Had a gift card I used for a pickup order and it was not put pack on my gift card and also cancelled without notification. Very frustrating and had to call target.com and it's very annoying and wasted an hr of my time. The rep on phone was unwilling to find a solution besides making me wait 10 days to reorder with new gift card. I switched from 2 stars to 4 because I called store and general manager was great and helped find a much better solution and was willing to help. read more

This is a very convenient Target. Close to I25 and 120th, just up at Washington. Easy to get in and out of. Nothing overly special, just a normal Target. Nice pharmacy and service overall is good. They recently remodeled it, but frankly, still looks like Target. What is with the new really plastic, red plastic, ugly large carts? They remind me of large plastic toy shopping carts. Don't waste your money buying groceries here. We have gotten more expired things here then anywhere else. They don't take things off the shelves and this last time we went we had expired sandwich meat, expired apple sauce, expired yogurt and expired juice. The juice literally had mold all at the bottom. As I walked it to get Groceries I saw that all of their fruits and vegetables were mostly fresh and ripe.I could find all that I needed in that store from electronics to fresh food they had it all. They even have you favorite movies,arts and crafts and your favorite toys and devices for all ages. I am so completely angry at the customer service my mother and I received at this Target, I am practically smoking from my ears. The selection of items is typical, the set-up is typical, and there is plenty of parking. However, they employ some of the most hateful employees with which I have ever dealt. The woman who checked us out rolled her eyes when we asked her a simple question, then replied with a curt "Why would I know that?" and then when she asked my mother if she wanted a bag, my mother replied she would, as it makes it easier to take the things into the house, to which the clerk replied "I didn't ask WHY you wanted a bag, just whether or not you wanted one." Huge super target, but I agree with others that is always pretty busy. That wouldn't be a huge problem if they had the staff to keep up. Lines are always long and there aren't many registers open at once. You'll get asked fifty time while walking around if you need help, but they don't seem to have help at the front. Cashiers never offer to help you to the car, even when I've been baby wearing and had a cart overfilled. Instead of having so many people on the floor, I think they should focus their workload up front. Just my opinion. Still, I keep shopping here cause it's the closest to me. read more

This store has a good selection in everything but groceries. If you are buying anything that will expire, especially meat, double check the dates. The employees here are usually friendly. All in all, it is a good store unless your counting on finding a specific brand of something, they are not always stocked well (unless it is Archer Farms merchandise) in the grocery area. (Can you tell this is a frustration for me?) I keep wanting to go here to knock out all my shopping needs and I am consistently disappointed by the fact that I knew I should have gone down the street to the grocery store, but after shopping at this Target I just wanna go home and unload what I have. read more

This review is NOT intended for Target but for ONE of its employees. I went in to grab some stuff and the lady checking me out is who I'd like to acknowledge. Her name is Sherry! She is an older woman and wears an oxygen tank while working. Not only was she THE FASTEST employee they had on the check out lines but she was pleasant and wonderful the whole time. She is an inspiration to me and should be to the rest of the world. As I had just drove by a 20ish yr old begging for money on my way there, here is this lady working her butt off all while doing so without having good health. I really love Target, this one is pretty good. The restrooms are a little gross- so we try to not use them if possible. My only complaint is the cashiers, one in particular. I went in for a valentines card, as I was checking out she read the card- with a line behind me mind you- and then asked me what that all meant to me? Seriously? I don't come to Target to have deep meaningful conversations with the cashier over a Hallmark card?! That's not the first incident, with this one cashier. Overall it's a good store though. read more

This Target location is close to me, so I go a lot. I really like the strip mall that it's in, as well. It's snuggled inbetween a Sunflower Market and Michaels. This location is well stocked and clean. There are always lanes open and they are quick to open more checkout lanes if needed. Overall, a very well ran Target. read more

Went there to buy lol surprise toys. The price at Target.com were priced lower than the app and the store. Couldn't buy them online because website stated out of stock which was a LIE. Mike at customer service used his device and the higher price kept showing. Asked him to get on Target.com and he wouldn't and wouldn't honor the price. Then argued about the toys didn't qualify for their promotion of spend $100 and get $25 off. Had to keep repeating myself and reading the exclusions to him. Making it seem like I'm the one trying to cheat them. When they do the price switch. 20 minutes later the price on the app matched the website. When I called customer service Jeanie said next time have them call the 800 nuumber to clarify the price and to ask for a leader on premises. Never again. Ended up paying $15 more . Rather pay more at another store because at least they don't do a bait and switch with the price. read more

