as a high rise resident in the neighborhood, (more explanation than I ever should need to give) she literally stopped and stared at me with a blank smile for almost 5 seconds, as if she couldn't process the information. Every item I touched was met with some price reference--of which I never asked! If she was a professional salesperson, she would've inquired if I had a budget range from the start. She never even bothered to ask who I was shopping for or what milestone birthday it was, just made biased assumptions and comments. The final insult came when she proceeded to suggest I check out the "neat little wine store" around the block because of the reasonably priced gift ideas. Uh, no, my southern devout Baptist mother would NOT like a wine gift for her 70th birthday! In my three years living here in Denver, I have encountered many such acts of profiling and downright passive aggressive prejudice and stupidity. However, a well-dressed middle aged, highly educated, six figure earning African American female, receiving such treatment from a young clueless sales associate who probably doesn't make enough to afford most of the items in her store, even with a company discount, is just too much. I am a lifelong Hermès client and shop at Hermès in Paris, London, NYC and LA whenever I travel. I was excited when I learned Hermès was coming to Denver. The store is small but quite adequate. The staff is seemingly friendly but incompetent, uncommunicative and unapologetic. In 2013, I ordered a pair of shoes in a size the Denver store did not have. Two months later, I dropped by the store. Lo and behold, the shoes were in! But no one had called me and the shoes were the wrong color. I was flying farther West the next week so I called my Hermès salesperson in LA, while I was in the Denver store. He had the shoes and held them for me. I did not make a fuss in Denver. Fast forward to 2014. Recently, I received an Hermès gift and took it to the store to exchange. The item had to be ordered from NY. This time, three months went by. I called the store twice and I was assured I'd be notified as soon as the replacement arrived. Two weeks ago, I was in the neighborhood and went into the store. The item was there..."Quelle surprise"! No phone call, no follow up, no communication. Encore. And no apology ... just business, as usual, at the non raffiné Hermès store in Denver. No more shopping there for me. My purchases will be saved for Hermès stores in other cities where Hermès managers and assistants are well trained, competent, communicative, and appreciative of my patronage. First of all, the security guard standing at the door just watched me as I opened the door by myself to enter the establishment. Then, I was being helped by Lucinda. I asked for a men's belt size 85 or 90 cm and she replied "okay. That's kind of small." I was immediately a bit aggravated by this comment...she could have worded her response differently and replied in a more polite manner. After trying the 95cm she brought out I asked for the cognac color and she said "we don't have a cognac color, but I think I know what you're talking about." She proceeded to bring out a taupe-colored belt. When I told her I wanted a more tan or camel color she corrected me and said the color is "actually gold" and then went in the back to search for it with the buckle I wanted. She had another sales associate (possibly manager) Kristina continue to help me after I said I am only asking for prices. Kristina then took over and continued to help me in a much more professional manner. She assisted us with a handbag and was very sweet after I told her I would think about everything. When I asked for Lucinda's business card she gave me Kristina's instead...I went back and asked for her name. I left highly upset due to that comment and now I will just have to purchase my items back in New York. Thumbs down. read more
