Okay, this Target is so freaking cool. It's on the second floor with a parking garage underneath. They even have a clever escalator for grocery carts to go up and down. Otherwise, I found it to be a typical Target: lots of good selections, kind employees, and plenty of fun stuff. I also noted how the self-checkout line was long but moved very quickly, which is always a big plus. My only qualms about the store are the tight aisles (do they ever check those to the width of carts!?) and the tricky navigation in and out of the parking garage area. read more

They refuse to hire anyone to work the registers. The line is always 20 people long to check yourself out, and half the deals on the shelf don't even work when you put in your phone number. About all done with Target at this point. read more

tbh ive seen more women do more labor then these actual male workers & i tried asking for help in multiple isles from a male & none could help me!!!! They all directed me too the females who actually helped & took care of me. & i even seen a lady in dog isle lifting all the heavy dog food & when i went too the shampoo/ care area there were 5 men all on the same isle something is wrong with the target! For video games, this is another Target that has minimal variety, and stock. The electronics section has replaced a few head spaces with purely digital code gift cards, as opposed to actually having physical games in store. Which defeats the purpose of even having to go to the store to get a game in the first place! It's loke they don't want people to buy anything there anymore. On top of that, several locations in the video games department are missing pieces, like the tethered box that allowed you to view the games, which also only has a printed piece of paper due to the mass amount of theft the store allows to have because there was not a single person in electronics while I was there. This target has its own covered parking lot. You walk in and then ride the escalator or take the stairs or elevator. It looked clean and like it was well stocked with all the stuff a target usually has. The staff was friendly. The reason for the 4 star is there was some kind of small improvement fee on every single item we purchased. :( was not thrilled about that and not sure what the improvement fee was for exactly. Also bring your own bag unless you want to pay for them. I went without a bag. read more

I like this Target! It had everything that I was looking for! I was very pleased after going up the elevator and seeing a Starbucks! The prices are better than a regular Starbucks on the street. They have a big seating area! So they have two large elevators to take you to the second level where all the shopping takes place. There is a lower level that affords parking! We barely had any wait when it was time to check out! Customer service was friendly! I thought the store was larger than what it was viewed to be from exterior, but overall it was a great Target. read more

Absolutely USELESS. Today I had the displeasure of encountering a shockingly rude woman with glasses/blonde hair who would rather insult customers than go to the trouble of smiling at anyone. Actually, she did smile, while mocking me before storming off and saying "Yeah fine my pharmacist will deal with you". Although the pharmacist had initially been kind the first few times I had spoken to her, her attitude did a complete 180 when I asked her why she hadn't been honest with me to begin with. She proceeded to blame me for their inability to properly stock common medications, and not once did she apologize nor attempt to empathize whatsoever. She only defended herself and told me it was my fault. CVS is always hit or miss, but this is one of the worse I've ever encountered. Steer clear, and definitely don't go looking for any sympathy or hint of humanity from anyone working here. read more

Took my younger sister here and she went into the bathroom just to come back and tell me there's a crack head strung out in the bathroom telling me it's really dirty and smells terrible. There's never any open lines. There's always just self checkout which is ridiculous. Pay people so they will work geez!

This location changes you an extra 2.5% on each item you by as a PIF fee (public improvement); however, the parking lot I full of litter and shattered glass. They will tell you to input your phone number for 5% on Target Circle and neglect telling you about the 2.5% on each item. If I have major shopping to to, I go to Littleton. read more

