This is really a grand Costco with some incredible selection for wine and reading glasses. I was really impressed to see some great vintages of Chateau Haut Brion, Crystal Roederer and Chateau Margeaux. All exceptional bottles. Just the right vintages for the holidays with an incredible value. The wine advisor-sommelier du jour was French so we had a very pleasant conversation. I've had really good experiences with Costco. There's been a few hangouts that are any interesting if you buy a product and then you dispute it because you don't get a refund or something like a mattress, you can get lost in translation and it can cause serious problems. I went through it, but it took a long time, but I finally got it solved. read more

Easily the worst Costco in the metro area. This store is always packed, yet every employee that works here seems to have a huge chip on their shoulder. Selection is always terrible, and it seems as though they spend more on staffing people at the entrances and exits acting like you're carding into Area 51, than anyone actually stocking the floor. I am here to review the food court only: The super cheap dogs and pizza are excellent. Not only is the dog huge and delicious, but the price simply cannot be beaten. The famous loss-leaders at Costco are definitely worth it! Having said that... The wait took quite a while. The setting is tons of people in this zoo of a store all waiting for their food. Many can sit, others cannot. You can see the quiet desperation in the eyes of your fellow humans as another number is called, but you know they have like 30 numbers until their turn. Like the DMV of hot dogs. It is almost dystopian. Consumerism gone wild. But after braving the parking lot and spending $900 on 10-years' worth of Kleenex and pretzels, it is too late to turn back now. You are committed. But man is it a good deal. Such a good deal that they get 4 stars even though every visit makes you feel like everyone in the store is preparing for a hurricane. I'll be back. read more

This used yo be a good Costco, but not anymore! They never have eggs when all of the surrounding grocery stores do; don't you think it's time to switch suppliers? Don't carry fresh packed sausage anymore. Don't call numbers at the food court anymore; instead you have to order, then squeeze yourself in to stand in line in between everyone eating...what??? Don't carry vegetable chips anymore. Don't carry frozen chicken bakes anymore. I mean, sheesh people, might as well be a small business instead of major chain. This location no longer has a liquor store! I specifically came here for the liquor, however I was told they took it down 3 months ago! On Apple Maps, via the street view there is a sign that says "liquor sales" that's no longer there. However, overall this Costco was just like any other Costco but 10x the people. I think it's oddly placed where you have to drive around the block just to get into the parking lot, which is why I'm knocking off one star. It was a nightmare just to get into the lot, which isn't their fault the lot they are placed in just isn't convenient, but there are plenty of other entrances that weren't available unless you were coming in the opposite direction. Quite the ruckus being right by the freeway. Overall though, it was good place to shop! Always have great deals! read more

LIED from first moment by telling me that I didn't buy them at Costco. NEVER admitted they were from Costco. Recruited 3 other crew members to **VIOLATE COSTCO CODE OF CONDUCT AND LIE** to support her bizarre mission to prove customer was lying (*customer was never lying*). Her perpetual argument -- COSTCO DOESNT SELL DOLE ! Yet, COSTCO presently EXCLUSIVELY SELLS DOLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The video begins after 6-7 minutes of her abuse. And the Abuse continued after video for another 6-8 minutes where she pulled in 2 additional team members. [***NOTE -- 48 hours later credit has not yet shown on my account. She NEVER DID OFFER ME A COSTCO CREDIT. JUST TO APPLY TO MY CARD***] I wonder how many elderly customers get bullied by this one. It is an obviously practiced routine she has when she triangulates with other employees to back up her lies and game. She steamrolled over me by speaking over me. If she wasn't speaking over me she was giving me the **TALK TO THE HAND" gesture or the flat HAND out front dismissal signal, while dismissing me as "Hun" throughoit. Gave her the opportunity to, AT MINIMUM, respond with "Thanks for bringing that to my attention", let alone **APOLOGIZE**, and all she did was do the taunting head wobble and smile, just as she did continuously when she was bullying me at the return desk. My review pertains to both an on-line order and my experiences at this location on 1/5/2021: I ordered a Keurig coffee maker, on-line, for a friend recently. When it arrived around 8 PM on 1/4/2021 I noticed that it had been shipped without the usual Costco shipping box. The item I received was beat up, previously opened and had been shipped to another Costco customer (the other shipping label was still attached and the invoice sleeve had been opened). When I explained what happened to my friend, we decided to return it to this location. After waiting a few minutes at the customer service area, I was greeted by an arrogant young woman. I could tell that she had a chip on her shoulder from the get go by her body language and facial expression. Not only was she argumentative when I mentioned that this item was shipped to someone else and that the label was still attached to the box, she insulted me when I asked her if my shipping fee would be refunded by telling me that this wasn't New York and that I should calm down, all because I asked her a simple question about the shipping charge. We couldn't believe the disrespect and contempt from this woman. Furthermore, while I was shopping I couldn't locate one of the items I wanted and was told to speak with an agent near the checkout area. I approached 2 male agents who were engaged in a conversation. I directed my question to one of them and when he went to check their computer, the other agent decided to comment on my face mask, claiming that it wasn't up high enough and indicated that either I needed to bring my mask up or purchase a screen. Either these individuals enjoy disrespecting and berating senior citizens or they didn't get enough sleep the night before. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Costco and their employees and am considering cancelling my membership. read more

