I was so excited to have found it and the willingness to delight a customer was their first priority espically since it was an hour drive away 1 way to get to it. The entire staff from the moment I walked into the store was great and seemed genuinely glad they were able help me give a young man a Christmas wish. I was the told about El Dorado at Flatirons mall, and gave them a call, and as luck would have it, they had the color that I was looking for. The young man and lady working that day were very nice and helpful, I decided to buy a new cowboy hat as well, since we were going to San Antonio, Texas (when in Rome).
