Honestly I had wack experience here yesterday. (Btw "Yesterday's" exact date- 7/8/25, and I was here midday) I picked up a few frozen pizzas, and as I was leaving the checkout I called my boyfriend to tell him I already picked up the pizzas we had been planning to get, only for him to tell me he had just picked them up as well! So I told him I'd return the ones I just got. I then went straight to the customer service desk, without even having left the store mind you) and explained to the middle-aged white woman (wish I had gotten her name smh) there the situation. She sighed loudly and said, "well great now we'll have to throw away all this stuff!" And I, somewhat taken aback by her snide tone, said in response, "oh no I'm sorry, but I haven't even left the store with that stuff? I just bought it literally a minute ago?" And she practically snarled at me- "well that doesn't matter. It's policy that I have to throw these away now." So now I hang my head in shame and quietly apologize again. And THEN the entire time she's scanning the pizzas, every few seconds she's muttering stuff like- "unbelievable" "just ridiculous" "I can't believe this" while I awkwardly stand there. I mean what did she want me to do, take home nine pizzas I literally didn't have room for (bc of the nine pizzas that my bf just bought that were already in there)?! I mean maybe her vitriol was actually being directed at the store, but it sure as hell felt personal to me! after she was done scanning I just quietly asked her if that was all and once again she harshly told me "yes." Another day, another major corpo retail acting like they're allergic to physical games. The whole lot in the video game section feels barren and void of stock for any games. There is also areas where the store clearly expresses their bias with stocking Sony branded games in Nintendo sections. Outside that, the only place there is any form of stock is the new release. Why even bother having in-line inventory when it's not stocked properly? Gets even worse; I actually asked about the stock, and they told me about high theft. Apparently they can steal from locked cases. Which makes no sense since they're not carrying weight for Ulta within their stores, with no real security there to prevent stealing makeup. Not to mention a whole Disney Store section with hundred-dollar LEGO sets just sitting there. Target just hates gamers, apparently. read more

I am very disappointed in my visit to this target. I had an incident that felt like discrimination by an employee. I reached out immediately because this had never happened before and I wanted someone to be aware. I got a initial response from the store manager which seemed like it would go well all for him to ghost me (never called back, never attempted to fix the situation) . I love Target. They are a philanthropic organization and I feel good about shopping there. Usually, I avoid all stores on Saturday, but my husband ran out of a prescription, and we needed more dog food, so, I ended up at Target. Stores clean, ample parking. Here's my only complaint: Three cashiers on a Saturday, seriously? The lady that was cashier in my lane was barely over 4 feet tall. She is painfully slow, but there are no open "self check out lanes" on this end of the store, because Target doesn't want to pay another employee to stand and monitor them. Come on guys! This location continues to go down hill, even with the remodel. There's only ever one register open so the lines are crazy. Not everything can be done at the self check out. The employees could care less about customer service. Prices are getting outrageous. Things are constantly out of stock and I guess target thinks only baby girls exist because it's almost impossible to fine decent boy clothes. I ordered school supplies for 3 middle school and 1 elementary school kids. I put it all in the cart, selected drive up pick up, used the app to notify when I was on my way and when I got there. Some guy came out in under 5 minutes to put all my school supplies in the trunk of my car and then I drove away. It was freakin beautiful! F$&@*^^# school supply shopping. This was freakin AWSOME!!!! I go to this target a lot... I live 3 min away. It's convenient and my kids have fun here, we find a lot of things we don't need... but this last experience was not great. Sunday, I was needing some new joycons and a charging dock for my Switch, and I had asked an associate for help... to unlock the area where the joycons are, waited 10 min, no help... I did not feel annoyed at this point... it's Sunday, they're busy and understaffed. I get it. I then asked another associate... waited 20 min... someone finally comes... basically shushes me with her finger when I ask for help! WHAT?! Now I'm annoyed... Finally someone else comes and instead of helping the person who was waiting for 30 min (me..) they help someone who walked up 5 min earlier... the associate who shushed me with her finger tells me that these people were first in line... even tho she was only there for 5 min!! Always a FAN of SUPER TARGET. Have been driving past this SUPER TARGET umpteen times from running errands in this neighborhood, visiting frens living in this area etc etc.. When you enter, at your right wing of the building, its where you can find the Produce department. On the left wing of the building, you can find the Electronics department. Terrible management, customer service and understanding of their own business. I came in to purchase a camera from this target. I was sold a product by an employee who told me the return policy was 90 days at Target. I made the purchase. I came in 60 days later to return the product and had the absolute worse experience with the 4 different people that "helped" me. 1) I was told they could not even find record of my purchase. I pulled up my bank account which showed the date and total for the purchase to which they still could not find any record that they sold this item. 2) they then told me that electronics have a 30 day return policy and I couldn't return it anyway. I explained to them that it was THEIR sales associate who sold me the item with the notion that I had 90 days to return. Apparently their own sales associates are so undertrained that they themselves have no clue what their own policy and procedures are. 3) I asked to speak to a manager but the supervisor that was assisting me explains that there is not a single manager on site. To keep that seems like poor business practice or the manager just didn't want to come out from behind the office doors. Because the supervisor told me they were going to go in the back and talk to the manager. Seems fishy. 4) they then tell me to call customer service and maybe they will be able to help me more with a mail in refund. WHAT THE HECK! I bought this item in their electronics department! 5) the supervisor that helped me was incredibly rude and honestly lacked any sort of knowledge about the store/company he is in charge of. I've never been made to feel so stupid. I loved Target, but they have officially lost a 30 year customer. I recommend never going to this Target. Also, if you need electronics, go to Best Buy. They actually take care of their customers and know what they are talking about. This is the Target my family and I always go to when we're in the Denver area. The parking lot and inside of the store is always clean and organized. We've only been going here at night and it's never busy. We went here on 03/07/'22 at 8pm to buy an iPad that we saw on the Target app the store had 1 in stock of. In the electronics department we were by a customer who pressed the button that requests help and two employees came immediately. As the other customer was helped, we were also able to get the other employee to help get the iPad from the back. She asked if we had any color and storage size preferences. We checked out there with the two employees and they helped explain the AllState and AppleCare coverages that were optional with our purchase (She was able to set up our AppleCare right there). Afterwards, we bought some more stuff and another cashier was able to price match the item for us since it was showing on the Target app it was $5 cheaper. On a previous visit an employee at self-checkout gave our toddler some Target stickers. Probably the best Target I've ever been to! read more

