Ordered my dress last August after Cami patiently let me trying on dresses 3 different times, then received my dress in February, and went in for 3 fittings in April for my July wedding. Their selection of gowns is fabulous and their in-house alterations are worth it to ensure someone highly experienced is handling your wedding gown. I was able to create and add bow spaghetti straps to my willowby watters dress. And I got my veil through them as well! I can't say enough good things about this store, and Shelby. After a seamstress ruined a dress I'd purchased from Emma & Grace 10 months earlier at the 11th hour (please avoid Alterations by Hemali at all costs), I was forced to buy a new dress a week before my wedding. Emma & Grace got me in within a few hours of calling, pulled amazing off-the-rack options for me, and offered me extra (very generous) discounts when they heard what had happened. They also let me borrow a dress I wasn't sure I could have tailored in time to bring in to the tailor without purchasing it first, so I wouldn't be stuck if it didn't work out. Bought my beautiful Zavana Couture wedding dress at this bridal studio in the summer of 2020 (peak pandemic) and could not be happier with their dress selection, service, and studio. I went to several other Denver bridal boutiques and didn't find anything that connected with me at a reasonable price. The staff at Emma/Grace were incredibly helpful, patient, and excited for my wedding. I tried on so many dresses over multiple visits with my friends tagging along until I finally saw the dress that won me over. I was going to buy another one and saw it last minute, and they totally indulged me and had me try it on - I was sold then! I was able to split up the payment and the dress came in the timeline they said it would (and even rushed it), even though it was in the middle of the pandemic and coming from Australia. The boutique itself was super cute, with tons of bridal, bridesmaids, and ring-bearer accessories and clothes, and many other cute things (I bought a daily agenda there that became my favorite). I was asked a few questions in an online survey beforehand, and this probably helped them hand-select some awesome selections for me. While trying all of these options on, they were patient, encouraging, honest, and did not try to pressure me to change my mind. I wasn't able to find many sample size pieces, but I did find a stunning dress for the ceremony. Unfortunately, in the end, the dress I loved was a little bit more than I was wanting to spend at the time. However, the staff was incredibly understanding & tried to help me troubleshoot whatever I could - even giving me an extended code to think, decide, and come back to have their sales price honored, which truly means the world to a scatter-brained bride (haha). Where do I even start?! This place is absolutely amazing! I was traveling back to Denver for the holidays and knew I wanted to try on wedding dresses while I was home with family. I found them online and then followed on social and decided to book my try on session. Megan was my stylist and she was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so incredibly comfortable, she really listened to what I wanted and pulled some incredible dresses for me to try. This was the best possible experience I could have ever hoped for. Their in store sizes are incredibly size inclusive and that was a huge plus for me! Every bride deserves to feel beautiful especially when trying on dresses- and this place takes the cake for that! I was able to really see how a dress would look on me. I left there loving pretty much every dress I tried on- but I took the weekend to think about and said yes to one of them! This is such a great bridal boutique! Their dresses are absolutely gorgeous and there are a lot of very different styles to choose from. This is a place where you could find a unique dress that says something special about you. I went with my friend who is the bride-to-be. There were five of us with her and we got to sit in a really cute area and she would come out and show us the dresses on a little platfirm. We brought champagne and they had glasses for us to use there. We had such a fun afternoon and my friend found her wedding dress! Brooke was the person working with my friend and she was amazing! She is very experienced and knowledgeable and really listens and is therefore able to hone in on the bride's particular style. My experience at Emma & Grace surpassed all of my expectations. To start, the aesthetic and atmosphere is amazing. It definitely helped me picture myself on my "big day" when looking back at pictures of the gowns I tried on later that day. Love the brick and chandeliers! Loved this store! Gorgeous, classy, modern gowns. Shelby was an absolute gem and did an incredible job picking up on my style and bringing me things in my price range that I loved!! She really went above and beyond to work with me as I came in on the lower end of the price spectrum for the boutique. I felt very supported by her, and we were able to bring a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the appointment. They had glasses available! There space itself is GORGEOUS with several private corners for the showings. The front has a cute little shop for jewelry and accessories, as well as free snacks, tea and coffee, and water to make you feel relaxed and at home. Emma & Grace has some gorgeous dresses, but this was by far the worst bridal appointment I had of the three I made around town. