If you browse their online site, select this store, and choose "In Store" as well as "Pickup," it can save you some time by allowing the staff to find the product you wish to purchase so all you do is come inside to get it or check-in for a curbside pick-up order. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. As we went through the process, my wife was happy and enjoyed hanging out in the store and talking with the friendly staff. If you are not in a rush, this was a great way to buy a pair of ski boots. After finding a boot that fit (Dalbello, Panterra 85 with walk mode!) Caden then made custom insoles, added Thermic heaters, and ensured that her skis and bindings were dialed in and safe We will definitely be repeat customers at this location! The boot fitter put me into a pair of K2 that were like putting my foot into gloves. Soft inside, yet firm enough that I knew they would be responsive. After I had custom foot beds put in - we realized that the new boots had a completely different bottom and therefore wouldn't clip into my Blizzard Black Pearls. I bought this year's model of Black Pearls with new bindings. My old skis (less than 3 years old) were then handed down to my adult daughter who had been using them since my surgeries. I have found many things here, more unique in some way, a different and better color or size for me of something (very often athletic skirts) or a similar but better for me style of something (sunglasses) and other random stuff. They have a nice rewards program too so the prices are always competitive, even when bigger stores may be having a sales event. You earn dollar points and they always remind you when buying something that you have some and ask if you want to use them. I have earned some buying items online occasionally and did not even know I had them until offered at the checkout here. The staff is very relaxed and extremely helpful and friendly. There is a fun atmosphere you can see right at the door with their sidewalk placard that often has jokes or trivia. This is a small place but tightly packed with stock.
