Super creepy employee was peering into the dressing g room while my wife was changing. She demanded that I get out of the changing room even though it doesn't say that's not allowed anywhere. She said it was women only allowed in the changing rooms even though it didn't say that anywhere, and a different employee literally unlocked the door and let us in. When I got out her and the security guard were just staring at me and the employee started peering through the doors of other changing rooms asking how many pieces of clothes everyone had with them. I called her out the register saying that was really weird but she just denied it. One other customer spoke up and said he saw what I saw too. She could definitely be arrested for that sort of insane power tripping. read more

Staff is always friendly My main complaint is the items are over priced. In particular the artwork. The artwork area is jamm packed full of overpriced paintings which is why they aren't moving . More artwork is brought in and it makes it difficult to shop.Once there was a broken glass over one of the pictures which was a safety hazard , but everything was so jam packed in I am sure that made it difficult to get out. I frequent a lot of the other arc thrift stores and have not encountered this problem. read more

I was looking at the Halloween decorations and I found a skeleton the asking price was $24.99 and it was missing it's arm. Walmart sells brand new skeletons for $28. What's the point buying used stuff at this point if prices are going to be the same or few dollars more. Might as well just buy brand new. read more

I was finishing up my community service here right and I decided to take a break you know I've been busting my ass left to right and not taking a break because you know I am being punished yes I know I deserve it but as I stood there and took a break I looked around and I noticed how bad they treat their employees this isn't a place to work it's a freaking sweat shop! Management bullying workers just because they think they can! Not to mention how none of them could talk to any customer because it's against their rules this is a sweatshop not a place to work somebody better take notice.. I hate to give away my secret, but ARC is amazing. This location always has the goods, from high end to awesome coffee mugs and furniture. Parking is easy, huge lot that might or might not be completely full on 50% off Saturdays or Senior Tuesdays. Arc as a whole has always impressed me. It's very well organized and the layout is thought out. I will say some of the pricers in the back get greedy, I found a dress (Tory Burch) labeled $150.00, which isn't even how much it costs before it made it's way to the thrift, but you'll find more treasures than over-priced items, in most stores! I do have a hard time every time I enter an Arc, as I wear a small backpack purse (not a full sized school backpack) and Arc employees have been instructed to not allow backpacks. I have been approached by employees and told to leave my backpack up front (which has the money I plan to spend at the Arc!); when I tell them I can't leave it, I always have to speak with a manager... I am at Arc stores at least 2 times per week, so this has become a big issue that does irritate me. My only advice to Arc is to understand many of your customers are resellers (raises hand) and the pricing can be a little over the top, but mainly PLEASE stop harassing your customers with backpack purses. read more

I love Arc, it's a cheap place to update your wardrobe with a wide selection of clothes and lots of half-off products on Saturdays. There are a few things to note about Arc due to the pandemic: The changing rooms are closed so you won't be able to try on clothes. There are also absolutely no returns being accepted at this time. Both of these are inconvenient, but still, nothing beats the price and convenience of Colorado-based Arc Thrift Store! read more

This store gets worse every time I go there. Most days they have zero carts due to the neighbors taking them home. Why not send a truck to retrieve them? LOL. And the clutter & staff are horrible. Why stack tons of mattresses on the floor taking up space? Why is everything so tight in violation of ADA rules (36" aisles). Everything is overpriced anymore. CD's for $2.99 when I am sure they toss in the landfills more than they put out every day. I am sure they would greatly increase their sales if they tried to price things at the minimum to move them vs trying to gouge customers. read more

Holy hell, upon having a nightmare returning some junk that I wasn't satisfied with, Edna was very attentive the whole time. At first I had tension with Christine about a dress not being able to he returnable for no tag. I was astonished that Christine found me wondering the store to apologize. Hidden gem. I went there last week and was surprised by how well organized it is. Prices are a bit higher than the Highlands Ranch location. Really liked the fact that the stuff is organized by color. The book section is pretty big. The selection of frames and pictures isn't as good as other Arcs but it's decent. Fairly clean and doesn't have that thrift store smell. Great selection of summer hats and kids stuff! Very good for anyone who is looking for cool, inexpensive clothes or decorations. Haven't had a chance to check out he furniture section but it's alway a hit &I miss with Arc. Overall a good experience and will be back for more cool stuff hunting read more