What witch sorcery allows a Target to have a parking garage and a bloody escalator + stairs + elevator= WTF. Because that's how widen my eyes got. My pupils almost ripped themselves out from my confusion. But in a good way. After climbing those stairs, we saw a simple aisle of things. Went to the medicine and care aisle. Were confused to see the same allergy medicine priced at $32.00 but the same one priced at $12.00 with a $2.00 off coupon. We were wondering what is those additional $2.00 special for? Do we dance for it or? We obviously took the last one that was priced decently. We assumed the higher one has one more feature, but that's it. Boo. The makeup department was fun. I don't shop for makeup at this Target or any Target. But Target has cruelty free brands!! Like Sonya/ Sonia Kachuk!!! We literally made a slang and term for her last name!! Oh what the Kachuk!!! I have been to this location numerous times and honestly I question why i go there every single time i leave. this store usually has no cash registers open and only does self checkout. that is fine if it's not busy but not when there is more than 20 people standing in the self checkout line and it starts to snake throughout the whole store. they also never have anything that i need- old bay seasoning, nope. any pain killer that isn't children's strength, nope. also the produce rots in two days which i understand it's fruits and veggies and it's not meant to last for ever but almost every time it last less then a week (at most). this makes me really sad because i love target even though they can be expensive sometimes but it would be nice for a quick trip if they actually ever had anything that I need. read more

me and a couple of buddies came here just to buy a money bank/piggy bank and we went to the plushie isle for maybe 2 minutes and there happened to be a cart full of plushies we never put it there but for some reason one of the employees came at us. Out of no where she tells us we're not doing that today which okay then she goes on to falsely accuse us of filling the cart up and doing something dumb. So then she says i'm gonna check the cameras and wow guess what we weren't doing nothing at all. I know this is obviously not how the target would like to be seen and the employees could be good but the way she treated us made me feel very uncomfortable. This also felt slightly targets just because we were teenagers sitting by a cart. I want to say i don't want her to get fired but at the end of the day you should never assume this about someone. I really hope this reaches some type of management just so they can discuss this matter. read more

Love Target - pretty much my favorite store and Belmar is the closest to me. I do lots of Pick UP orders and they are always ready within the 2 hours set and lots of time ready before that. Used to love the Curbside Pick Up in the parking lot. Easy in and out, plenty of spots. But they moved it to inside the parking lot. If the only spot left is Spot 1 an you have an SUV, and you are coming in from the outside parking lot on the side, good luck. People are walking, people are driving, there are signs sitting in the way. If the only spot left is Spot 1, the turn in is too sharp with all that's going on. An SUV was pulling out of Spot 1, so I was waiting to pull into the garage and that spot but people were walking, cars were behind me, cars were in coming towards me and it was almost impossible to maneuver that turn in. My grandson said: you almost had a wreck! Basically, the car coming out of spot #1, had to wait to pull out and I had to wait to turn in and it was a mess. The flat bed cart lane is between Spot 2 and Spot 1. If Spot 1 & the flat bed lane were switched, the problem would be solved. Now that I know what a mess it is, I realize I need to come in a different way - basically drive in from Vance or the back side. Really such an unfortunate choice for the Pick Up Area. Besides the new Pick Up chaos and the self check out line, everything else is great. As, I said, it's one of my favorite stores because of the selection of items, prices, cleanliness. I usually don't shop for fresh food there because of limited supplies. read more

WOW is this place big. This is the first Target I've seen outside of Southern California to have such a layout (parking underneath and a gigantic main shopping floor). It's huge but not very well organized, and the selection/variety doesn't match up with the sheer size of the place. They had a wider selection in some things (Anyone want six brands of Parmesan? Not kidding.) and almost nothing in others. The pet section was a pleasant surprise, though. Lots of goodies there! All around, prices generally fall half-way between other Tarjay's in the metro area. 3-stars for merchandise, 4 for friendly and helpful staff.. so I rounded up. read more

