He was fast, organized, professional, and had such a great attitude the entire time. Even while moving quickly, he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the return policy instead of just pointing at a sign, which was refreshing, and he neatly folded all of my clothes after removing them from the hangers. It's rare these days to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. Zack absolutely did that, and it made my whole experience stand out in the best way.

Super creepy employee was peering into the dressing g room while my wife was changing. She said it was women only allowed in the changing rooms even though it didn't say that anywhere, and a different employee literally unlocked the door and let us in. When I got out her and the security guard were just staring at me and the employee started peering through the doors of other changing rooms asking how many pieces of clothes everyone had with them. I called her out the register saying that was really weird but she just denied it. One other customer spoke up and said he saw what I saw too. She could definitely be arrested for that sort of insane power tripping.
