He was fast, organized, professional, and had such a great attitude the entire time. Even while moving quickly, he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the return policy instead of just pointing at a sign, which was refreshing, and he neatly folded all of my clothes after removing them from the hangers. It's rare these days to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. Zack absolutely did that, and it made my whole experience stand out in the best way.

Chris was one of the workers behind the counter being patient with me as I looked through all the sunglasses and carefully examining which pair I would buy. He never rushed me at all, and was so helpful and so kind, and I was beyond grateful for his professionalism and patience. Viviana is another one of the Checkout ladies who has been there for years, and I talked to her often, but she went above and beyond when I was buying a high-end purse, again behind the counter, as she was enthusiastic with my "find" and waited patiently as I looked up the original cost of this high-end purse. Viviana was so encouraging about my purchase and even waited until I knew for sure that I was going to buy it, especially since there are zero returns at this store. Lastly, Zack is a newer worker and has many sisters and a lot of daughters and knows how to treat women well. Each time I have interacted with him at the checkout or in the aisles, he has been kind and friendly and jokes with my kids. All of the locations are great, but I especially appreciate the red white and blue thrift store in Northglenn because of great employees like these.

I told him that he was the third person that I had talked to about the store not being navigable, people when walking down the main aisles, only one person, I couldn't with my small cart. I got bumped into by three people, this was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had to go through at any Big Box. If the fire department had to do their inspection, I am sure they would agree with me. Store is not safe for customers to walk in and out if emergency. Way too many floor stacks throughout the store.

This only supports the evidence that customer service in this country has disappeared. Skechers makes a garbage product, and Famous Footwear knows nothing about customer service. Horrible experience from both.
