What a cute store! I don't usually love shopping at big chain stores, but Vow'd really impressed me. The customer service is fantastic, and the whole experience is so fun, especially with the decor and overall atmosphere. Valeria was AMAZING. One of my favorite things about Vow'd is their flexible return policy. I bought a dress on a whim, because it was only two left in the whole country in my size, but later realized I didn't love it as much as I initially thought. Thankfully, I was able to return it with no issues. Not many bridal stores allow returns for any reason--they truly want you to LOVE your dress. Even though the dress was beautiful, I wanted to make sure I found something I absolutely loved, especially for the price. I will also say their pricing is fairly reasonable for a bridal shop. I'd definitely recommend Vow'd to anyone looking for a reasonably priced dress while enjoying a fun shopping experience and working with an amazing staff! read more

Beautiful store, mid experience. They don't carry many dresses that's are above size 16, though their website says up to size 25. I was encouraged to "play the game" and order online a few dresses in my size and return the ones I don't want since they have free returns. read more

I found my dress, all thanks to Kristina! I came in with no expectations and she took her time listening and understanding what I wanted. I had an idea of what dress I was going to want but left with something even better! I thought the Atlantis dress was going to be the one and at first it was the top dress but Kristina found my dress the Ocean. It was a clearance dress, the last one and was about to be shipped off. It was kismet! The dress fit like a glove, just needs some minor fixes like a new zipper and cleaning but I got emotional trying this dress on and I knew it was the one. The most flattering dress and without her I never would have gotten to try it. I left feeling euphoric. I am so thankful I came here and recommend this place to everyone! No bride should buy her dress without going to Vow'd! This shop is not only adorable (I would move into the bathroom if they let me) but has the best vibes. Laura was perfect - I couldn't have asked for a kinder and more helpful stylist. I didn't know that brides actually cried during appointments (only on Say Yes to the Dress) until I bawled looking at myself! Came back to pick up the dress my daughter ordered about 6 months ago, and she loved it more this time, which is a lot to say! Taylor, the Store Lead helped my daughter try the dress on, and when ringing us up shared that the dress had gone on sale since our visit in August, so we save a ton of money! What a fun surprise! I went to Vow'd for my first and only wedding dress shopping stop. They have a great selection both in styles and sizes. I found my dream dress and a beautiful veil to go with. Their dresses are also on the less expensive side of the wedding dress industry, which is why I chose to go there in the first place. Highly recommend! All of the stylists/consultants were super nice and not pushy. The woman I had did a great job of choosing dresses that were similar to ones I had already tried and liked - she really listened to what I liked and didn't like and made some amazing suggestions. They are very price transparent - all the dresses I tried on had prices listen on them so I knew before I walked out to show my entourage whether it was in budget or not. I am anywhere between a 12-16 in every day clothes which translates to an 18 in wedding dresses apparently. The dress I purchased was an 18 and I was able to try on an 18 at the store so I know exactly how it actually fits without all of the clips and extra things they use for larger dresses. 10/10 recommend. read more

I really wish I could give half stars because my experience was really more 3.5 stars. The space is very cute and Instagram worthy, it was fun to see my name on the board as I came in. We accidentally arrived 30 minutes early (my bad). When we arrived there was no one up front to greet us. We stood there awkwardly for about 10 minutes or so. My MOH flagged one gal down, my guess was the manager or owner. She got us checked in and told us we could poke around as our stylist was on the way. As we were looking we had two different stylist tell us that we could look but not to take it off the rack. We never even tried to take anything off so not sure why they kept telling us this. Fast forward, our stylist arrived just in time for our appointment. She was very very sweet. Told us she was going to let us look and to turn anything out we wanted her to pull. As we were looking another stylist came around with a group and said something like "my biggest pet peeve is when the dresses get turned out like this." and she turned a dress back that I just turned out for my stylist to take. My MOH stopped her and told her that we were just told to do that. The other stylist also tried to push us out of the way so her group could look. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Moving on, 98% of the dresses are basically the same style. Low cut, lace, tulle, etc. very pretty on the hanger, itchy on the body. I'm a curvy girl and they just did nothing for me. You could tell my stylist was trying and felt bad she didn't have anything I was looking for. I really appreciated her kindness. Anywho, overall it was not the shop for me and the rude stylist really brought down our experience. I will say that there was a gal that found her dress here while we were waiting and she looked so pretty and happy. I'd say this shop is worth a look-see, especially if your budget is below $2,400. read more

My family and I took our friend who is darker skin in to check out some dresses and get the whole treatment into this store, right off the bat the blonde gal at the front was very bland gave us very little information. she did not ask questions about what she likes she did not ask her for her size she did not ask to pull some dresses down for her NOTHING. she was walking around the store and gave me the feeling she was watching us making sure we weren't "stealing". I wish I could give them 10 stars. I found my wedding dress ~1 year before the big day from a different bridal shop. It was delivered months later entirely too large and after weeks of attempting to alter it down, I realized it was a lost cause 2.5 weeks before my wedding. I stopped in this shop the night I accepted my fate 30 minutes before they closed desperate for help. Christina and Taylor were literal god-sends. They welcomed me in the store and stayed late to help me find not only one, but 3 dresses that I absolutely loved. They talked me through the pros and cons of each, explained the different alterations each would need, and even facetimed their in-house seamstress to help assure me that my alteration needs were possible. They were so patient while I narrowed my options down to one gorgeous gown that I love way more than my original. The shop's atmosphere is fun, funky and upbeat. They have SO many options in each fit, fabric and style of dress. I believe anyone can find their dream dress with the help of Vow'd and it's amazing staff. read more