Front end manager Sarah was yelling at guests & threatening to kick them off property as they were outside on the phone with 911 due to an older woman falling outside the store, bleeding from her head. Told guests to leave as they weren't family to the injured woman and then told the guests she can tell them to leave & not come back! We were very shocked to watch this as we frequent not only target but the neighboring stores. Not only was the way these people were being spoken to awful, but the fact that a manager of this store would raise her voice to customers for no reason was enough for my fa to shop at the Orchard location from this point forward. I dont usually write reviews but I definitely want this to reach the gentleman named Uta. My wife and I were in last night trying to get some school supplies and some other things for our kids and had trouble trying to find the things we needed. And we arent fluent in English so it made it challenging to ask anyone for help. And the team member Uta crossed by us and asked if we needed help. And I spoke to him he instantly understood that we werent good with our English and started to speak in other Asian languages to communicate better with us. Me and my wife were so surprised by this immediate shift that this young man understood our struggle in language and went out of his way just to communicate with us. It felt so comforting and helped us feel more confident in our shopping and being out in public. And his words have helped us feel better about our future as well as our kids. "Its tough. Overall, this Target has a lot more products than most Super Targets , but this location fails miserably at customer service - never ask a Target employee here if you need to find something unless you want to be snapped at. Well, that's ok, I'll just open the Target app and find the aisle the product is located. Oh wait, I can't cause the Wifi here is too weak. Switch to the internet and use your own data? - blocked. Like to scan those items to see if there any deals? Without wifi and blocked internet, good luck - seems very intentional to me. A lot of people shop over their lunch hour but this location never has enough checkers. I was in line for 15 mins with 5 carts still in front of me - 1 out of 21 checkout lanes open I have too many items for self checkout, as is the case with everyone in front if me and the 7 carts behind me. Target 1372 most disgusting discriminatory crew we have ever came across with Sarah being a manager that I've had to deal with for about maybe 2 years now . My husband and I are card holders of Target and used to love this store until Sarah came aboard and now we go to the Orchard location because of Sarah alone she is on some type of power trip and even her Hispanic employees say she gives minorities a hard time . Sarah has made it her business to make our shopping experience with target a dreaded trip to the store. Most recently my son had tried to go exchange a speaker that I had purchased from Target and asked if she (Sarah) would get on the phone with me so I could explain to her that I could give her the card number and or receipt number and Sarah and her crew decided that they did not want to have anything to do with my HISPANIC/NATIVE AMERICAN son , as he stood and pleaded for someone anyone to please talk with me and Sarah and her crew decided that he wasn't important and took customer after customer . At this point my son had became annoyed and said a few words he should not have said but did leave as I asked him to without incident. I told him I would call Sarah as I did and Sarah finally answered the phone and I asked her why she simply could not get on the phone so I could give her my card number and she stated she could not take my card or my receipt over the phone then I told Sarah I would screenshot the recipe and she said that she would not accept it ... This is pure discrimination as one month ago I had my husband take a picture of a recipe that I'd have left at home and I had no problem doing this!! As the end of our conversation I did let Sarah know that I would be doing a review and she could careless less as Sarah must have some clout with management knowing she has nothing to worry about.. We go to this target very often and there's never product on the shelves, it's usually a mess, plus tonight we went around 9 pm and there were two customers without masks on. We nicely asked an employee (looked like a manager or a shift lead position) if he could talk to them because we're still in a pandemic plus there's still a sign saying face coverings are required, and he was extremely short and all he said was "we can't really say anything about that, sorry" and walked off without us saying anything else. This Super Target location is awesome. Conveniently located in a huge shopping center that's very centrally located in the Thornton/Northglenn area, and very close to home. There's a Pizza Hut Express onsite, which is a nice change from the mainstream fast food giants that are usually located inside. No issues with employees or store cleanliness, and definitely some good sales going on at any given time. Great food and grocery selection, and the Café has what are called Monster Cookies, oatmeal, chocolate chip and M&M blend for $1.25 a pop. This location has the best free wifi in the entire shopping center, based on my experiences (TIP: you can even pick it up outside the entrances if you don't feel like going inside.) However, there are no power outlets available in the Café for your laptop and/or electronic devices. The only thing I could suggest in the "room for improvement" category would be to maybe keep the tables and chairs in the Café a bit cleaner. read more