The first thing I did as soon as I walked into this store was stare. Acres of t-shirts lay before me like a cotton skittles patch. The second thing I did was text my friend to tell her next time she is tank top shopping, we have to come HERE. Prices: at the higher end for a thrift store. HOWEVER, at least one tag color will be on sale for 50%, so a $7 pair of Ann Taylor Loft trousers in great condition now only cost $3.50. How much do you think they cost new? Selection: Awesome. As I said - cotton skittles patch. Their housewares section was well stocked as well. I also picked up some sweet, simple, solid wood dining chairs for $5 each. There were 3 - so $15. ONE (1) chair at IKEA would cost that amount of money and these were solid wood and very well constructed. Layout: Brilliant. Clean, bright store. Easy to navigate and find what you want. Aisles could be wider, but then they'd lose a row or two. I will be coming back to this store often. read more

I love Arc. It is such a great cause and a great little thrift store. This store is packed full, so be prepared to spend the afternoon. If you like to look for antiques, this may be a good place for you. They also have a ton of clothing, but I personally go here to look for really neat stuff in the glassware and books area. Different tags are discounted every day of the week. I wish it had a better location. The parking lot here is pretty full most of the time and the store could be a bit bigger, but other than that, this is a great place to donate and purchase. read more

Who ever does the pricing must work part time for the Government! We went to the Dollar store before going here,we noticed several Dollar store items that were 3 times the price! Most other items were the same if not higher than new! Come on this is donated items and most well used! read more

This store has lots of nice items to choose from but I find it difficult to shop for pants because there is no way to measure length. I suggested placement of a yardstick in the area for this purpose as I've seen other stores have done. These cost what, a buck, or they probably already have one! Very poorly trained staff! there are only a few workers that "seem" friendly and if you need to return watch out! The stores smells of moth balls and is never very straightened up. all I have to say is make sure you no you really want the item before you get it I'm not going to lie so they get better reviews. Way over priced for not the nicest of stuff. I usually walk out empty handed. If I find anything I'm remotely interested in, I usually end up laughing at the ridiculous prices. DON'T SHOP HERE! Their prices are rediculous. They get crap for free and are charging new retail prices. How do you justify 12 bucks for a pair of used jeans? I can get a new pair of designer jeans at walmart for $15 on sale. Also, their staff is f#cking rude. I tried to donate a bunch of clothes to them and I took them around back because I had a lot. They guys in the back flat out ignored me. When said I want to donate some stuff and asked where I should take the clothes, the warehouse employee got annoyed, shouted at me and said there's a dropoff around front; No thanks, no nothing and then walked off. When I went into the store to complain, he even ADMITTED HE WAS RUDE and was forced to apologize in front of the manager. Needless to say, I won't be donating to this racket anymore. I'd encourage all of you to do the same. In another instance, I walked in a half hour before they were supposed to close. The jerk at the checkout counter gave me a dirty look and looked at his watch without saying anything. I bought a TV from them a while ago. They didn't want to help me load it in my car. When I insisted, they threw it on an upright dolly, scratched the hell out of it, threw it in my car and gouged the center console. These people are jerks. They rip people off and I wouldn't be surprised if they pocket the majority of their profits. Every time they have their "50% off sale, the one color tag that isn't on sale is on every item that you'd actually want to buy. The 50% only applies to all the crappy junk. Over all I liked this store, They had a nice selection of cloths organized by size. This store was pretty clean, and the staff was friendly.

Had 4 of the same item with 2 different price tags. Cashier took lowest price off one item and charged the higher price for all items, coincidentally the tag she took of was half price color tag for that day. All production personnel are in serious need of random dug testing, they are clearly out of touch with reality. read more