This Target is the most convenient place ever to shop. It's walking distance from my apartment and I can swing through the Krispy Kreme drive thru on my way out if I take my car the 1000 feet there like a real American. Massive kudos to the pharmacy staff. When there's a long line, I've seen the pharmacist himself run the register for a couple minutes to keep things in check. Their prescription rewards program blows compared to Walgeeens' PointsQuest but that's the corporation's fault, not theirs. Anyways, this Target is great unless you're looking to buy any food goods with an expiration date. You can pull produce up and watch the rot drip onto the floor and the milk goes bad in a couple days. It's also kind of hard to find stuff and they seem to have issues keeping enough check stands open, but boy, the people are sure great. read more

CVS Pharmacy, located in this Super Target.... Visiting friends in Thornton this week and needed a prescription filled. I live in Palm Desert Ca and getting this prescription filled through Walgreens was like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers. Who comes to the rescue?.....Tim & Jennifer. (Jennifer was from another CVS Pharmacy) Tim is the Pharmacist at this location and was such a huge help with getting my prescription filled after Tip Toeing Through the Tulips with Walgreens for three days. Who USED TO BE my regular pharmacy, needless to say NOT ANYMORE. Thank you Tim for going the extra mile for me and making my time away from home better. I go shopping at this store quite ofen. Probably once a week, if not more. I have a 4 month old daughter and I always push her in a stroller. I know that anyone pushing a stroller are often profiled but yesterday, Tuesday April 26th, I printed out photos from home and went to pick them up. I always print photos, pretty much obsessed. So, I wait in the customer service line because no one was at the photo station. I normally get my photos and have some more shopping to do so I pay for everything, all together, once I'm done shopping. Someone always tells me which bar code to have the cashier scan and it's no big deal. Well, this girl made me feel pretty bad. I'm not quite sure why I let it get to me so bad, but she literally didn't trust I was going pay for them. She made me feel like a theif. She told me I had to pay for them right there. I couldn't take it to a normal line, like I always do. I told her nobody else has ever made me pay right there, they tell me which bar code to have the cashier scan. But, she literally made it a point for me to pay there she said hmm, that's really weird, they're not supposed to do that I think it's for Target practice? Whatever that means. She made me feel like a thief, which I know I'm not but it was ridiculous. Also, would someone clean the bathrooms already?! These bathrooms are beyond filthy and even smell bad, I won't even take my child in there to change her diaper. There's a couple doors that don't even lock. I wish my boyfriend understood me like target does. I shop for everything there. I can go in for one thing and come out with groceries, ten new outfits and enough stuff to redecorate my living room. The style there is perfect for me and the clothes are made well. I will buy an outfit, fall in love with it and wear it for what I'm sure feels like three months straight to my family and it holds up well. Some things are a tiny bit over priced. I would never buy furniture there no matter how adorable it is just because of the price, but I don't mind paying a bit more for groceries just so I don't have to go to Walmart. I never have to wait long in line which is nice. Sometimes they are a little bit to pushy with the target card but honestly with as much as I shop there I should probably just get one. read more

We all know Target has a good reputation and for a while I was on board with that. Recently my husband ordered me an Apple Watch online with our Red Card. Says it'll take 2 days like normal red card orders. Well the day comes and the app says now it'll take 4 more days. Ok fine we bought it on sale I'm sure it's back ordered. So we get to that day and they move the date back again! My husband emailed support just to see what was going on and to see if we could get an ACTUAL date we'd get the watch, no response. Well we get to the fourth date and the app simply says we cancelled your order, in the meantime a store across town says they have the watch in stock but of course full price. Why not simply say "hey Thornton can't get your watch but we'll honor the sale of you want to drive 40 minutes to another store......" I understand stuff happens and stuff gets back ordered but there was zero communication even when we reached out for it. Super disappointing. read more

I like to shop at Target because they have the things I need every week. The Starbucks is less than impressive. Worst coffee, poor service, and now I'm having trouble with my Target card being charged far too much from the Starbuck's purchase. Target guest services was not helpful at all and borderline rude. This alone makes me want to shop somewhere else... With the security breach I've had to have my debit card replaced twice. I even had problems ordering online. I love the selection at Target but it just isn't worth the trouble any longer. Sadly, I will be shopping elsewhere. read more