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't amazing, which I realize is a high bar. I don't know, I just left with an overall "meh" feeling about Emma & Grace and probably wouldn't go back or recommend them to anyone else. For the price points of their dresses I think I just expected more attention and care. I expected them to have been prepared with some ideas and suggestions, and to be more inclusive of my bridal party and mom. They certainly weren't rude or bad, and the dresses themselves are pretty it was just a very underwhelming experience. I don't want a white dress, and specifically made an appointment with Emma & Grace because they have the Chantel Laurent dress with a gorgeous blue skirt that I just loved photos of online. I'm bigger than the sample dress sizes, something I noted in my appointment request and confirmed verbally when they called to confirm my appointment, but despite this I didn't feel like they had anything ready for my appointment--including the little privacy fabric swatch Anna Be had used to make dresses look and feel more like they would, were they in my size. Instead, once I arrived they just kind of turned me lose on the racks to find things I thought I would like. Other than the Chantel Laurent, they didn't have any other dresses in greys/blues/non-white colors beyond the bridesmaids dresses. My stylist was great once she had some direction from me and actually found an off-white lace dress that I liked, despite thinking I wouldn't like something super lacy and white! If you know exactly what you're looking for, or just like rows and rows and rows of white dresses to choose from, this place may be for you! My friends and mom who were there were mainly ignored by Emma & Grace, which I would expect from a David's Bridal type of operation,but was SUCH a marked difference from Anna Be, where they were given water and champagne and made to feel as special and as much a part of the whole thing as I was. I mean, there is a fridge stocked with tiny bottles of water so that was nice, but it just felt like my stylist and the staff otherwise ignored them. Since they know me best and know what I want and when I'm truly excited or just faking it for the sake of conversation, I really would have appreciated their being more intentionally included. read more

This was my very first experience trying on dresses and the whole experience was a positive one. I legitimately had to stop at the bottom of the stairs on the way in because I was overwhelmed with what I was about to get into, but after we started the appointment, I felt MUCH more at ease. The store itself is beautiful, with tall ceilings and exposed bricks. Everyone we spoke with that evening was funny, down-to-earth and kind. Their dresses hang on racks in the middle of the store so it was easy to browse and find things that we liked - which is exactly how we started the appointment. My consultant had my fiancé and me (it was just the two of us on a Monday night) browse and choose one dress from each "style" rack - they were separated my silhouette. We started with quite a few different styles and as we went on, started narrowing it down - eventually we were able to just look at something and say no/yes. I figured out pretty quickly what I was looking for and my consultant started making her own picks. Funny enough, at the end of the appointment, my favorite was a dress my fiancé had picked at the very beginning. I mentioned before we started the appointment that I had a few more appointments with my grandmother planned in Chicago, but wanted to get my fiancé's opinion before I went shopping out of town. She was supposed to come out to Denver to shop but unfortunately couldn't make it due to a broken femur - hence the trip out of town to where she is located. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but until I found "the one", I was comparing everything to the dress I had found here at my very first appointment - it was that good! At this shop, I found exactly what I had been envisioning or wanting. - My Stylist, Krista, was the most intuitive, skilled, and helpful at finding exactly what look amazing based off just vague suggestions or half thoughts. I was really blown away with her expertise and experience. It's clear that this shop puts a lot into training their stylists. - Overall shop feel is really chic and classy - I feel the $$$ rating is fair, in that the dresses were overall in a higher price bracket, but also higher quality and had more of a "perfect dress" feel. So be real about your budget, but if your budget includes "most dresses starting at $1500," then this shop is a must visit.
