Many of the pieces (jewelry and clothing) is made by local artists and designers, which is beyond cool! I love supporting local businesses! T = Tons of clothes. I mean TONS. I never expected this. All this does is weigh down the hem and not let bottom of the pant leg move properly. I haven't washed them yet, but I am sure the pleat will sag after a washing, since it is only tacked on the side seams. I spent $30 each on this shoddy workmanship and will not be doing business with them again.

The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

They even scheduled an on-site consultation at Little White Dress, where I assumed I'd get a quote. Instead, before any work began, Donna Beth required a $1200 payment upfront via Zelle. She presented herself as "the best in the business," so I went ahead with it, trusting the recommendation. I only saw Donna Beth once, during that initial consultation at Little White Dress. After paying, all my subsequent check-up fittings took place at her studio in Cherry Creek, where she wasn't present. Instead, I was handed off to her assistants. This was disappointing, especially since my alterations were relatively simple--just taking in the dress and shortening it slightly. When it came time to pick up the dress, none of the changes had been done correctly. With only three days until I was scheduled to leave for my destination wedding in Cabo, my dress was still too long and about an inch too big in the waist. After they reassured me they'd work overnight, I returned the next day, but the fit was still off. I ended up spending three hours in her shop while her assistants & seamstress kept running the dress back & forth to the back making rushed adjustments. The experience was stressful and disheartening. At one point, I was even calling other alteration specialists for help out of sheer frustration. It was clear Donna Beth was more focused on an upcoming runway show than on her customers. In the end, my dress was wearable, and my wedding in Cabo was beautiful, but my experience with Donna Beth Creations was the only part of my wedding process that brought me to tears.
