I love thrift shopping, and Red White and Blue has been one of my favorite stores for years. On my last visit, Zack helped me at checkout and his customer service was honestly exceptional. He was fast, organized, professional, and had such a great attitude the entire time. Even while moving quickly, he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the return policy instead of just pointing at a sign, which was refreshing, and he neatly folded all of my clothes after removing them from the hangers. It's rare these days to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. I have been shopping here for probably about 10 years. I love the store and the employees are very nice (most), it's clean and usually well kept. The customers do a number on the clothes!!! However, it seems the prices are getting ridiculously high. It seems they price according to how much they'll be when they go 1/2 price. I've been shopping at the ARC down the street because they have better prices - they want to get rid of their items! Come on Red White and Blue stop gouging your customers. read more

i usually enjoy this location very much but unfortunately i did encounter a very rude older white lady working the cashier. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she made the visit very unpleasant and unwelcoming. No fitting rooms and sorted by color. Plus they're not very friendly. At checkout, I was trying to make the cashier's life easier by making the tag readily able to scan. One of my items had a security thing on it, so as it touched the counter the tag came off. Even though I was literally at the register and trying to help the cashier, she then refused to sell me the $6 item. Thats what I get for trying to be nice, I guess? Very frustrating. read more

The service and workers are horribly rude as they yelled at us 15 minutes before the store closed to leave the store. One worker yelled at us saying, "you better leave before I make you leave" among other things. Do NOT expect anything nice from the store, the selection is terrible and the staff is horrible. Also things are priced so much to where you can barely afford anything. Overall worst thrift store I have ever been to. Also they expect cash only, in a credit card based society. My favorite thrift store in this area! Don't mind the cash only, just come prepared. Staff has always been kind, and are working hard. They ask to not ask them questions on the floor, but that is because they are hard at work stocking and keeping the store in great shape! My only "complaint" is, I have found items that were not tagged that I would really love to buy - but you can't. They won't price things on the spot, which I understand why...but it's been a bummer. read more

I made the mistake of attempting to donate a trunk load of various clothing, household goods, old video games, etc. Upon arrival, it isn't really clear where the donation drop off is located. I circled around back while homeless people stared at me which made me very uncomfortable as ultimately I would have to get out of my car to open the trunk while leaving my daughter in her car seat. Eventually I found the donation "trailer" on the side of the building. When I pulled up and got out a man came screaming outside the door "we're closed!" while waving his hands back and fourth. It was 2:00pm on a Saturday and lightly raining which may have had something to do with it. He didn't seem like an actual employee but rather a disgruntled, overwhelmed volunteer. So basically you can only donate items when they are in a good mood. I drove strait down the road to ARC who were happy to see me. The experience as a shopper is poor as well. Anything name brand or recognizeable as being a current product is grossly overpriced. To the point where it's nearly comical. I'm better off shoping at Ross for brand new products. The fact that they only take cash causes several arguments between shoppers and employees as you wait in a long line. Avoid. read more

I've found so many amazing things at this thrift store! Some items that still have the original tag on them! I found a $200 Saks Fifth Avenue dress for $10 that was brand new! They have discounts on different color tags (at least 3 different colors, one being 75% off). I would have given a 5 star, but they don't sort their jeans by size, only by color, and you can't try anything on. They only take cash, which is another inconvenience. Otherwise, this is my favorite thrift store! They have several cashiers, which moves the line swiftly. Remove your own hangers so the line moves faster. read more

I take my mom to this thrift store every wednesday and saturday and get there right when they open so my mom can get a cart because she has an oxygen concentrator which she needs a cart to carry it in. This thrift store had tons of carts and great sales but we got there last wednesday right when they opened and the carts were all gone - and the sale prices have gone up. I get my mom out to this thrift store to get her out of the house. I figured that last wednesday was a one day problem but when we came back this wednesday the same thing happened - i think it is under new management and they think that raising the prices will make them more money but they don't have any carts for their customers to put the higher priced items in - so people get there wanting to find good deals and nothing to put them in and the prices are higher - bottom line whoever thinks that raising prices will profit them more while people are going to stop buying because they don't have anything to put them in - thereby losing money and customers - they have lost me as a customer because of their changes and won't return until they give better deals and carts to put them in - This has been my favorite thrift store for years i would not shop there if you expect to get a cart and good prices. read more

