We selected some items and made our purchase. The associates are friendly and helpful. Parking was challenging as there were a lot of people starting the LNY celebration. Cool store with a ton of gifts, nicnacs, plants, and many other things! We've been before for bamboo plants, Asian brooms, and just random trinkets. Because they have so many things there isn't much aisle space to walk around. It can get crowded especially recently because they went viral for having real Labubu's. So the store is definitely busier than what it used to be. They have employees at the front asking what you're shopping for. We were there for Labubu's so she pointed us to the line and gave us tickets with numbers for a raffle. But she wasn't sure how it worked. We just waited until our number was called. You don't get to pick your box - they just give you whatever number you ask for, or open it at the counter and play it like it's supposed to (just because there's no space and it's busy). But I'm happy regardless because I ended up getting the secret! Labubu's are REAL and QR code verifies they are Popmart approved. We are happy the store is getting the attention they deserve and hopefully many visitors buy all the cool other things in the store! I love this store! My son is into Labubu's and this place has made the collecting process so easy! I love that they have a trade in program. That's something they definitely don't have to offer but it's great that they do. It's saved me a lot of money! I also trust that they have authentic Pop Mart items. Came looking for the Sonny Angels, as I was looking at that specific section and looking at the different Sonny Angels they had, the employee behind me told me "Can you pick one already, it's not fair for other costumers when you're taking long to pick one" Mind you there was no one trying to see the same section as me. This business is amazing. It's family owned and has such amazing things! I've been a customer for about 11 years now. It's my favorite spot for bamboo for years, and for items to use on my altar now that I'm in training to be a Daoist priest. The lady I spoke with there was super helpful, and knew just the right materials to complete what we were looking for. I felt a bit like Harry Potter visiting Diagon Alley. There is truly something for everyone in this shop. like most of you I've been going to the gift shop to buy sunny Angels. I've been there about three times total and the first two times I went were positive experiences. They showed me what sunny they have. I knew they were fake. I know the shop recently went viral online, so I'm sure they've had a lot of new shoppers in but the last time I went in I was totally profiled and they immediately assumed that I was stealing they shoved a basket in my hands after i was in the store for like maybe 2 minutes asked me if I needed help like four or five times I just felt super uncomfortable because I've shopped there many times I'm a very easily recognizable person and they know I spent quite a lot of money with their company. I understand wanting to prevent theft but the whole thing felt racist and very unnecessary. I ended up still purchasing a few sunny angels that were fake and we're really good quality so I don't want to turn people away from shopping there, but this is more of a message to the ownership that people know when you're being racist. read more

I'm not sure if they were having an off day or there were issues with plumbing (even though that smell is pretty distinct) but the entire shop smelled like POOP. And I don't mean Porto potty. It smelled like human feces and it was so strong and overbearing. I ended up walking away with a few trinkets, but was bummed to find that there was a coupon had I just checked-in through Yelp! Haha. Because I reside outside of the Denver metro area I contacted Truong An Gifts online. Truong An Gifts promptly contacted me to request a photo of the bowl (so they could identify which bowl was chipped), my receipt and credit card information. Truong An Gifts promptly credited my credit card for the bowl and sales tax. I was also extremely pleased with the service I received while in the store. A very nice woman took my purchases to the counter as I was shopping.
