Despite a miscommunication regarding the start time of my appointment that was entirely my fault, they still managed to keep my appointment, even if we had less time than we would have if I had been there on time. Before we got started, my consultant, Adriana, asked me what style I was looking for, what I thought I'd feel comfortable in, and some personal details regarding wedding theme, colors, hobbies. She immediately was able to lead me to the type of dress I was looking for and I picked a few to try on. The second dress, a blush-toned A-line with a floral pattern was the immediate favorite from my mom and bridesmaids and Adriana assured me that alterations could be made to add off-the-shoulder sleeves, which was something I loved on another dress, but that the one I chose didn't have. She recommended a few shops that work closely with the boutique to make alterations. Though we were a little pressed for time, we made efficient use of that time and I didn't feel rushed at all. I tried on 4 of the 5 dresses that we picked out and as someone who hates standing in front of a mirror to try on clothes, I did not feel any of that self-consciousness when trying on the dresses. I felt heard, valued, comfortable, and myself since some of the dresses felt more elegant, more princess-y, or more proper and the one I decided on was definitely "me". They have payment plans, which is great for a bride on a budget and the price was so reasonable, which is one of the reasons I picked them. Adriana also made the time to make my fiancè and me little trinkets for our champagne glasses with charms that included our initials, our wedding colors, and a dog and mountains, which was such a considerate touch to an already lovely experience. I would recommend this place highly for the price, the variety, the experience, the consideration (especially if you hate clothes shopping, as I do), and the fact that I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. Came here after someone recommended it for having friendly staff, a great selection, and being very budget friendly. I had a morning appointment and brought my mom and sister along. We met my stylist, Sadie, and right away she asked about my vision for my dress and my budget. I had a budget of 1k in mind and I was nervous finding something I would love would be impossible. But right away I saw that they had so many affordable dresses in all sorts of styles and sizes. They also had great accessories like veils or belts. Sadie was able to pull plenty of dresses within my price range AND that were the style I had in mind. With each dress, she asked how I felt and what I liked or disliked, and used that feedback for pulling other dresses. She was SUPER knowledgeable about the dresses they had and wasn't at all pushy about trying to sell a dress- she just wanted me to find something that I loved and felt comfortable. My sister and I had a truly amazing experience at Brilliant Bridal when she was in town, looking to find her dream dress. First off, I'm just going to say that Victoria is amazing! We really lucked out with having her as our consultant because she really took the time to understand what my sister wanted as well as providing feedback on what worked and didn't work. She was not only honest, kind and considerate but she truly wanted to ensure my sister left happy--even if that meant she didn't find a dress. My sister was a bit indecisive and scared to make a commitment on our first visit. She really loved a dress Victoria picked out but wasn't ready to commit. Victoria said no problem, take some time because this is an important decision. Well, my sister just needed to look at another two stores to realize she needed to get back into her dress. Although Victoria wasn't there when we came back, she was sure to let the staff know about the dress and they were able to hold it for my sister. Brilliant Bridal was the first stop on my wedding dress hunt. I am so glad this was the first place I went to because out of all the places I went to, they truly made you feel extra special no matter what your budget is for a dress. They showed me all different styles of dresses within my budget and I was also very impressed by the service they provided. They truly helped me learn what looked best on my body and what did not. They listened to most my requests and the manager was willing to help however she could. They have all sorts of different designs and sizes. They do allow you to look through their dresses and pick out anything you want to try on ( as close to your size as possible). They currently allow 2 guests to your party and they're all wearing masks. You get dressed in the room by yourself and then they'll come in to zip and fit you. My friend and I really liked this place and they were not high pressure sales. So elegant and professional! My friend is getting married in April 2020 and she wanted to try on dresses at Brilliant Bridal, little did we know she would be walking out with her wedding dress! Parking is free on the one way street, we missed the turn the first time so slow down and make sure you're in the the furthest left hand lane. When we arrived the staff wore masks and there was limited seating at each dressing room. We felt very safe and comfortable! The stylist, Jennifer, was amazing! She really listened to what style and look my friend was looking for and definitely helped her stay within her budget! Normally the bridal party could walk around with the bride to look at dress choices but because of Covid we were asked to remain seated (which was totally fine with us)! The stylist was