Super creepy employee was peering into the dressing g room while my wife was changing. She demanded…read morethat I get out of the changing room even though it doesn't say that's not allowed anywhere. She said it was women only allowed in the changing rooms even though it didn't say that anywhere, and a different employee literally unlocked the door and let us in. When I got out her and the security guard were just staring at me and the employee started peering through the doors of other changing rooms asking how many pieces of clothes everyone had with them. I called her out the register saying that was really weird but she just denied it. One other customer spoke up and said he saw what I saw too. She could definitely be arrested for that sort of insane power tripping.

The artwork area is jamm packed full of overpriced paintings which is why they aren't moving . More artwork is brought in and it makes it difficult to shop.Once there was a broken glass over one of the pictures which was a safety hazard , but everything was so jam packed in I am sure that made it difficult to get out. I frequent a lot of the other arc thrift stores and have not encountered this problem.

There is no signage on the front doors, nothing on the sales floor until you are at the actual fitting room. Returns are store credit only. I wasted almost an hour and left with nothing. Absurd. The store really is lovely and well-kept, if you don't need to try things on.

Some of their prices seemed unreasonable like for an item that was originally sold at Walmart and is used for $13 just seem high while other items seem reasonable. Period on at the store and thought might as well get a little bit of money back. Honestly, it's a joke to be selling to these stores nowadays but I just happened to be in the area which is why I decided to go in. It looked like they barely looked at my bag. In the end, they only bought 4 out of i'd say about 50 items for $16, including a pair of brand new Birkenstocks that I wore once. The attendants are nice enough and i'd sure they say they offer "competitive pricing", but you're better off just selling on facebook.
