I like this store, the selection, prices are good. I also sell my clothes there and have been happy with the extra $ I've made. The Owner is always nice but the other women who work there can be so stand off-ish! I feel like I need to apologize when I bring in clothes to sell. I always dread bringing things in. If I found another option to sell clothes, I would take it because of this issue alone. It baffles me when the store's model requires people bring in clothes to sell! And they like my clothes -- they buy them and I'm making money. No it's not like I'm bringing in clothes are 'beneath' them (which is how they act). read more

So my problem with this place is my wife and I went there and bought a nice shelving unit. We didn't have the truck so we asked if we could purchase and have them hold it for us. They said no problem, Inasked them how long we had to pick it up and the lady who helped us said a MONTH, the young girl behind the counter confirmed this when we paid for it. Consigners Beware!! I usually do not post reviews online, but WOW. I have been a patron of this store for years, I live right outside of Golden. I always make it a point to bring friends and family to this store and have found many fun treasures here. I had the WORST experience attempting to consign for the first time with such a rude staff member (woman in her 60's). From the moment I walked in the door she looked so put out and frustrated that I had bags in my hands and even more so that I was a new consigner. She asked me if I had reviewed the policy online and I said yes. I explained to her that I called last week and was told that I didn't need an appointment. I had 2 bags but one bag was a duvet which explained was the reason for the second bag. She told me to "just put my bags on the floor," and I continued to shop with my daughter. I came around the corner (had been in the store for all of 10 minutes.) She very snidely questioned me, "are you the one with these two bags? We just aren't going to accept any of these things today." -She hadn't even touched my bags. I'll admit there was a pretty beat up Coach handbag on top, but underneath were 12-15 Free People tops and dresses that she didn't even bother to look at. This woman's demeanor made me feel so dismissed and small. As a woman with two medical degrees, I felt like I was some kind of beggar in this store. Just awful, I haven't felt so small in only a few times in my adult life! Additionally, I witnessed the same treatment towards a new consigner when I was shopping in there a few weeks ago. That poor woman left being so diminished and embarrassed, and I just felt so sorry to see her being treated like that in such a public way, only to be treated the same way today myself! Do better! This is such a gem of a store. Kindness costs absolutely nothing. SO DISAPPOINTED. read more

One of my fave stops to make in Golden. They have a great variety and fair prices! And the store personnel are kind to boot!

Been here several times since I am a customer next store. Pros: good selection of my style. Prices vary but you can usually find a good deal. Cons: The blonde woman, while very chatty with the staff has always been stand offish. Not sure if she's the manager or owner since she's never bothered to introduce herself or even say hello. She did make a point today to interrupt her kind staff member who was ringing me up to ask me if the clothes she retrieved from the dressing room were mine. She was visibly annoyed and obviously wanting to make a point to the customer who failed to bring the items to the counter. I had to bite my tongue to keep from being equally as rude in response. Instead, I let her know that one of the items I did bring back up needed a price tag and even helped her locate them. She still couldn't manage a thank you. Hopefully, I've somehow managed to only catch her on her bad days but the repeat visits are trending towards the fact that she may be like this most days. Unfortunate since it is a cute shop. I also noticed less decor pieces this time which was disappointing. read more

The store owner/ manager is a sweet, personable, & free spirited boss babe. She's curated such a fun quirky shop. This thrift boutique is awesome I definitely recommend. A heads up for men it is definitely more geared towards women. I would recommend & I will be back. read more

Oh man I hate to share this with anyone but they deserve to have a ton of business. I love stopping by here at least once a month. Last time I was there I found an amazing bar set with hand painted bottles and a Waterford-esque Crystal decanter set. Purchased all of it for around $60. Amazing deal! I have also found Alo pants there for $10, a nice wool blazer for $10 and an amazing black coat for...$10! Of course not everything is $10 but my point is you can find some really great deals. Plus, I feel a lot better about shopping secondhand and being more environmentally friendly. I promised them I would post a picture when I got the bar cart for the items I purchased...so here it is! The outside of Rewind is so inviting- I knew the inside was going to be just as well-decorated, and I was not disappointed. This is not where you go for club-type clothing, rather it has some great bohemian, casual items at very reasonable prices. I live in Denver, and 2nd-hand shops have become borderline ridiculous. Prices out of control. For less than $100, I got 4 sweaters, a dress and a purse...mostly Anthropologie. The staff is particularly engaging and gracious. They have comical, locally-made greeting cards which were blasphemous. Lots of good shoe and boot options. I am making Rewind a regular stop on my trips to Golden each month, and may also consign with them. read more

Great find! Happened to drive by and saw some cute items on sale outside so decided to check it out. They had racks of Anthropologie, dresses and work out clothes. There are also some end tables, paintings and house goods. Found a great Anthro polka dot top for $16. They had the cutest pair of denim capris with beading that I unfortunately couldn't squeeze into for only $10. If you like consignment shops, definitely check Rewind out. read more

This store stands out amongst consignment stores, in that its very predictable in the best way possible. Anything you buy here, will be utterly at home in Colorado and on you, if you love it here. They have a rack dedicated to Sundance. Some stores ...well, ya' feel strange walking into 'em, if you don't plan to buy. For heaven's sake, just walk in here and soak up the vibe. I have found my favorite consignment store! Rewind is a bit like Anthropologie. It has wonderful name brand clothing (Free People, Sundance, Johnny Was, Odd Molly, Athleta, Prana, Patagonia) and fun things for your home! You can find some of the funkiest things that have so much personality! I also consign with Rewind and have loved recycling my nice clothes that I no longer, or never did wear.