We've had pictures shot at this portrait studio three separate times now over the course of the past two years, and the staff is great. They're quick, they're great with toddlers, and, at least in our case, they snap some great shots with amazing speed. You can almost always find coupons online, too, which makes it even better. I had my brother text me an online coupon code, and I was able to give it to the ladies at the portrait center verbally and they accepted it, no questions asked. Oh, and to top it all off, they had the shots uploaded and emailed to me within four hours. Including the photo shoot itself, we also ordered 48 holiday cards, a free 8x10, four 5x7s, and a page of wallets, and the whole thing was snagged for $40. Not bad, Target! Oh, and a tip from the photographer: If you do opt to get shots done here, it's a much smoother process if you set an appointment for later in the day. Evidently, early mornings are a bear because everyone wants to get them out of the way in the morning. read more

Not living up to the Target experience we have come to expect in many areas. As someone previously mentioned the restrooms are rarely clean and the diaper changing table seems to never, ever get washed. The availability of stock has gone from great to just so-so lately. If it's on sale you can forget it. Since they have added self check-out lanes there seem to be fewer and fewer traditional check-outs open and the front end manager tries to pressure you into using the self check-out even if your order is larger. Also the cashiers don't seem to know the corporate coupon policy and now are refusing to accept almost all coupons it seems. Sadly it's not just one cashier either. It appears to be all of them as they now act like using coupons takes money out of their paycheck. Basically their version customer service is a joke. I have spoken with the manager and he assured me that he would correct these issues and would retrain. But after 3 more visits it's getting even worse and I give up. I'll drive the etre 5 miles and go to one of the Westminster stores where no one bats at eye at my coupon use. read more

OK, here's the deal: It's a Super Target. You are not going to find designer goods here, you shouldn't expect it to be overly posh, and you shouldn't expect perfection. What you should expect: a clean store, decent customer service, some logic to how the store is laid out. What you get at the E. 120th Ave. location: Never enough checkout lanes open, dirty floors, merchandise is *never* well kept. It used to be a great store, but now, it's really no better than the Walmart on Grant. I shop here on a regular basis because it's convenient. I prefer to drive a little further and go to the Westminster location when I can, though. read more

Right now they are remodeling, so I am not a fan of shopping here. Plus I recently was checking out with a large purchase on a Friday night about 6:30pm, you think the staff would be on top of it but no! I think I witnessed the most unprofessional behavior ever!! There were two mangers talking crap about each-other with the cashier while she was checking us out it took her 20min to check us out cause she was so distracted, by her "professional" managers. The language and the words being exchanged right in front of me was so distasteful, I almost said forget checking me out my ears cannot take any more of your abuse!!! read more