so kind and helped my friend narrow down her options! Once we got to the final two, she stepped away and let me friend take off her mask for a few minutes just to see herself in the dress without a mask on! Love this place! The staff members were so friendly, and gave me attentive 1 on 1 advice, support, and suggestions. After I sifted through dresses and picked out ones I wanted to try, my personal advisor pulled ones she thought I would like based on my style. It was a little slower that day, so I tried on tons - even crazy ones not my style at all just for fun! I narrowed it down to a top 3, and eventually went with one that she had pulled out for me. She also gave me plenty of advice on what type of alterations would be needed, asked questions regarding the fit and feel to help me with making the decision, and was just a great consultant! She even pulled out a veil for me to try on and help with the visualization. I really enjoyed shopping with her, and felt like she was another friend in my entourage! The interior was cute, well decorated, had natural light, and a private area to change as well as for guests to sit. The only downside was parking, but it's right on Broadway so that's expected. I found this place online as suggested for discount wedding dresses, and it definitely did not disappoint. Yes, we asked you to return the dress and everyone we talked to at your company acted like we were crazy. First of all I've never went out and paid $800 for a wedding dress that's unraveling and stained. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, and the way you run your business. But that is OK. We took our business to Luv bridal, who I would highly highly recommend and sold your stained dress losing over half the money that we paid for it!!!! but I will buy all means make sure that everybody is aware of the customer service that they will get at brilliant bridal. I came to Brilliant Bridal because I liked the idea of getting a dress off the rack and at a discount, as it didn't matter to me if the design wasn't from 2023. I had a pleasant experience at my appointment and found a dress that I loved. It was a couple sizes too big for me, but I was specifically told by the sales associate that the necessary alterations to take it in, shorten it, and add a bustle, would be simple, and around $250 - $300. I've now gone to two seamstresses who both stated that because of the complexity of the alterations and the fabric, alterations would be $700 - $850. In addition, I had a vision of the dress being form fitting since that's how the sales associate made it during my appointment. I asked the seamstress to mirror that look and she said she did not recommend it because I would not be able to move well or sit comfortably. She pinned it up how I wanted it and she was right...the fabric doesn't give and it was uncomfortable to sit down. So now I'm 2 months away from my wedding, I have a dress that I can't return, and with alterations, I'm paying well over what I had planned, and can't even get the fit that I wanted. I am so sad, disappointed, and angry. This is NOT how I should feel about my wedding dress. I feel very mislead and disappointed with my sales associate at Brilliant Bridal. The sales associates should have a better knowledge about alterations in terms of pricing and fit. I wish that I would have gone to a regular bridal boutique and spent more up front on a dress that was my size and that would actually have simple alterations. read more

It was fun, she let me and whoever else wanted to choose dresses for "round 1" then round 2 she chose her favorites and what she learned I liked/loved. She ended up finding "the" dress! It was a beautiful vintage/bohemian lace-sheer long sleeve dress that is one of a kind. No one will have the same exact dress. Each dress is made so uniquely. There are so many mirrors and the lighting that comes through there ceiling windows makes you feel like a princess. You get what you pay for! If you're looking for a professional atmosphere with low pressure sales (for the buyer and the employee), this is NOT the place for you. The girls on the floor were very pleasant even though I did not have an appointment. They presented an air of nervousness behind me not having an appointment, and quickly tried to urge me to make an appointment. My time was limited, and I let them know I would not take long as this was my first visit to the Denver location. While I was looking through the modest collection of wanna-be-upscale dresses, I had the misfortune to overhear an unprofessional conversation from what may have been a manager to at least one other person in a back area. They were discussing underperforming employees not meeting sales, their ideas to dismiss two or three of them, how to celebrate the one or two making their sales, and that the assistants should consider themselves fortunate to be working at the location. Immediately turned off by the discussion, I approached the nearest sales associate and thanked her for her help. I tried to offer her a cash tip knowing that a manager's discussion lost her a sale from me, but she kindly turned it down. I've worked in the retail industry for over 24 years, and I was horrified at the candor and lack of couth. If there is one thing I've learned in running a successful business, it's to treat your customers AND your employees well. Be kind and treat others with dignity! Brilliant Bridal might want to consider some professional development for their managers so they can provide a brilliant experience instead of a distasteful and lackluster letdown. read more
