Tremendous experience shopping for my daughter's wedding dress last weekend. This was our first stop of what were four scheduled appointments. We were beyond fortunate to work with Jordan, who quickly built a great rapport with the bride and impressed all of us with her knowledge of the different dresses, styles and fabrics. We enjoyed mimosas and macarons in a spacious seating area for our group of four guests as well as the bride. The scheduled appointment time flew by, and we moved onto our next stop - surely it wouldn't be so easy that she would say YES to the very first dress she tried on?! Well, she absolutely (eventually) did. Jordan encouraged us to return later that day if she wanted to try it on again, and after our next somewhat underwhelming experience at our next appointment, we went back and finalized the purchase, cancelling our last two appointments for the next day. We stayed under our budget and the beautiful dress she selected is simply exquisite. A huge selection of gowns and large store - it can feel overwhelming on arrival but their entire staff does a great job creating a welcoming environment and keeping things moving smoothly. read more

Pretty good dress selection. Expensive. I loved my dress. I am so disappointed in the tailoring. Absolutely DO NOT get your dress tailored here. Go somewhere else. I'm extremely disappointed in how it turned out. I should have taken it home the first time I saw the alterations and had someone correct it. I thought they could fix it. It looks worse. I can't fix it at this point because of timing and to say I'm disappointed after spending over $5000 here is an understatement. Edit: I took my dress to my regular tailor and she salvaged it within a few days for literally a quarter of the cost of tailoring at TBC. Mia's Creative Tailoring is the absolute best! She said she gets a lot of dresses folks who buy here and need a last minute fix. So disappointed I wasted money on their services. read more

Had a wonderful appointment with Crystal for our first (and final) shopping experience for my daughter. I loved that Crystal was - as should be - 100% focused on my daughter, her preferences, how she felt, HER day despite there being a few of us in her entourage. She kept to our budget ($2k), listened and responded, and within just 6 dresses she found THE ONE (and managed to also find the veil and a scarf for cocktail hour - tick/done!). All the staff were engaging and lovely, it was a really great experience. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our appointment at The Bridal Collection! I attended an appointment to find my wedding gown with my parents, future mother-in-law, and fiancé's grandmother. It was a Saturday afternoon and I opted to purchase the charcuterie and champagne that the shop offers as extras if desired. Everyone in the shop was warm and welcoming and our assigned stylist was very knowledgeable. She quickly learned my style and was respectful of our budget. I found my dream dress by the end of the appointment! In addition to the dress, I purchased the matching veil and a faux fur stole as my wedding occurred over the winter season in Chicago. A service that I greatly appreciated was that the shop allowed me to come in prior to traveling to Chicago for my wedding and helped me pack everything in my carry on suitcase. It was so reassuring knowing my dress was traveling right by my side to avoid any possible luggage issues with the airline. I also loved the option to have the alternations done in house and had a wonderful experience in that department as well. I highly recommend The Bridal Collection! read more

Natalie is hands down the best! She treated my daughter as if she were her own. The kindness, patience and detailed description of every dress was so incredibly helpful. She had the absolute best advice and suggestions, and made this experience truly special. She made my daughter feel like she was the only person to get married and focused on what she liked and preferred in dresses. And the options she brought out were spectacular. I would recommend her 100%! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Amy Hilim read more

I had such an amazing experience at this bridal shop! Crystal was so sweet, welcoming, and truly understanding. She listened to everything I wanted and tried her absolute best to customize every detail so the dress felt perfectly me. She was respectful, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Some of my requests I wasn't sure were possible but she found a way to make them work and let me speak with alterations to get everything just right. She is truly good at her job and you could tell she cares. Most importantly, she helped me find a beautiful dress that I didn't expect to like at all but ended up completely falling in love with. I'm so grateful for her kindness and effort. Highly recommend this shop and especially her! read more

My wedding dress consultant Jessica was amazing. I went into The Bridal Collection with no idea what type of dress style or fit I wanted. Jessica treated me, my mom, and grandma amazing and couldn't have made this evening a better experience. Jessica helped me say yes to the dress and picked it out for me. I would highly recommend The Bridal Collection and Jessica for future brides! read more

I went to the Bridal Collection on recommendation from a friend who recently purchased from there, it lived up to every standard and expectation Macayla, helped me and my family and she was amazing super supportive and informative, she helped me deal with all the questions and stress through the whole process, she made me feel at ease with any concerns or worries, the place was beautiful and easy to navigate, 5 stars all around. read more

Very classy location offering a plethora of dresses to choose from. The staff are very well trained on the make, material and design of each dress. They definitely provide the vibe that is on the popular TV show. Please note champagne is something you pay for. I will say my daughter did come out feeling a bit overwhelmed, which I believe detoured her away from choosing a dress from here. read more

