When you walk in, you give them your name and they let you know approximately how long the wait will be while they help the customers already there. They told us about a 5-minute wait, but I was looking around at the shoes and the time flew by. The lady who helped us was super nice and really knew her stuff. I had several questions about the different shoe models, and she was able to explain the differences and help me choose the right shoe for me. Having someone knowledgeable there made the decision so much easier. The entire experience took maybe 15 minutes, and I was back out the door and on my way to my next errand. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a quick and painless shopping experience!

Just so happens they also had a shoe release for On Running the same night and a large community event. Pop-up beyond 5k run, all pace groups and very welcoming. The On team and the Road Runner teams worked well together and put on a great time to the local running community. Be sure to give them a follow on community events and participate. Well worth the pop through and they have a multi-day community driven run club if you need differing miles options (currently Thur / Sat).

I was quickly greeted by a stores associate who showed me the limited women's boot options (I'm used to women's boots being low on selection - so no surprise there). The sales associate gave a run down of both boots including pros of both. He was super helpful and just easy to talk to. I appreciated his attention while I tried on both shoes. Searching for new running shoes at 63 YO after not running for a bit, I visited this store because friends had always recommended it. Now I see why, worth the trip to Boulder! I hit the jackpot, as staffer Mike was excellent, with exceptional knowledge of his store, running, and shoes in general. Personnel greeted us warmly. They have a techy sensor pad that examines your feet and makes suggestions about sizing, type of shoes, and brands, then makes suggestions, taking so much of the subjectivity out of the equation. Mike knew his stuff and gave me a pair of options. Both were extremely comfortable and had a great feel. It was a tough call, but the New Balance option emerged victorious and was on sale! They also have a Happy Fit policy, backing up your purchase for 60 days, and will price match. I added some summer running gear and nabbed a calf sleeve Mike recommended with solid reasoning and measurements. In addition, they have incredible apparel and a running club that prepares people for distances and races. Boulder Running Company has joined Fleet Feet, the largest running specialty retailer in the nation. What a great pairing, helping people like me looking for running advice. This will end up being my Go-To running store.

Unfortunately, I showed up 30 minutes before close, but all of the staff was accommodating for me staying a few minutes after close to finish my purchase. My only wish would be for it to have a treadmill for trying out the different shoes. I would wholeheartedly recommend going to Fleet Feet for your running needs!

You can attempt to build some rapport, the staff is so great, but it seems like their owner/manager won't toss a bone to a starving dog if it means he'll keep a buck in his pocket. A few years ago when replacing a different item, I was able to get it from Nordstrom Rack online. I fared far better than this time in person. There was not even a wisp of personal help though I could see people standing around the walls. Perhaps they were security surveillance and not sales? It was too far away to tell and we knew we were in the right department and the products were stacked so haphazardly we felt we could look as well as they might, if we could even get one to come over. We have no intention of. Using again as the online suggestion that this store had the brand we wanted was out of date or just wrong. If you are intending to browse on a whim in the past you might find something you like. But know that Target has much more personal help with the friendliest people and their online stock status is much more reliable.

I ordered two pairs of minimalist running shoes which arrived in a reasonable amount of time (5 days which I consider reasonable shipping by USPS during the pandemic). Prices were reasonable, especially since I used a promotional code that they offered. One pair of shoes was unfortunately slightly too big, so I emailed Pedestrian Shops about doing an exchange. They responded quickly and offered to drop off my replacement pair at my doorstep! I only needed to wait a day before I had my replacement pair in my hands. Kudos to Zoe Polk and the team at Pedestrian Shops! They will definitely get my business again!

She said they would match that price if I could prove that to her. I said I had a piece of paper in my car that had a photo of those Stegmann shoes and the price on it. I asked her if I got it for her would she give me the discount and match the Stegmann price. She said she would. I walked back to my car and got it, and she then told me it wasn't the same shoe when they were identical. I had the photo there to show her. She was very rude to me and refused to honor what she had said about matching the price. This is an inappropriate way to treat a customer. Please respond to my complaint. Rita