Costco has so many great deals that I feel I'd have to be crazy not to be a member. Lately, with the price of gas soaring, I always go out of my way to fill up. They save you around 50 cents a gallon. Ten fill ups in a year will recover the annual cost of membership by itself. Then there are some amazing values. Things like condiments, and Keurig cups and dozens of others are about half of what I pay in the local supermarket. Then there is the hearing department. They will give you an annual checkup. It's thorough - better than the hearing center I used to go to. And the prices of hearing aids are significantly lower than anywhere. Yes, definitely a great value! read more

So, if you can get past the crowds on nights and weekends, this Costco is a win! Of course we all know the best part of Costco are the free samples and the cheap food items AKA hot dog and churros, etc.! But, this Costco literally has my favorite snack items, so I come back every single time! I recently started back on the low carb keto diet and this location offers so many low carb options outside of meats and certain fruits/veg (btw the berries are always fresh and juicy here)! I love that I can grab an entire tray of bacon wrapped jalapeños just ready to go in the frozen section! They have the cauliflower bites in big bags (check the brand Rhythm) and the big bag is the only way to go! I will actually go to Costco just for these! They have a wonderful assortment of cheeses, jerky, nut mixes, and last but not least... keto cookies, chocolate, etc that are keto friendly AKA sugar free! If you're a low carb/sugarless eater like me, this location also carries the High Key chocolate chip cookie bites and they're so satisfying! Also satisfying is the keto pint sea salt ice cream bars! This review is for the Tire Center only. We had a 10:00 am appointment to have the tires we purchased from Costco online installed. We received a "reminder" email for our appointment, advising us to arrive 15 minutes early, and threatening that we would lose our appointment if we were 10 minutes late. Now, we live 45 minutes away, so we left early enough so that we pulled into the Costco parking lot at 9:43 am. Nobody at the Tire Center, so we go to the front door. The doors are closed since Costco does not open until 10:00 am, so we follow an employee in and explain that we had an appointment in the Tire Center. We we directed back to the Tire Center and told someone would meet us there. Well, someone from the Tire Center did eventually meet us there, but he sent us back to the front door, telling us we had to check in at the Tire Center desk up front. So, back we go to the front entrance and wait outside in the cold until 10:00 am. After waiting in line at the Tire Center desk, we were greeted by Leena, who asked if we had an appointment. We asked her why we got an email telling us to be there at 9:45 am. when they did not open until 10. Leena told us that was just a standard email, and I complained that it was inconsiderate of them to have us be there 15 minutes early for nothing. She reiterated that it was a standard email. I asked if she would mind getting a negative review. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't care. I asked for her name and if she would mind being named in that negative review. Again, she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't care. I guess that's what passes for customer service at Costco these days. We have been Costco members for 30 years and have never had such a negative experience. Here's a word of advice for Leena. If you are going to work the desk, we don't really expect you to care, which you obviously did not. But we do expect you to at least ACT like you care. Show some empathy. With your attitude, you need to be back in the shop mounting tires. read more