The staff at this shop is impeccable and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first of a few bridal shops I visited and they set the bar WAY high. I first interacted with Nikki, their Digital Marketer via Instagram. She was beyond kind, informative and in no way pushy about coming in for an appt. She encouraged me that the Bridal Collection would have a wide variety of dresses available to try on and to just enjoy the process! After booking an appt. I spoke with Anna over the phone whom was very pleasant as well. I was pretty overwhelmed with this being my first shop but she calmed a lot of my nerves, getting to know me, what I was looking for & explaining the process. Then I get to the shop... it's absolutely gorgeous. They were prompt to bring over our champagne (a upgrade to your appt.) and I was quickly greeted by Jordan. She was a godsend! I mean, if anyone was made for this job, it's her. She was team bride all the way. Zero judgement, beyond encouraging & HONEST! She read me like a book and knew I wasn't liking a certain look, so she'd waste no time getting me into the next style which was chefs kiss. She did all the work for me when it came to grabbing gowns and wasn't insulted by me not wanting to try on a certain style that she chose. She actually said that just helps her narrow it down even better & why waste time on something I dislike. Although I didn't say yes at the Bridal Collection, I'd say yes to this staff time and time again. read more

Sadie was absolutely the perfect person to help me guide what I wanted for my wedding dress, she made me feel so comfortable and confident in everything I tried, but also pulled so many options for me that I was able to explain every small detail I liked and disliked until I found the one. She was patient, extremely helpful and all around such a good energy to have around while trying to navigate what I wanted. I went to two stores before this one and I wish I came here first! The selection was massive and I had multiple dresses I was interested in. 10/10 would recommend, this felt like friends helping you pick a dress rather than a salesman, please go here! read more

The Bridal Collection was an amazing experience! My consultant Kendra was exceptional. Her positive energy was infectious and she made me instantly feel comfortable and supported in my opinions. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found the one that same day! Kendra was so intentional and kept the appointment running so smoothly even on a super busy Saturday. I didn't feel rushed at all and I would definitely recommend that anyone should come here for their wedding dress needs and ask for Kendra! read more

Do not hesitate - go book your appointment with the Bridal Collection! I couldn't be happier with everything from the Customer Service, the dress quality and options, the energy, the cleanliness of the shop, etc. Just freaking WOW!!! When you make your appointment ASK FOR JORDAN - you need her energy for your appointment. She was personable, kind, respectful, body positive, happy and full of energy. She made a note to remember everyone's names, asked personable questions about me and my fiancé, asked about the wedding and somehow remembered everything! I don't have any constructive feedback about the Bridal Collection. Everything was perfect and I found my perfect dress! read more

Best experience I could have had getting a dress. I recommend all brides going here to find your dream dress. My consultant Susan was AMAZING, everything I said I did or did not want she read my reaction completely and put me in my dream dress. I purchased a dress here in March but felt pressured by the salesperson to "say yes to the dress." After having second thoughts, I called the next day to try it on again. I was told the sample had already been sold, making it impossible to try on again. They offered only a small discount on an accessory alteration as compensation. Six months later, when the dress arrived, it was significantly larger than the one I had tried on in the store, requiring extensive alterations that nearly doubled the cost of the dress. I ultimately decided to wear a different dress. When I asked about options for a return or refund, I spoke with a manager who was defensive and unwilling to offer any solutions. Despite trying twice to ask for help with resale or other options, I was ignored or dismissed until finally they sent me some professional photos to use for resale. They just wanted the dress off of their hands and to make the sale, without considering the dissatisfaction of the customer. read more

I was very excited to come to The Bridal Collection after reading all of the positive reviews and looking at their dresses online, but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after I talked with my stylist about my budget, she had me go pull dresses off the rack myself. Every single one was out of my price range and I would have to put it back. It felt like a ploy to get brides to go over their budget without making it the stylist's fault. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Now, my main issue: when the appointment began, I told my stylist that I wanted an "elegant, classy, and romantic dress." Not a single dress fell into those categories. I was brought obnoxiously sequined dresses, a dress with a gaudy sparkly bow, dresses with deep plunges, and dresses with slits up to my crotch (literally - when I stepped up onto the platform my entire group saw my underwear). I also requested to try on a few fit and flare dresses and did not get to try on a single one. It's like my stylist didn't listen to a single thing I said. The prices seemed much higher compared to other shops I went to and I felt more pressure here. Overall, it was not enjoyable and I wish I had brought my group somewhere else. read more

Love, love, love all of our experiences with this team! We went to try on a couple of times, and then returned for the big sale event. WHAT a JOY!!! Everyone was cheering each other on, and despite long waits (one lucky bride waited from 1:30 am to find her dream wedding gown) everyone was joyful and had such a great time searching for their perfect dress and boosting up other brides as they tried on gowns and made their picks. Thanks for a great morning!! read more