I love this Target. The whole red squad here always greets me and makes me feel like I chose the best Target to shop at. The pharmacy has helped me out with prescriptions and flu shots. The staff that works there are easy on the eyes. Once, I went to electronics department and they were super helpful with me finding a game and even recommended a game that was by far the best Xbox game I've ever played. Let's start off with the obvious- Parking: This Kick Ass new styled State of the Art building sits on top of an equally cool parking garage structure. I'm a fan. I can't wait for another crappy Colorado Spring weather day. Now instead of consulting my Comcast for on-demand movies- I'll gladly go shopping! Maybe I'm old (I am and I'm OK with it --really) but trudging out to your car in windy snow or rain with your grocery/shopping cart, unloading and cleaning off the car before driving -- versus-- having your vehicle safely snuggled in a parking garage and going about your shopping day with no extra hassles?? Me= garage every time. Clean: I visited this location for the first time on the way home from my gym at just after 6pm this evening. The entire store (Which is FREEKING HUUUGGEE !!! BTW) was exceptionally clean. Shiny floors Fully stocked - simply another hit New: Well everyone seems to enjoy whats new- but my reason for using such a blanket of an adjective is really just to lead into the next topic Style: It seems that maybe Target has been sending out "Idea people" to look at IKEA and other trendy- stylish- cool Euro-styled retail spaces. Kinda ok -- escalator, stairs, elevator -- ok I get it, you're "big". Wasn't pleased they felt compelled to stock only a 2-pack of replacement parts for something there should have been single packs of. Gotta get dem dolla dolla bills Target, right? Greedy-ass vultures. Wide assortment of customers here...mostly moms with kids and "alternative"-styled high-school kids. Multicolored hair shades and textures, nose piercings, daith piercings, lip piercings, and somewhat overly loud. Not Target's issue, just advising. 3 self-checkout stations out of 4(?) down when I visited. A tech was going around methodically trying to bring them back up. More a 2.5 than 3 star experience, but meh, I'm feeling generous. Nice to have that covered garage parking. read more

This is one of the TARGET, without THE SUPER TARGET name people. I was browsing my reviews, and it happened I have not review this Target before. Been here several times, last year and the recent visit was Wednesday February 1st 2012. All in all, though I cant deny its just Tar-shay for some, I am OK shopping in this TARGET. I cant deny I feel slightly disoriented while going thru this TARGET. Perhaps I am not so familiar with their layout. For one, right after you take the escalator, to the main landing, on your left is the STARBUCKS. The clothing lines are situated on the left wing of this TARGET. That recent trip, I saved on certain items which I was lucky to find for Hubs. All in all, I dont mind returning to this Target when needed. The good about this TARGET, is the covered parking area available. So when the weather is not so nice, shopping in and out this TARGET is a breeze. @20/2012 read more

Can I say 4.5 stars? Friendly staff, grocery selection isn't huge but the prices are very competitive with King Soopers across the street. The employees always seemed helpful and happy. The Starbucks/Target food area is pretty cool because you can people watch as everyone comes up the escalator to enter the store. I'm not usually disappointed going to any Target, but my trip today was ruined by one thing. I love the friendly staff and clean amenities, but keeping around expired food is just not okay. And I'm not saying 1 or 2 days past expiration. I will admit I was shopping fast and didn't really look at expiration dates, but keeping food that expired in AUGUST is disgusting. My boyfriend and I were both starving after work and just grabbed it. Luckily we noticed before he started digging in. I went to this Target location last Friday 8/18/2017 to find some new active wear and had a horrendous experience with the lady running the fitting rooms. Her name was LINDSEY. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards me. Because of this, I had a very uncomfortable experience in the fitting room and debated whether I even wanted to try anything on or purchase merchandise from this location. Never in my experiences in retail have I ever been treated in such a way. Lindsey should not be working with people in a customer service based role. I will not be returning to this Target location and I will be sure to let others know about this experience. read more

Always love going to target and this one usually has everything I need in stock. But I will say they need to improve their pick up situation. When I do pick up, it's usually because I need something that I just want to pick up and go after a long day of work. Well it seems everytime I've done so, it takes longer than searching for the item and checking out. The person at guest services is either not there or they are behind the other side of the wall doing their thing and not checking to see if they have a guest. If they say it's a rapid pick up, that's what it should be. Also the associate seems to never know what they are doing or looking for which just adds so much time. So if you're planning on doing a pick up here, don't. read more