I dropped off a box today and the man was extremely rude. He took the box from my trunk then ignored me. When I asked if he closed my trunk he said 'Get out and close your own trunk, that's not my job. I took your box from your trunk for you." He was standing two feet from my car and it would have taken 5 seconds to close the trunk. I am 80 years old and he I was DONATING good items. Also, he looked like a derelict. don't tell me his job doesn't include closing a car trunk. Donate to the Good Will a couple of blocks away, they treat you better. read more

The last time I came to this place a couple years ago I found a pair of Marc Jacob Platforms for just $7! But I was here yesterday and was super disappointed unfortunately. The prices have gone WAY up, like I found a pair of Frye boots that were extremely beat up, and being sold for $49! So if I want to spend that kind of money for used items, I'll stick to Plato's where I could buy the same brand for that price, except the boots would be in WAY better condition. read more

I am an avid shopper here but can only give 3 stars. Selection is excellent. However, there are no dressing rooms. More importantly, some items seem to be damaged by the way they are tagged. Could you please consider stapling through the garment tags rather than the garments themselves? I came to check out this thrift store and my 4yr found a rocket ship toy that he loved. I heard a rattle so I looked through the toy to make sure nothing g was broken. When I went to pay the cashier said since I opened the bag they won't sell it to me, they have to take it back and put it on the shelf the next day. Imagine having to tell your 4 yr old "oh nevermind you can't have that toy I said you could" I asked if a manager could look it over to verify I wasn't changing the price or stealing anything I just wanted to make sure it wasn't broken. She said no. Just no. No sympathy for my toddler that just had a toy taken away. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN THE "policy" isn't a law an exception could've been made for a kid. read more

This is one of two of my go to places for treasure hunting,via thrift stores! And treasures my friend and I consistently find here. Mostly furniture and decor, or other household items, but I have also found great clothes and shoes. We only shop on Wed. Half off day, and always bring cash. I am fine with that, keeps me from over spending. All items have been in great condition, because I take the time to inspect them. I have found prices to be really good, again especially because we shop on Wed. Prices also reflect the brand name. Personally have been thrilled with all I have found here. One of my greatest finds, a darling end table I re did, and discovered it was an Ethan Allen solid wood table I got bought for $7! read more

I get that trying to close at the end of the day is annoying and hard. Me and my daughter came in to buy an outfit for my husband/her father's funeral. We are waiting in a long line and I was in front of women's clothing. I was looking at shirts, not going down into the aisle and she comes and gets between me and the shirts, pushes them away from me and said no more shopping with more attitude and annoyance than necessary. I said I knew we were just waiting in line. She said she didn't care no more shopping. I have enough to deal with right now. The death of my husband being the hardest thing I I've dealt with. Found a cute Kate spade purse amongst other clothing pieces, get to the register after a long line to find out they only take cash. In 2023??? Whatever, go to their ATM, it charged me TWICE to use it once. Also items tend to be marked wrong. We asked for the price of an item, the tag was removed perhaps (?) the gall took it to the back and said they can't sell it without the price and she didn't know when they could price it again. They have great finds but! 1. Their prices are more than bargain stores (ross, marshals, tj max, etc) 2. Cash only! They have an ATM inside that you have to pay $2.50 to use. Which is another way to pay more. 3. They staple tags!!! Omg, the most irritating of all. They don't even put it on the label. They put it on the collar on the back. I bought 5 tank tops all with two stapled price tags that were a hassle to take off. Needless to say all the cotton shirts I've ever purchased from there have a hole on the shirt. Y'all are awesome.. I have shopped at this store many times. The selection is wonderful. That is where I draw the line. They are over-priced, way over the line on what is acceptable for a thrift store. This is a cash only store. There is no dressing room. CAKE TOPPPER! The floor staff is incredibly rude. While you are shopping they shove the racks of clothing at you with no remorse. This happens nearly every time I go to this store. I cannot hide my annoyance, but I go on about my shopping. I'm not sure these folks that work here have any idea what good manners look like. A simple pardon me or excuse me would suffice. Common courtesy just isn't that common anymore apparently. Today was a special day at the Mile High Thrift store. I was sworn at by an employee who then went to her manager, that then accosted me! She asked if there was a problem and I said no. She pushed the matter. She stated, "she's deaf." As if this gives her the right to be disrespectful. Her employee told her that I was rude. I told the manager that she shoved a rack of clothes at me and then swore at me. As I said before I cannot disguise my annoyance but, I stayed silent. I had to explain to her that her employee was the one being rude. When you are in the service industry, you serve your customers. Teach them how to be courteous to the shoppers in your store or you won't have any. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had in a thrift store.
