I saw the other reviews about bad experiences with customer service but my experience was fine. She was nice and helped me with the different earrings/necklace I was wanting to see in the glass case. The store feels a bit cluttered but it's just chock full of a variety of items. The clothing items seem overpriced compared to other boutique stores I've been in with similar items, but that's probably because it's a tourist town.