When I am staying in Colorado and I do some of my shopping at Target. I am a fan of Target Stores but I am not a fan of this particular location. I was Christmas shopping at Belmar Shopping Center and dropped into this location. It is a very unorganized store and for most of the things I needed, they were out of stock. It's long overdue to update this review to its well-deserved and earned ZERO stars (Come on, Yelp, seriously this option needs to be given). Among the myriad of problems I've encountered here: Long lines at the checkout counters with too few cashiers, won't price match at Customer Service, never restocks their scant inventory, Pharmacy is closed during normal business hours etc. etc. etc. perhaps the biggest FAIL and the number one reason why you should NOT give this Target your business is because THIS is where the heavily publicized national Target data breach occurred. Also, when I came to visit the pharmacy to get some prescription meds they were CLOSED during normal business hours. They even had a sign left showing their business hours (see photo). When I asked a Target Team Member why the pharmacy was not open he was surprised and said "They should be open." He got on a walkie and called. They said "Maybe out to lunch? Come back in about 40 minutes." Seriously?!?!? So if I have a medical emergency you don't keep your pharmacy staffed or attended. I'll just go to the Walgreens Pharmacy across the street on Alameda instead. Just don't go to this Target. Nothing but problems here. read more

This a rather neat-o Target. Lots of parking, underneath and next to. The set up is pretty cool-the entire store is on the top floor, accessible by elevator, stairs, or escalator. As others have mentioned, their an escalator for your cart...which is awesome. The most surprising thing about this place is how big it actually is. From the outside looking in, and especially once you go in and see it's one floor, you don't expect too much. But there is everything you need-clothes, groceries, etc. As crazy as it sounds, this is a great place to buy clothes. The offer high quality stuff for a lot cheaper through brands like Merona. The last time I was here, I got a really comfy sweater on clearance for $8! Very cool. Overall, this is a great one-stop shop if you need to pick some stuff up in the Belmar/Lakewood area. read more

I love Target, and this one seemed huge, but it was really just a regular sized Super Target, the parking garage makes it seem larger. The cart escalator is pretty sweet. I could play with that all day long. There were tons of registers open when we checked out, like almost all of them, so that was nice. My only real complaint is that the two girls that worked at the Starbucks in store when I was there, were super snarky. I ordered an iced tea, and it seemed like it was a huge deal. They were rude, snarky and were making stupid remarks the whole time they made my drink. It was really pretty unprofessional of them. i mean, I'm sure they hate their job, or at least one of them did, but don't take that out on me. Just make my tea. Thanks. read more

Coolest looking Target EVER. Seriously. It's LEED certified Silver! (nerd in me). This may not be the biggest Target I've ever been to, but I think it's officially my favorite. The bf and I arrived here after another icky experience at the Wal Mart down the street... This is a 2 story Target with parking under the store, which I can see being useful in a state with snow. Once you enter there is a Pizza Hut Express and a Starbucks on the left side upstairs. The place was quiet, calm, CLEAN, organized... just wonderful. I walked around blissfully for an hour or so. They had a HUGE Clearance section in the Women's department and lots of other Clearance items around the store. So obviously I scooped up 3 pairs of pants and 2 shirts for under $50 bucks (I love you clearance section!). I also needed more memory for my camera so I stopped by the electronics department looking for a MicroSD card... the cheapest was 8GB and I wanted 16GB. The worker saw me looking and was like "That 16GB with the sticker is actually 12.99, not 24.99 like the other ones." yay! So I bought it immediately. How nice and helpful. so yeah, this is my new favorite Target. read more

Do NOT ride the cart up the cart-only escalator. Having given that disclaimer... YAY, there is a Target within 3 blocks of my house!!! Located on the edge of Belmar Shopping Utopia, I can now officially say to that entire area: "You complete me." Cool parking (both literal and figurative): The majority of the parking is under the store, so you park then go in the entry to find escalators/elevators to take you up to the main store floor. Cart Escalator - I'm assuming this is for when they get bamboozled at Christmas-time, but you can actually bring a cart upstairs beside you via a cart-dedicated escalator. You slide the nose of the cart in, it catches and gets carried up, then you hop on the escalator to meet it at the top. Did I for one second think about letting my kids ride the cart up? ::crickets:: There is a cafe/eatery right at the top, and then you're off to your shopping. The store itself looks like any other Target store. I dubbed it a Super Target since it does indeed have full grocery/produce at the far end. Cashier/checkout seemed ample. Even though it was fairly busy, we had an open express lane waiting to check us out. Also rest assured that, if you happen to press the HELP button in the elevator, someone is absolutely pestered - er, I mean, notified - to assist you.
