If you expect to have loyal customers in an online retail market , which I don't support . I suggest the store show some common curtesy and ask can I help or direct you. You would have made a $$$ since bags that I'm interested in are{ - 5 to -25 F}range bags not cheap .

She called back in about 3 minutes and said someone had already sent it out to me and it would arrive tomorrow. I'll be back on yelp tomorrow letting you know if it arrived, but for now, i'm crazy happy about their customer service and their commitment to customer and product. Just a small amount of moisture can ruin a cell, sat phone, hand held gps, etc. I do not know how these people designed a waterproof, air tight zipper, but they did, and I am happy to protect my gear. Reminded him by text 4 days in advance and he again assured me they would be ready. Day of, at noon, I went to pick up the skis and they were not ready, but he said if I came back at 5p (just before my flight) he would be done. Went back at 5p and they were not done. After swearing at me that he had too many f**ing tasks to do and too many customers so it wasn't his fault he said he could finish the tune while I waited for 10min and charged me full price. When I brought my skis in days later to adjust the bindings I was informed by a the new shop that "the skis have not been touched at all, the edges are so dull I can safely run my finger with pressure, there are 4-5 core shots needing repair for safety reasons, there is no basework, no grinding, and no wax." This shop charged half of Snow Hut and did a professional job and a full tune that you can see and feel. I have called my credit card company to revoke the charge since no work was done on the skis.

Guys like Chad who listen first and then present alternatives to make the best choice for you, the customer - whether you're heading up Denali or chasing your kid into a snowbank. Chad got my Stockli skis remounted with the correct width binding, all set to go. Bentgate is now my "go to" mountain store, whether I stay in Boulder or relocate to Jackson or Driggs. Bentgate is there for me and they'll be there for you too. Ask for Chad.