This place is BY FAR worthy of more than 5 stars. Their staff is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome and beautiful! Highly recommend this place over and over again. read more

Just wanted to post an update. I received a call from The Bridal Collection to bring my dress that I purchased in to have their alterations department work on it since a large majority of the sequins were continuing to decorate the ground. They were very kind and helpful. When I went back into pick up my dress almost 4 months later it did look much better without all of the loose threads hanging off. There is not a doubt in my mind that they worked many many many days and hours on my dress. Was it flawless... No. But it was defiantly better. For the amount of money that I paid I would like to think perfection is what they would strive for. Again, Great people but ALWAYS thoroughly check out your dress before purchasing. Like with a flashlight so you can clearly see any discrepancies. read more

This was an amazing experience. I came with my sister and niece and we were just browsing for shoes. Cathy was my stylist. I did go in not having a clue what I wanted or what would look good on me. But I had one request, no silk. She not once gave me an attitude about checking fabrics. This dress made me feel the most beautiful I ever felt in my life. The best thing that I loved from this shop is that I didn't feel pressed to buy it. Not once did I ever feel like I had to worry about my dress. Thank you so much for the experience and now you have a customer for life since I plan on getting dresses for upcoming weddings. read more

I had no idea finding the perfect dress could be so easy! Crystal asked my daughter a lot of questions to find out what she wanted, then let us look through the dresses, guiding us to what my daughter had said. She picked out 5 or 6 to try on, then Crystal went in the back and brought out two cash and carry dresses - designer concept dresses that were one of a kind. The third dress my daughter tried on was stunning on her! She tried on the rest of the dresses, but had already fallen in love with the third one, one of the in-stock dresses. And then Crystal brought out two gorgeous veils. In 2 hrs we had dress shopping done! Crystal was so pleasant and encouraging - I highly recommend this shop! read more

I just LOVE this shop. This was our second bridal salon for the day and the difference between customer service, professionalism, variety in styles, prices, etc. was just night and day from the first place we went. Our stylist was the most amazing lady. So was so kind and helpful. When we first arrived we were offered champagne and macaroons. We didn't accept, but the offer was lovely. Our stylist then sat with us, asked all the right questions, took us on a tour, she then pulled everything. She helped me into every dress, and when I found my dress she even teared up with me and my family a bit. It was the cutest, most special experience. Highly recommend this bridal salon. read more

I loved my experience here! They had such a huge collection to choose from. The dress I liked the most wasn't quite perfect but with their alterations team we were able to make my dream dress come to life. The staff here were wonderful very helpful and considerate. I would definitely recommend. Also the dress preservation team they use for me my dress back in less than two months which was awesome! Thank you to everyone that helped me find/create my perfect dress! One thing I wasn't aware of was the fees and whatnot that come along with buying the dress I knew there would be alteration charges but it seemed like there were far more fees than what was needed. The quality of the dress I chose was amazing. read more

We used Bridal Collection for both my daughter's bridal gown and my MOTB dresses. I went to the Bridal collection as a young bride really not knowing the process of how things are done when buying a wedding dress. Sasha who my stylist was truly amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone who asked. However, after setting a budget, I was put into dresses that were outside of that budget and fell in love with one I could not afford. It broke my heart when I had to find something else. Additional things were added onto the price of the dress as well that I was unaware were not required. Bring my price to close to double the amount of the dress. I went back and looked again for another dress. Feeling like I had found my dress they accommodated the 60% down they require and let me set up a payment plan which was very nice. After a week I realized I was no longer excited about my dress and wanted to keep looking. When I reached out to them to see what my options were, I was met with unfriendly responses. One of the managers stated, "We have made way to many accommodations for you already" and "you can come in and look again but we will require you to put 60% down" and took the option of a payment plan away from me. The way she spoke to me put me in tears and really put a damper on the experience of finding my wedding dress. I wouldn't say I don't recommend shopping here just be sure they only put you in dresses that are in your budget and ask questions on what the extra chargers will be and essentially don't change your mind. Once you pick the dress there's no going back. read more

Crystal was an amazing stylist to work with. she listened to everything I had envisioned for my dream dress, branched out with certain other styles I wanted to try, and gave honest feedback! I have had the best experience at The Bridal Collection. I initially came back in 2020 to pick out a dress and had it stored with them for over a year when we had to move our wedding due to COVID. Picking out a dress was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were so knowledgeable. I came back to have the gown altered and again had a lovely experience with a very competent and thoughtful seamstress who made me a lovely mask to match my wedding dress. They even packed my wedding dress in my carry on. Hands down an all around excellent experience. read more

WOW! That doesn't even begin to express how amazing this place is. I did the Disney suite with champagne and a breakfast board.
